Great shop, wonderful presentation of items for sale. Well arranged and not overcrowded like so many cosignmenent shops. They also have a line of chalk paints by Dixie Belle Paints

I have been in two different occasions. Neither time did anyone acknowledge me. Both times people on floor continued conversations.

Just bought a beautiful sofa. Been going to this place for 3 or 4 years. If your looking for lightly used merchandise, this is the place to go

The workers are sweet and helpful, but the owner is a crook. She hides items in the back so she can get them at the cheapest price possible. (Just giving a heads up if you are planning on selling an item at this establishment.)

Happy to find this sweet spot to shop. Found some deals, squeals and steals. Worthy of your attention.

I only gave it 1 star because the employee who answered the phone was courteous. She kindly informed me that the store was accepting fall items Sept. 1 2020. I loaded vehicle and drove there the first week of Sept. When I approached the counter, the lady (not the employee I had spoken with on phone) was rude and showed no interest in looking at items i brought. I had great stuff and a great variety, no clothing, just lots of high end items. The lady just asked what I had and then said no. It was all home decor and high end items that would make them money also, since they get 50 % of items they sell. No one offered to even look at items i brought. I have lived in Fenton over 5 years and business owners and store representatives have always been couteous and friendly. I would suggest you go to other consignment shops, since this new ownership wont make it in Fenton. Not a thank you for coming in, nothing.

Hi quality, gently used home furnishings and lots more. Picked up some summer dishes and more goodies for a bargain price. Great staff too. Worth a stop.

GREAT place to shop!! I love that they have some new furniture to mix and mingle with the old decor. You can buy a new couch and decorate very cost effective with everything else. Love the staff they are all very helpful. I find it hard to leave without buying anything. I can’t say one thing negative. I like the direction they have taken it.

New owners, like the added space they have for glassware. Getting well organized. Still getting stock in. Prices reasonable. Old owners knew us and were so friendly. Not getting that yet, but hope they will be friendly. Some nice furniture. They have a special evening 10 percent off. Think it was Tuesdays.

Always great service here! Prices are reasonable, the store is always clean and very nice, highend furniture. Staff there are always willing to help me carry any items I purchase to my car. Great experience every time, keeps me coming back!

The merchandise is very well displayed. Nicely organized and in fashion. Shes been in business for sometime I believe 10 years.

I always find quality slightly used items in this store. Always worth stopping and taking a look at what they have.

The store is FILLED with new furniture, but its all from wayfair or other online discount furniture sites. (from what the store employee told me the store owner bought them to fill the store as it was too empty!) Then marked up higher then what you would pay online!? Who does that? This is not consignment! Maybe if they would take items in more then just 3 days a week they would have some decent items!

I have always loved stopping in here to look around! Their inventory always has unique items that cant be found anywhere else. I also love their little book corner, you can sometimes get books for as cheap as 10 cents each!

I have bought several great things from this shop BUT unfortunately Ive had a couple really bad experiences too. I think it all boils down to the owner. One recent experience is: they had 2 chairs made of pine with bright blue cushions (remember them), they were there for months (not super comfortable to sit in but could be fixed). We waited for the last markdown and tried to put them on hold the evening before the markdown, naturally their policy wouldnt let us (which is understandable). I arrived the next morning and was the first person in the store. The chairs still had the tags on them, I told owner I wanted to buy them, she said that they were sold already and I said how is that possible Im the first person here. She tells me someone purchased them over the phone last night and she forgot to take the tags off. I think that was a big fat lie. They have sat there for 3 months and someone decided to pay the extra $80 that the next day markdown would have netted them. Baloney!! She sold them to someone without them being there. She makes the policy and breaks them too.

Only reason these fine people dont get 5 stars is because they are one of only a handful of stores not offering any type of lay away or even a hold longer than a few hours. I personally would purchase more if this was the case.That being said, they are super nice and the prices are fair. The quality of the pieces they Take in are above what you would expect from a second hand store.. Very clean merchandise! This is why I head there before the others when Im in search of something.Hopefully they can figure out how to lay away things like the other stores do, even if its strict no money back, short term ect..

Great selection & organization of the merchandise they offer. Done a couple items on payment plans similar to a layaway a few years ago.

Very nice resale shop, higher end stuff. Pick up a couple of deck chairs today, I have purchased several things in the last couple of years, crystal, headboard, art.

Great place to find some deals

My family would often stop in and see what new items that came into Twice New. On July 2 we stopped in looking for a sectional couch but found a very nice table and chairs that was going down to the last mark down on July 4th. I ask one of the workers there given that they are closed on the 4th if we could get the price markdown on the 3rd which she said we could given the next markdown was on the 4th and they were closed. At that time we went home took out our old table and chairs arranged friends to come over on the 3rd to help with moving the new table set in.When we arrived to pick up the table on the 3rd we were told they couldnt honor the price we were promised yesterday and was told sorry that one of there employees said they could do this. They offered the 10% discount that was running store wide but that still was $80 more than we were told we could buy it for the day prior. I can think of many ways they could of had good customer service given the error was on stores part but the owner didnt even try to think out of the box. I know we will never step foot into this store again and recommend the dozen other consignment shops within a 10-miler radius.
