Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Products are sporadic. Have A but not B. When do you think you might have it? I dunno. New shop opened in southcenter very nice and cheaper. Dont waste you time

Just love these guys. Theyre a distributor for hydrofarm. They were able to get me many things at a better price than i could get for myself. They can get absolutely anything for the large commercial or small medical grower. Theyll order you things even if they dont stock them. Give them a chance. They saved me a lot of money versus other online retailers. Their customer service is fantastic! I Have made both large and small purchases from them and have always left happy. They also have a 2 week return policy. They work very hard for my business and I am happy to have them as my neighborhood hydro store!

My nephew went to purchase some items and they ignored him while helping 10-12 people who came in the store after him. The irony is my nephew is white and the people that got helped were all Chinese/Asian. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS PLACE AND ITS TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS who are not their preferred ethnicity.

I show up to the shop to buy some stuff and the guy doesnt even let me in tells me I have to Order over the phone when they dont even posted on their website That you will have to order over the phone

Pricey & limited selection. Was hoping for more soils. Limited product lines. Maybe better for larger grows.
