I purchased a massage chair and I was so happy with my purchase that I went back and purchased one for my son. Great customer service. Everyone is sooo friendly. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a 2020 Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE from this Vendor in 6/2020. In the 1st month, they had to replace the chair two times because problems, but the initial impression and customer services were good.According to the menu, this model has the most advanced back heating system. But mine has never had any heat at all since day one. I was tired with the exchanging of such huge heavy item, and also hoping the heated rollers would come to life at some point soon.Finally I contacted the same Vendor on 12/03/2020 regarding the heating problem. They were unresponsive, simply told me that someone will contact me. I waited a while then reached out to Osaki Warranty Department, their response also cold and unprofessional.

Not only are the chairs extremely relaxing. But the staff is amazing! They made me feel so comfortable and even put a blanket on me so I wouldnt be cold during my massage. To top it all off, my uncle left his phone and wallet in the store by accident. His massage was so good it made him forget, LOL. I called right away and they held it safe for him until he could pick it up. Amazing massage chairs, and trustworthy staff, I would definitely recommend this place if you were thinking of buying a massage chair.

I swung by OTA massage chair retail store in Federal Way with my wife. Place was quiet and very clean. Salesman (Mr.Ko) was very helpful. Tried out couple of chairs before picking out the one we liked. I am kidney patient waiting on a donor and my body is always sore and tired. So i was hoping that this massage chair would help me feel more comfortable. Mr Ko and another nice fellow delivered the chair within two days of purchasing the chair to my house. They arrived on time. I been using it for about 3 weeks now and it’s been amazing. It was painful at first until I found my sweet setting, and now I can’t go even one day without it. My wife also enjoys using the chair daily and best thing we bought in long time. I appreciate the great customer service as well as followup from Mr Ko. Its a great product and something that brings smile to us daily.

Best customer service!!! They will let you test all of their products and let you stay as long as you want for free! They were very kind and professional to me. Definitely plan on going back there.
