I called to have my ivermectin filled, as I’ve been prescribed it for my covid long haulers symptoms, and the tone in which I was met today from the pharmacy over asking if my medication was ready, is why I’ll never use a rite aid again. The way this medication has been politicized is disgusting. I work for you doctors and ivermectin has been used by many dermatologists for years, and now rite aid is choosing not to fill it, and acting like I asked them to fill a script for narcotics or something. Absolutely unbelievable. Won’t ever come here again.

This is a great place to shop. The store is clean, clean and the sale signed well. The staff is always very kind and helpful. It’s the only place to go for seasonal items as they are marked down 50% off at the start of the season. I’ve gotten all my holiday and summer items here, a great variety.

Rude employee in the pharmacy section. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

5050 on how they treat ya

Me and my friends go here all the time. We know all the workers. But today there was a new lady. Me and my friends are black and Asian. The new lady was following us around the store and making us feel uneasy. We paid in cash because we do not want to use a credit card. She then proceeded to check out money and ask for second opinion about it. She used the excuse “we check everyones money”. We also noticed an older white man who also payed in cash and his money did not get checked. We will not shop here again.

We cant excuse the behavior exhibited by one of your employees towards Ella M. Please investigate this incident mentioned in the review left by Ella a week ago. Any person, employee or not, who makes a child feel unsafe and unwelcome in a store like this needs to know that this behavior is wrong and unacceptable.

I got a call from Joanna to interview here @ 1:27pm and missed the call. She left a voicemail, and at 1:30pm, I called the store to set up an interview time. Someone in the Pharmacy answered the phone. I asked for Joanna and was told... shes not in so I ended the call. Pharmacy girl was rude to me. How can the store mgr. NOT BE IN AND LEAVE IN 3 MINUTES OF CALLING ME? This makes no sense! cause ITS NOT TRUE!There is very bad communication between everyone who works at this store. Im very disappointed. You can take the job and blow it out your #@+&! lol

I picked a prescription yesterday and two customers were sitting waiting for their prescriptions and chatting it up without face masks - it appears that the mask directive is not being followed or enforced.

This a horrible place to work. The women are two faced and are bullies. I do not recommend anybody to work here. It makes me really sad. I loved working for Rite Aid but the people they hire to run the stores and direct leader is unprofessional.
