Wonderful employees with great customer service. They always make me feel welcomed. They remember me and are conversational. I stop at this Sally’s specifically because of the employees there. Great salesmanship as well. I can’t remember the last time I went into this Sally’s without purchasing anything! Knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Years ago, before Sallys came along, if you werent a licensed beautician, you were mostly limited to the beauty products available at drug stores. Sallys has everything available to professionals, & things you could never imagine! Always sweet and knowledgeable staff, and unlike other beauty supply stores that have come along, they have affordable prices! I love this place!

I had purchased 12 tubes of hair color to get the bulk discount, and also used a coupon. Some of the colors I wanted were out of stock, so I purchased other colors with the intent of exchanging them when the colors I wanted were back in stock. Just over a week later, I took the unwanted color back to the store with my receipt. I was told I would have to pay more for the ones I wanted because I no longer had the coupon. Seriously, are you kidding me? It’s called an EVEN EXCHANGE for a reason. I left with the same color and my receipt, called the Grand Blanc store and I was told I shouldn’t have to pay more, and they could even do the exchange with no receipt. You people at the Fenton Sally’s need to properly educate your employees on proper exchange policies and better customer service.
