The manager here is not polite at all. If you want to feel ignored then I suggest you visit this GameStop. You wont be disappointed.

The staff are always super friendly and know what theyre talking about. Shirts are buy one get one free so I ended up walking out with two. Nothing real special here besides good staff when Ive been visiting. Standard GameStop quality youd expect.

I like this GameStop the employees are very helpful if you have any questions they are more than willing to answer. when I am looking for a used game piece theyre always willing to help me even if they dont have it at their store they will look it up for me at another store. and its very convenient since it is in the Federal Way Mall.

Well organized and clean store. However, their inventory was not that good. Not many games compared to others. Customer service was okay. Would maybe return and maybe recommend.

Worst customer service ever. The person was so rude, I was just asking a question she wouldnt answer it. and then tries and tell me Im asking a different question. than I was I tried explanning exactly what I was asking in the middle of that she just shut down and said have a good day. wow customer service has gone so far down hill it isnt even funny. anyother company they would fire you for talking to the customer like that. and I was being super nice since i have worked in customer service for a long time and understand that holidays make it even more but to be that rude is unacceptable never going there again

I like the employees. Most of the times they can get bothersome but in this GameStop the employees are nice.

Staff was very friendly and helped us trade in our devices for store credit. They were very good at following the ever-changing Covid-19 policies and made sure the location was safe and that they and their customers were following the safety guidelines.

I asked about the new Xbox series x and they said “I don’t know when we’re getting new shipments” they obviously are hiding the new consoles from us trying to buy them for themselves straight douches.

The younger person at the store didnt have any knowledge of the products or where any of the products in the store is located at. He acted like he didn’t want to help us. The older gentleman in the store was very helpful. Good thing he was there because they would have lost a customer.

Went there today to pick up a game and preoder some pops.Sales guy was super informative and mega kind with my wife and I.Loved his passion for the product and process.Will be back soon for more business!

I called this particular store today at around 10:30 a.m. to get info on a game system I had no knowledge of. I wanted to get my daughter this game system for Christmas. The gentleman that answered the phone was impatient and rude. I was confused about what came with the buy and he kept saying “it will come with everything it usually comes with” I kept telling him I have never bought one before so I don’t know what comes with it. He then hung up on me. Extremely inappropriate behavior as well as very unprofessional. I hope management at that store will be holding that gentleman accountable for his behavior.

Employees are very slow and spent too much time on other people before attending you.

Its really good, but they take a but long to restock. Other then that I think there great :).

Limit is 6 people, when I went there was around 15 people in store

I was with my friend when he went to buy a Red Dead Redemption 2 PS4 Bundle and the clerk spoiled the end of the game as she rang him up. Preeeety sure youre not supposed to spoil the product as someone is purchasing it. I think this clerk needs to find another job and this store needs to find better employees.

This place had everything my son wanted & more. They even suggested a gently used game to save me a little money. The best part is my son saw the game Ive been wanting Evil Within. I didnt realize it was part 2, but they also had part 1. So I was pretty happy about that. Only suggestion is...Dont bring your kids in here unless you plan on throwing down a lot of money. I spent over $200 in here lol. It was worth it though to see the smile on my sons face 😊

Its not my favorite store but it is fun to look around in and see what they have. I prefer the one in Auburn, but this one works.

They had a great selection of games to choose from, as well as game related merchandise. However, the staff leaves something to be desired. Ive been in here with my husband twice (entered at different times and were in different parts of the store). He was asked if he needed help both times. Meanwhile I made eye contact with a Game Advisor and wasnt asked if I needed anything. As someone who worked for GameStop back in the day, every customer should be asked if they need help or advice. Pretty disappointing.

Ok so you know how if youre trading in an item you can save the estimate online and bring it in? These 2 foul women at gamestop were trying to short sell me by telling my my gear s3 is only worth $14 when Im not a member and its in damaged condition but online the reward member gets $22 for it being damaged and a normal person is suppose to get $20 these dumb counts dont even know how their site works

Wasted my time and money. Went in here looking for the elusive 3ds XL Zelda bundle. They had empty boxes of them on the shelf. But the guy said they didnt have any. He looked up on his computer and saw there was supposedly some at the gig harbour location. I drove the distance, paid the bridge toll and found the place. When I got there the guy just laughed and said, nobody has any anywhere... Good luck. I hopped back in my car, pulled up Amazon. Found one and it was in my hands 20 hours later for less money. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I should have known Amazon was the answer.

Gamestop is one of a few physical places where you can get preowned old games. Their membership program is trash. Dont buy anything from them unless you have to. The staff at this particular Gamestop are pretty cool though and dont mind making small talk about videogames.

Store manager was more worried about who was wrong her or corporate while me the customer suffered either way, will never step foot in that store again, she should have just given the cash refund and then dealt with the corporate offices..

This stores manager really helped me out. I had a faulty xbox one at Christmas time and he allowed me to exchange it on Christmas Eve with one that was reserved for a bundle (didnt have any singles). The replacement xbox one worked great. Thanks for keeping me from having to deal with Microsofts service department!

I purchased an XBox one from this Game Stop on Saturday after Christmas. I was only going to get the bundle for 349.99. They sold me on the Kinnect and told me that every one that purchases it without comes back and buys the Kinnect. Thats fine Ill spend the extra 100.00 no big deal. So walking out of there spending 592.00 on the system, 1 game and X Box live for a year. I was really happy and satisfied with the customer service.I get home and start taking things out of the bag and notice that I have no receipt in any of my bags or with the change I got back from the store. This is probably because it was closing time and they were too worried about rolling down the gate door and rushing us out of there.I call the next morning as soon as they open to let them know and they tell me there is no way to get a duplicate copy of the receipt and I should have come right back to the store. I explained that wasnt possible since I didnt notice the receipt wasnt in the bag like I had requested till I got home. I told him that I was having some issues with the system and he basically told me the following.....-The system is yours now.-Called me a liar in regards to not getting a receipt.-Told me if I am having issues I can deal with Microsoft and it is no longer in their hands.This made me so happy that I spent 600.00 of my hard earned money with them. Then told me they would not give me their names for a complaint to corporate.AVOID THIS GAME STOP AND GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. BETTER YET HEAD OVER TO FRYS.

So I went to there to trade in a game. Came back home and played a different one then I started realizing that I had a lot of fun with this game and that I played it every night. So then I made it in my mind that I need to go up there so I can get it back. It should be no problem. Next day comes around I didnt have no ride to take me up there so I had to walk all the way up there to 2 different gamestop because when I asked them for another game they had, They said we dont have it but the one outside the mall does. So anyways I walked to that gamestop first thinking everything should go smooth and I should get my game. They said that since the game is over there that you able to get it back. So I walked over to the commons mall one where I had originally traded in for credit. So when I told them that can I get it back and Ill give you the credit back, They said No because I sign this contract. I told them I didnt know of that and they said well its my own fault and that I should have known. Ive had lots of problems with that gamestop and this one was probably one of the worst other than bad service. I honestly deal with bad service every time I go up there but you know what? Its ok. I dont see good for that gamestop if they are going to be acting like that.

Called in for a game so I can pick it up and the girl that was there ignored me for the whole ten minutes I was standing in front of the register I was ready to buy and she didn’t even ask if I wanted help or if I was ready.
