A great place because of the staff. They are outstanding! They are always helpful and patient with me and my questions. The Sunday craft projects are fun and inspiring. I have to say that Lilly was especially courteous today, after I had a negative experience at a competitors store. This team knows how to work retail together!

Honestly, not at all good. Nothing (NOTHING) that was advertised was even in stock and the checking staff had no idea how to apply my discount to what I did get to substitute. Im taking it back tomorrow and staying the heck out of that establishment!

I went in for two orange poster boards for Halloween signs. They didnt have orange poster board - two weeks before Halloween!! Wasted my time.

I was shopping for a Birthday gift for my granddaughter. We easily found the painting supplies she had on her wish list. The cashier, Natsumi, was a delight --- helpful, smiling and genuinely interested in our purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend the Fenton Michaels store for seasonal, and gift shopping.

I had four pictures framed. The staff at this location was incredibly helpful in getting everything ideally set up. They truly cared about the quality of the framing and all four pictures came out perfectly. Excellent work all around snd they were a pleasure to deal with.

Michaels and I have a love/hate relationship!!!I am officially on Santas naughty list for leaving my husband in the truck while I went inside Michaels to grab 1 one single Christmas tree.Somehow I got lost.We all know how this ends so I wont go any further. At least sugar plums will be dancing in my head!!

I could not find the products I was looking for, and after wandering around the store for a while I was helped by a very pleasant employee! I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a Sonic the Hedgehog T shirt, she helped me find literally everything I had come in to the store to buy and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! Truely exemplary of the saying “above and beyond”! She obviously had experience using the products she suggested to me, and immediately knew where to find everything! I will come back to this location because of this experience! Give this woman a promotion!

I love Michaels. They have some very special things there. I was able to get the makings for my new outdoor Christmas wreath. I was very pleased with that. Usually if you ask if they had any coupons to help you out on your total, they usually do. Another thing I like about Michaels.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Fenton Michaels. I was being difficult needing two separate transactions but both micheals team members worked together to get all my items wrapped(ceramic ornaments) and I had about $200 worth to wrap. The team members were helpful and made the whole situation go by quickly and efficiently!

They do an amazing job with framing. Their warranty on glass is incredible.

I love this store. They have a lot of things for crafts. And they have really good calendar notebooks. They have a really good assortment of baking stuff. Also I really love the decorations you can buy there as well.

I called the store as I received a pickup notification from the store. I ordered some Halloween paint that I paid $10 for same day shipping, and I paid for additional shipping for a Christmas tree I ordered. The day after receiving my paint, I received an email that my order was ready for pickup... I paid for additional shipping for the Christmas tree, so i called the store to see what was happening and if they received the tree in store. I was transferred to a woman named Katie, and she was extremely impatient, and rude. She said “I don’t have anything else for your order but the paint”. I said that I’d find the order number and while I was trying to find it, she said “it wouldn’t be here anyway if you ordered online”. Very unwilling to help see why I received the “come pickup your stuff at my location” email. I hung up with her and called the 800 number and someone who was clearly not even in this country, was far more helpful. I will never shop at that location again.

I went to purchase some glitter paste that is on clearance, Martha Stewart, for $1.97 each. Had to ask the clerk if clearance price that was online good because at the Fenton, MI store, they did not have any clearance tags up like at the Flint, MI store.

First time I have been in the store, had so many crafts for my daughter to choose from. Employee that helped me find the items I was looking for gave alot of insight into when it may come into store.

Basically like any other Michaels you have ever been in. I did have a negative encounter with one employee, but that happens. They mostly have what I am looking for, but they seem to just have basics of crafts and dont really truly commit to any particular craft to be able to have all that you would need.

I always enjoy going to Michaels for my art supplies. Its usually simple to find what youre looking for but there are knowledgeable staff to help with questions.Once in a while the lines are a bit long with only one register open, so Ill do another last around the store to wait for the it to die down.

They have such a variety of stuff and all the craft supplies gives inspiration and makes me want to start up a new hobby; such as recently, Ive found bracelet making to be something new I enjoy. AND THE SALES!!! You can find so much on sale or with a discount. Lastly, the staff is so friendly and Im so glad this store is up here.

Michaels is the perfect place for artists to find a wide variety of media,tools and inspiration. They also offer many different classes. I used to teach comic illustration and messy masterpieces here. The staff is very knowledgeable,helpful and make the store a warm and inviting place. Michaels has been through all stages of my life. There isnt another store like it. Their prices are fair and the sales are awesome. Dont forget to grab a 40% of coupon from either their website or the weekly ad. Its always a pleasure going into the Fenton, Michigan Michaels. Theyre always very friendly and helpful and the store is always, always clean and organized. One of my favorite stores.

The store is doing a fine job. Keeping up with cleanliness and organization. I would say that 85% of the staff is willing to help you and knows at least a few things about the products that they sell which is always helpful.I came in for something quickly for my wife picked it up and got out the door relativity fast. Will shop here again.

Signing up for rewards does not save you money. All the coupons you get from it can be obtained from an ad. Its very likely they sell your email and phone number but even if they dont at the very least its just another way to advertise. Now its not just an ad on a website or something, now you get personally emailed your ads and you signed up for it! Come on down for your trite factory manufactured seasonal decor thats ending up in a landfill whether you buy it or not. This is the closest to hell Ive ever been and do not miss it.

Decent selection of craft goods in a convenient location. Usually accessable staff for any questions. They do seem to participate in the typical retail process of overpricing everything so they can lure you in with sale prices.

Wonderful service! Patrick was particularly helpful & pleasant at checkout. This is especially appreciated during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. I had a similar experience last summer when shopping for flowers to make wedding centerpieces and bouquets for my sisters wedding.

There price match policy Is false. It says it in black and white you bring the proof and they will match it plus 10% absolutely not true! They try to find every excuse not to match it. Will not shop here again, and I used to spends tons of money here every year.

Store was clean but never enough staff at the registers ...I was accidentally charged multiple times for the same product..I came directly back in to have them fix it and had to stand in line for 20 minutes. Maybe they should have a separate area for returns so it doesnt hold up regular purchases.
