Had two old yellow fiberglass windows replaced with tempered glass windows ordered at Nieman Glass. Randy came out and gave us a quote and agreed to install a glass sticker design we purchased online for us on both windows for a little extra charge. Mike and Steven came out to install the windows and it looked beautiful after installation, however after closer inspection we noticed one of the windows was installed upside down. I called the office and Danel arranged for Mike and Steve to perform a service call to turn the window right side up at no additional charge. Awesome team work and excellent customer service by Nieman Glass. Special thanks to Randy who installed the glass sticker, looks great! Attached are before and after photos. We intend to have additional projects done by Neiman Glass in the near future because of this pleasant experience.

Very sweet people. Looked everywhere for a place to get a new glass panel for our woodstove that broke. It is our main source of heat and we were in a hurry to get it fixed. They measured and cut our glass on a Saturday, and when we tried to put it in the screws in too tight we broke it. Called them up to get a new one before they closed at 2pm, and they gave is a awesome price on the replacement and had the Pep boys next door hold it so we could get it same day. Thank you so much Neiman Glass. We got the new one in and our home is warm and cozy once again!

Don’t ever buy anything from Niemen Glass. This company is dishonest and their empress are bunch of ignorant people. They cut our mirrors to wrong size and they won’t give us return or correct size mirrors. Their workmanship is below acceptable. Stay away from them. You’ll get better service across the street.

My husband and I went into Niemen Glass on Friday and got a sale price for a shower door that was supposedly good until June 30th. We went back the very next Monday (3 days later) and the price was $100 MORE.The lady said she gave us the old price, but we feel it should have been honored, since that was what was quoted.So much for customer service.

Very disappointing. We had beautiful shower glass installed by Niemen Oct. 2014. Less than a year later the bottom flange fell off then a couple weeks ago, our two year old shower literally came apart on the main corner as the caulk failed. They took NO responsibility and said we would have to pay for repairs as the warranty was only for 9 months!!We decided it was better to get another opinion and took pictures to Meridian Glass in Puyallup. They just shook their heads when they saw what we were dealing with and said they would never agree to install shower glass this way. They came out today and redid the caulk and installed a clip on the upper edge where the two pieces of glass come together to secure them. Their total bill was less than what Niemen was going to charge just for a trip out to take a look.Very disappointed with Niemen Glass!!

Last time I was in their office they had someone who kept calling them on the phone. Instead of being professional, they started throwing out f-bombs to this person while I stood there hearing the whole thing. I ordered a slider from them and after it was installed I noticed scratches in both window panes as well as some damage to the screen. Im guessing the installers caused this damage since they were complaining about how hard it was to remove the old slider and also did damage to my wood siding. Not what I expected for a $1500 purchase. The slider also bounces back open when pushed to close. Ive since had two new identical sliders installed (by another company) and they do not do this.

Did everything they could to NOT sell me the Milgard window I wanted. I got the impression that my presence was unwanted because that meant the woman that helped me would have to do some work. I will be buying windows but not from them.

Ordered a screen that was 25 3/4 inches by 29 inches. It cost me $30. They told me over the phone on a Friday that it would be ready Monday. That Monday they told me it takes five days and we’re very abrasive with the way they told me. Like, hey our policy is like this, so f-u.

Never showed up for the install and after waiting 3.5 hours I called them and they actually have met an attitude. Got them through Lowes. DO NOT USE THEM!
