Lovely food. I’ve had pizzas at different canAm locations , but federal way location definitely tastes better.

We bought their pizza one time and it wasnt bad but not anything great. then one day we were checking if Elliot Bay next door had any availability. Elliot Bays parking lot was full, I had no other options.. I stayed in the car while my mom went into Elliot Bay just to ask about availability and possibly get us on their wait list. within two minutes or so, the man comes out of this business and demands I move my car. dude.... your parking area is empty. what difference does it make? just the way he talked to me, I never wanted to give them our business again. very rude man. your parking is empty for a reason!!!!

If the æstetic beauty be the indicator here, let is be heard that the taste unites in everything magical about Canada, The US and everything in-between! To know that a South Asian Indian reality makes it work, makes it taste even better. Perfection approached.

I had the vegetarian kadhai paneer pizza and it was unbelievably good. The texture was perfect and it tasted very well. I’ll come back here and try the other paneer pizza’s

Affordable...but the pizza is no where near what it used to be...this used to be one of my favorite pizza places and now I will never eat there again...

Got the Kadai paneer pizza and it was horrible! I ordered the XL pizza for take out and these guys have me a large pizza.The pizza is so light with toppings it seems like a cheese pizza.Save yourself and choose the Kent location. Their Kadai Paneer was amazing! Had the same expectation from this location but failed miserably

Worst place ever.. i ordered a large butter chicken pizza and it took these guys more than an hour to make it. They told us that they will call us when it is ready but i never received a call. They were not wearing proper masks and the lady who took the cash was the same lady making pizza without sanitizing or washing her hands. When i got home the pizza was burnt and tasted weird. Overall customer service is zero the lady does not know how to greet and was rude. Advise to the owner if you cant provide a good customer service then shut down this place and stay home..

We have lived in federal way for 15 years and just tried can am pizza! This is the best pizza we have had and will definitely be ordering again!! Be sure to try the butter chicken pizza, ITS DELICIOUS!

Pizza was mediocre and light on toppings. The real issue was that the woman working the counter was incredibly rude, demanding a tip over the phone when we ordered. When we went to pick it up, she quoted us 15 minutes and it was 40 before we got our food. On top of that when our food finally was ready she just yelled at us through the door and left the pizza on the curb. I understand that things are difficult due to social distancing and Covid, but that is all the more reason to try and provide decent customer service.

The owner&lady didn’t even know his own menu, was very rude and unhelpful about getting food. I ordered and he told me we have everything same as kent location but they did not will never ever go back if there’s option zero star I would Gave 0 star they have zero quantity food We ended up just leaving.

I would never, ever eat here. Talk about discrimination from the time I stepped out of my truck. The owner came out and said I need to move my truck, before I even started walking, or my wife got out of the truck. I parked in an unmarked parking spot and she pointed to the window stating this is for her customers only. I walked inside with my wife and asked her how she knew we weren’t getting a pizza. She said she knows because cars pull forward and trucks back in. I asked her what a truck or a car has anything to do with someone buying pizza. She said the same thing again. I reiterated to her that her paper signs mean nothing to the landlord as far as parking spots for customers is concerned. All she saw was a Ford F-150 and a Caucasian guy get out and told us we need to move.Not sure how the place hasn’t gone under with customer practices like this.

Pizza was delicious. The area is a meth-head, etc area like some other areas. A lady made our pizza. She seemed very aware of our presence probably because of the areas meth problems. This restaurant has an excellent Health Score.

Didnt get what I ordered. Was told it was my fault. (Two items on menu named butter chicken.) Told me to keep the wrong item that maybe I would like it. No replacement. No refund.Previous time we ordered the food was not great. Not sure why I gave it a second try. The one in Kent is much better. Never ordering from Federal Way Can Am again.

We have been coming here for a long time and for the most part we have had good pizza. This last time we ordered our regular pizzas and 45 minutes later they were delivered. All well and good, but when we started eating our food there was something off and we couldnt put a finger on it.As we ate my wife took a bite and spit it out. It was mold. Two different pizzas with completely different toppings. We came here for years and this was the first time there was a problem so we called to see if they will fix it.They told us that we were lying because we were the only people that called in this time. If we were telling the truth there would be more people calling in.This time? This has happened before and were the liars?Over the phone they told us we were just trying to get the pizza for free so we packed up the rest of the pizza missing the slices that were regretfully consumed and brought it back. They told us that we cant return the pizza just because we didnt like it.In the end. They would not refund us. Its sad. Never going back.

Amazing pizza. I finally found a place for a large gluten free pizza. So happy. Been eating here regularly for a few years now. Highly recommend.

This place rocks! My husband and I are from Chicago and this pizza pass the test. The customer service was awesome and they are open late. We cant wait to go back.......tomorrow! ❤🍕

Their pizza is great! They have Halal meat options, but only if you ask for it. Service is pretty slow, so expect it to take a while.

Ordered recently. Great gluten free pizza crust. Some of the best pizza we have tasted since moving here.

So the Kent and the Can Am pizza is seriously to die for! Big portions awesome salads but the Fedral Way one is NOT like this... the cheesy bread is a joke and so is their tiny little salads... Kent fills the salad container and the cheesy bread is pan deep and covered in cheese. Please Fix your recipes!!! :(

Your pizza tastes good, however after waiting an hour + for delivery my pizza arrived (delivery) my receipt was already signed and had a tip added to it because you had someone else sign it, after you left and I opened it pizza it was also not the pizza I ordered. Your customer service is so damn terrible I didnt even want to deal with you guys anymore. Ill eat what I didnt order.

Ordered the tandoori chicken. Got exactly that and it was insanely amazing!!! If you are tired of regular old dominos, get their specials for crazy flavors!!

Good pizza and great pizza toppings / options .... Warning english is their second language so be patient and you will get a great pizza / sub / gyro etc ... they deliver to a fairly large area and the pizza is one of the better ones in federal way.

This was great. We ordered three large puzzas over the phone, the woman we spoke to was quite friendly and professional. We had them modify two of the three speciality pizzas we ordered, everything came exactly as requested within the time period we had been advised. Delivery guy was courteous and professional, pizzas arrived hot and loaded with toppings and cheese. We got the Tandoori Chicken, Hawaian, and Bacon ranch chicken, and they were all really good. Will definitelt order again next time I am in the area craving pizza.

Once I ordered the pIzza from these guys , when I got home and opened up the box at home and i found hairs in it . When I called them they n told them about the hairs instead of saying sorry they were saying if there are hairs it can get in the pIzza also . They were really rude .

A very strange place; despite the name Can Am it also houses an Indian/Asian/PI store. Although they have some very interesting pizza ideas as a result of this cultural fusion.

Went to try pizza, within posted hours, no one was there. No holiday, or sign stating why they were not in. A little irritated as we drove a bit to come here.
