Bill and Lindsay in the pharmacy took amazing care of me. They help me out with all my questions regarding my prescription as well as the price difference between generic and name brand medication. They stayed late and took a shorter lunch break in order to accommodate my request and to fill my prescription so that I wouldnt have to wait. Honestly if I could give them 10 stars I would. They were so busy yet still took the time to help me out and to go over all of my questions very thoroughly. Absolutely amazing.

Waiting in line to pick up my prescription for the past 16 minutes, when my turn came up it hit 6:00 o’clock the pharmacist just closed the window and left… I get it they’re done at 6 but she could have accommodated me or at least be kind and say I gotta go please come back tomorrow.Rude, lost my business for good

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever been to. They do not want to help their customers!!! This review only comes after MULTIPLE visits to this pharmacy with very unsatisfying and upsetting results!!! I am going to transfer my prescriptions asap. This behavior by supposably professionals is unacceptable! I returned after numerous horrible visits but didnt matter time of day or who was working, never a good visit!!! 😠😡 Done giving them more chances to change the problems.

I have a friend who needs his testosterone every few weeks and he went into this walgreens to pick up his prescription. he was denied 3 different times, and on his third attempt, one of the pharmacists yelled at him “who are you and why do you keep coming in?! we told you you can’t have it!” how can a pharmacist deny someone THEIR written prescription? whether you believe someone should get their medications or not, you are not entitled to denying someone their rights to them. absolutely disgusting and clear transphobia. walgreens needs to take care of this immediately.

Filled scripts for my daughter who was just discharged from hospital today. I want to commend Jordon in the pharmacy who went above and beyond in service. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Without her explaining the Walgreens card, I would have spent quite a bit more on the scripts needing to be filled. Thank you Jordon for the excellent customer service!

Called to check on the status of a prescription for my daughter, was told I had insurance information that couldn’t be billed because it was different. I assured Matthew that my insurance hadn’t changed, and that we had difficulty having another Rx of hers filled because someone was entering the wrong info (this was told to me by another employee who fixed the issue in 5 minutes). He told me that I was wrong, and I told him I had an insurance card and a prescription card, but had never used my prescription card for any other meds in my family. He proceeded to tell me that I was calling a drugstore so yes, a drug card was needed. When I asked if there was anyone else who could assist me (because I don’t care to be mocked for trying to solve a problem they created), he actually laughed at me!Listen, I try hard not to be a Karen, but some people just suck and probably shouldn’t work in customer-facing positions. At this point, we’re likely to switch pharmacies.

This pharmacy never has ANYTHING in stock. Employees are rude. Can not get over the counter medications through the drive thru, so during a pandemic that is supposed to be so terrible they would rather us come in to the store? Horrible! I will go elsewhere, never returning to this walgreens what so ever. I immediately left and went down the road to get what I needed without having to get out of my vehicle

Absolutely the most unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever been to. I had surgery in Fenton and was trying desperately to get my prescriptions sent from my home town to them and I was a little groggy making the call...the so called man or pharmacist asked me 4 times the name of my pharmacy so I raised my voice and told him again to make sure he heard me correctly. Well he hung up on me ....not once but 3 times after that. So now I dont have my much needed scripts...thanks for nothing Stephen the awful man I talked to and will be reporting to corporate.

I am very very upset with this pharmacy. I had a prescription for high blood pressure that expired on 10/14/20 and I called it in weeks before that. I came in to get it along with my birth control and they instead gave me 3 other medications that I did not need and did not even bother telling me what I was getting. They did not have my blood pressure medication so I then have my doctors call in a new prescription that and for my birth control. Well it was not ready and I missed days of my birth control, thank you for that but they did not have my blood pressure medication! I now have to go a full weekend without any of my blood pressure medication and I am very upset. I am currently in the middle of very scary medical results that could mean cancer. I do not need this when I called it in weeks ago and they never filled it! I am beyond upset and will be changing all of my medications to Meijer or CVS. I have never in my life had issues with Walgreens ever. I usually have a great time but this pharmacy is horrible! One time I waited in a line of only 3 cars for 30 minutes and was then told there was an issue and to go to the back of the line of now 7 cars. I had to leave and not get my medication that day. They are also not nice on the phone. They always sound annoyed that they even have to speak. That is usually the male staff. Also, they charged me 3 times a full price for my birth control when it should be covered fully by my insurance! One time they even told me boyfriend that a prescription was too expensive and you dont want this. It was a 90 day supply for under $70! How dare a staff do that! That is none of their business! If it is a new prescription then maybe as Ive had staff at a different and wonderful pharmacy called me and say that it was just too expensive, $1500 for cream! Of course I did not want the cream. Walgreens needs to look into this pharmacy because there are major issues and I am very very sad and displeased. They have cost me to over $100 in false charges AND cost me to miss my medication! I hope the BBB gets involved and they get looked at very closely. Also if you ask any question they just look mad at you. Their manners are just sad. I am new to the area and have loved Walgeeens but now I will never come back here and will be moving my prescriptions soon.

I’m newly pregnant and have been waiting over a week to have an anti nausea medicine filled ( Due to such a long wait and my losing a lot of weight I decided to take action and to switch to my local rite aid Pharmacy) where it was promised they had my meds thank god! But low and behold this Walgreens has the poor guy behind the counter on hold because they apparently need to file a “claim” on something they can’t even fill and then the proceed to go on lunch break while this other pharmacy and my husband wait!!! And here I am unable to hold down even a cracker for over 2 weeks inconsiderate staff!!!

I was in to fill a prescription today and was met with absolute and profound rudeness by the pharmacy staff today. (10/8/2020, Fenton, Michigan: Silver Lake Rd. location from 1pm to 2:10pm)I arrived to fill a script, and was informed that my script hadnt been called in yet (I went through a video chat service my Urgent Care provides, so my prescription had to be called in.) They told me to have a seat. I sat there for 45 minutes before someone finally asked me to call and see what was going on (why no one bothered to ask me to make that call sooner, or bothered to call themselves, for I provided the information on who to call when I was first talked to)So my urgent care dr. called and cleared it up, called me to inform me that my script was sent in now, and the person they talked to said they would fill it right awayThen some lady comes up to the counter and proceeds to rudley inform me that they were going to lunch. I tried to inform her that I was assured my script was being filled, and that I had been waiting for almost an hour, and that my husband was going to be late for work, but she wouldnt acknowledge anything I had to say and kept barking at me that everyone needed to go to lunch. Couldnt take 2 minutes to fill my simple prescription, that I was assured was being taken care of immediately. I left her face because I felt anger welling up in me, and she wasnt worth it. I then proceeded to have a detrimental anxiety/panic attack in the parking lot that took me almost the entire half an hour I had to wait for them to come back from lunch, to calm down.When I had returned a half an hour later, I still had to wait almost 20 minutes because they still hadnt filled it.I was shown today absolutely no humanity, only how much people care only about themselves. And I couldnt be more ashamed of Walgreens.

Every single month I have had a problem trying to get my RX filled. Not only is it extremely frustrating receiving false text alerts and showing up to be told they cant fill it - but theyre judgmental attitude and constantly changing rules are just not how customers should be treated.

Got a text from pharmacy saying your prescriptions are ready to be picked up... went the next day to pick them up and they only had ONE medication out of 3 that my daughter needs not to mention they gave the ONLY rectal kit (that my daughter needs) to someone else after they told me it was ready to be picked up. First time I blew it off, this is now the SECOND time they’ve done this. Save your time/money and go somewhere else, they don’t even deserve one star.

Great staff in the store as well as in the pharmacy! Had an issue with my insurance and they went above and beyond to solve the issue and got my prescriptions covered. Saved me some long confusing phone calls to the insurance company. It may get backed up from time to time back there but I watched these girls give great care to each person that came in.

I can not believe that this place is still open. OMG...The older gray hair lady at the front counter is so RUDE and SLOW!!! To busy talking about her personal life. WHO CARES!!! Do your job!! Maybe thats way the store is so filthy. Shes to busy flapping her jaws so she doesnt have to do anything. I never see any cars in the parking lot so there is NO EXCUSE for such a disgusting store. Second time in 14 months Ive been there and neither time was a good experience. First time was with the CHARMING pharmacy staff. Needless to say....NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Heres a hint Walgreens... Teach your employees about hygiene and how to dress!!!! First THING you see when you walk in. Should have known than....

The pharmacy here isnt for me, my prescriptions are often overpriced compared to Walmart & Riteaid. However, the lady who works the mid-day shifts in the cosmetics area is amazing. She always helps me find exactly what Im looking for with ease. She also knows a lot about certain products, which is awesome for people with skin allergies like myself. Ill have to make sure to remember and catch her name next time I shop here.

Worst customer service around! Very dirty store. Nothing is ever in stock. They don’t like issuing rain checks. This place is just a joke, rude managers, rude pharmacy techs, the only thing they do have going for them is the front cashiers always are nice. But with the management and the way the store is ran, I feel bad for employees! Will never step foot in that store again.

Tried to contact this pharmacy and store multiple time NO ONE answers! 15 mins on hold being told 1 caller ahead then record just keeps going like a broken record.. I tried contact someone inside the store and was on hold for another 15 mins that no one could anwser that line either.

The pharmacy staff harasses chronic pain patients and treats them as if they are criminals. They are verbally and criminally abused as well as threatened right in front of other customers to withhold their pain medications all over this new law that went into effect. I really wish I’d had my camera running when I was in there today, I would have walked back in there slapping a harassment lawsuit in their face!

We have had nothing but problems with this place. This time, the amount of medicine to be given to my 5 year old was incorrectly typed on the bottle, along with her name being in quotes because it is a unique name. You will always have to wait at LEAST an hour just to pick up because there is always a line of at least 5 people, and they do not bill your insurance correctly. They will tell you your insurance doesnt cover it and that you need to pay 55 dollars for some cough medicine. You call your insurance company when you get home and they do indeed cover it. Ive never seen the same workers twice. This place needs to be shut down. We switched to Walmart a year ago but decided to give walgreens one more chance yesterday since the doc still had Walgreens on file as our primary pharmacy for our daughter. Now we are fully switched over because they always prove they are a joke.

Its an Okay pharmacy. As long as you dont mind teaching them how to count days on a calendar, proving that you can indeed refill your prescription 3 days early. Three days earlier than what, I do not know, but apparently, simple addition and subtraction are not apart of the criteria for being a pharmacist. Their computer system does not count for them, which is a huge mistake because then you must rely on whomever is working that day to do inaccurate math in their head. For example, some months have 30 days, not all of them, like they apparently believe. Others have 31 days, hell, one month even has 28 days. That must be their worst month of the year for refills. However can they figure out when you can get your refill in March without talking to a top notch mathematician? I have even taken in a calendar and numbered the days to make the count very very........very simple. The problem is, once they give you an answer, whether they are wrong or not, they will not admit it and actually do whats right, theyll just stand by their initial wrong answer because hey, the customer is always wrong, and were all drug addicts and dealers,.....right? God forbid any of them get an ailment, condition, or life long injury where they must depend on medication daily and do not want to run out or might even want to have a few extra because, surprise, we are not machines, there are variables in our lives and everyone is different. I wish I could depend on only needing 3 pills per day but, some days are different. Christmas for example is a very busy time, and also, painful if you suffer from the constant attack of pain. Thusly, that is a day where extra is needed. Their answer to that? Talk to your doctor and get more prescribed. I dont need or want an extra 30 pills per month, I just want my pharmacy to go by their own policy and refill my script 3 days early and Ill be fine. But 3 days early from what? From when my current script is completely gone, on the 31st day? or 3 days early meaning the 30th day is zero, 29th is one, 28th is 2 and 27th day of script is 3? Apparently not. It literally changes depending on with whom you are speaking and how they feel that day.

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow even when you go through the drive thru... It usually takes about 20 minutes to pick up an order. Not sure if they are short staffed or what but I dread having to pick up anything from them.
