These guys are absolutely rockstars!I saw my dream car the Tesla Model 3 Performance on their website via cars.com search.Within minutes I sent my application and next day I was immediately approved! At $13,000 down 5% apr. Now it may seem high for many, but I wasn’t approved by Tesla, on another hand Capital One auto financing wanted $22k and 9% apr!These guys were able to get my rates and down payment to half! 👍🏻👍🏻They just really know their stuff and can get anyone approved, legitimately.They even did the tinting for me while I was out of town, held the car for me for almost a month as a special courtesy as I traveled for work.Really THE BEST customer service and transaction. No pushy sales people and all the guys are really cool.Had the car for 2 months and put 10k miles on it not a single issue. Except for when the 12 v battery died and needed replacement, other than that car was flawless!

Where do I start... 3 years out of bankruptcy hadn’t bought a car in 8 years. Bryan took me step by step and got me into the car I wanted at a price I can afford. While dealing with me and my uneasiness about buying a car. The owner was awesome as well and looked past a fender bender on my trade in (thank you). they worked with my down payment so I could take the car home today! None of this could have happened without the great team at Boyko.. Noah the finance guy made that part easy and fast got me a great rate and filled up my new car for the drive home!!! I’m a happy customer thank you Boyko I will pass the word!Update... The after buying experience has been much the opposite!! was told my credit was ran once by them but an actuality it was twice! . there were at least two things Boyko listed as features of this car that were not true. There were no 20” rims they are 19”. There was no active navigation system as listed. I have to buy the card to make it work so should NOT been listed as feature. The scratch that runs all the way from the back bumper to the front bumper that was obviously covered up was a nice touch as well! Burnt out rear fog light that has to be professionally installed... locator lamps under the rear view mirrors also don’t work! I could go on but won’t.. the post dated check mentioned above that was cashed early by them that caused me $61 in bank fees! Then having to track them down to get the final down payment taken care of. At least I got my plates mailed to me I guess that makes it all even! Be careful with these guys! I’m taking this Brand New car as they advertised it in to get completely checked over I don’t trust their word any longer!

Great place, I worked with Bryan to get a used 2009 Nissan 370z. Very clean, no used car lot trick to make the car seem perfect when they show it to you but break down after drive it home. I came in after work at around 6:00 pm and Bryan worked with me till roughly 8:00pm. Homeboy even let me charge my phone at his desk.

This is by far the worst dealership that I have been to. First sold me an SUV with bad transmission and back differential. Trusting my guts and my salesman, I signed off without checking the carfax. Checked the carfax the following day and pretty much the car had been in a major accident that had multiple airbags deployed. My salesman told me the car hadnt been in an accident. They had made twice attempts to sell the car. I took it back that the truck wasnt good to drive. The owner agreed with me that he will take it back and look for another one for me. After deceiving me to buy the bad car he charged me $1853 to look for another for me at the auction. .Its been 6 weeks and Im still waiting for tags for the car which the temporary one expires June 3...What I will say is Ridiculous

I showed up to look at the vehicle I was interested in, the vehicle was not only very dirty inside with dirt on the floor, but was also completely empty on gas with the gas light on and the electrical system would not activate to start the car, I am very familiar with this specific car and it had serious issues, I couldn’t even get the car to go into drive. The photos on the site were much nicer than in person. I drove over an hour to look at it and have never experienced anything on a lot in this condition.

Found a BMW wagon with the specific package I was looking for. As with any used cars, I’d suggest take it to a mechanic for pre-purchase inspection. Overall a solid purchase I’m very happy with how it drives.

The team here is incredible! Noah helped me out with an old Subaru and made the process of purchasing a car so much less stressful than it usually is for me. I had the most of unpleasant experiences trying to buy my daughter a car here. Fortunately I know the math of it and was able to figure out their game, but a lot of people would have been screwed out of thousands of dollars. Of course, I walked out but I kept my cool the entire time, and as I pointed out their lies line by line they basically yelled at me and said they didnt need my business. These people are con artists and a bunch of the reviews on Google are from their own community members.

Bought a 04 Infiniti G35 here for 14k with 5k down. It broke down after 2 days of not driving it with a parasitic battery drain that still hasnt been figured out. I would have discovered this earlier if it wasnt my daily driver. If you guys would like to take your car back that would be great. Theres only 6k left on the loan and you guys can probably sell it again for 13k to another poor soul.

We went there looking for a truck. The truck we looked at was nice and clean but priced over market value. The salesman was distracted while talking to us and didnt look at us when talking. They acted as if we were an inconvenience to be dealing with us. They had nice looking vehicles but their lack of customer service alone would have me taking my business elsewhere.

This was THE VERY BEST car shopping experience! I found this 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on-line. But, internet shopping is intimidating for us. Plus, Boyko Motors is close to a 10 hour drive one-way from our home. Well... it looked nice, and was in our price range, so I called......... FROM THE MOMENT we started talking, I felt like we had found a different kind of dealership. Noah walked us through the buying process step by step. He was completely up front, and gave us top to bottom what had been done to the Jeep. This was a big purchase, and I literally had tons of questions. Noah explained everything in detail and supplied us with the inspection report and work order verifying what had been done before they had put it on their lot for sale. We decided to move forward with the purchase. We felt confident it was the right one for us. We were then trying to figure the time it would take to go pick up our new Jeep. Well...Noah set up having it delivered almost halfway to us, so we could get home same day! All at no extra cost. THAT is customer service!! Noah got us GREAT financing at a rate we never thought we could get! And the Jeep....it is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!! It looks like a new vehicle! And, we were trusting it to get us home. We had to drive almost 400 miles, in mid November, in the Pacific Northwest, leaving at 4pm..pouring rain that turned to a blizzard in the dark. Our new Jeep performed spectacularly! We could not have been happier! Noah and Boyko Motors deserve 10 stars!! Do not hesitate to deal with them!! You will be extremely satisfied!!

I purchased a vehicle from Bryan and the guys at Boyko this past weekend. I was an out of state buyer (Idaho), and I must say, it was easy breezy from start to finish. No old school tricks of the trade that you find with most car lots, just straight up info and no pressure. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the car I bought and the overall experience. I would buy another car from them in a heart beat.

Leo and I go back a couple years to when I was in the market for my first car loan. I was looking to get into a Subaru STi. I had met an older gentleman down in Auburn one night at Fred Meyer, who had just bought a super clean 2004 STi from the guys up here at Boyko, and he could not say enough good things about the business and his experience. A few weeks later I found a 2004 STi for sale in Vancouver, WA and I drove down to check it out. I then put a $500 deposit on the car and went home to finish financing through BECU. Long story short, the guy who was selling had never registered it in his name, and it had an Oregon Rebuilt Title from theft that he did not disclose until after I put the deposit down. Refusing to refund me I thought I was out $500. I then called up Leo and asked if there was anything he could do. That Saturday, he drove all the way down to Vancouver with me to check out the car. We both test drove it, and we brought it over to a friend of his who had a dealership in Portland, where his mechanic got underneath it and checked it out for me. When it came time to pay for the car, the seller would not accept a check and release the car same day as the banks were closed. Having some foresight, Leo had cash to make the deal happen right then. He did charge me a fee to basically buy the car and re-sell it to me, to get financing to work on the out of state rebuilt title and work with the registration issue. However, he also spent the better half of the entire day, on a Saturday, AND had his mechanic do an inspection of the car before I made the purchase. I can tell you he charged me less than $1,000 and went completely above and beyond to help me get into the car. Leo is a good guy that will go the distance for his customers and take care of them to the best of his ability. Check out Boyko if you are looking for your next ride, you wont regret it.

We had a very bad experience and wish we never went to this dealership. Bryan is very dishonest. The car had a ABC MALFUNCTION warning when we looked at the car. Bryan said it was because it had an oil change and the warning comes on then and needs to go to Mercedes dealer to be reset. The light keeps coming on and the dealer said the ABC system needs to be repaired and that the estimated cost will be around $2000. How awful that we were lied to about this at the Boyko dealership. We also do not have the title after about 10 weeks due to the prior owner having lost the title and a replacement needing to be ordered, again we were not told about the lost title. Once we get the title straightened out from Boyko it will take 8 to 10 weeks to get a title and registration then issued in Oregon due to Covid delays in the process. The water pump has now gone out,, but things happen but not expected in less than a thousand miles. It has been one thing after another and we feel we were sold a pig in a poke.The car was dead when we tried to start it and he said it was because it had not been driven for a while or something was left on. Shortly after we bought it the car went dead several times. The dealership was contacted and replaced the battery. We discovered a bare battery wire when inspecting the engine and they agreed to repair it. Being from Salem Oregon it would not work to go there so they said we could have it repaired at a local shop and that they would order the part. It took several weeks for the part to come on and then we had to go to a shop that was over 100 miles away round trip. The car also had a low tire according to the dash warnings, Bryan said it was due to sitting so long and that he would have it filled. After purchase it was low several times and after bringing it to a shop we found out it had a split rim. After contacting the dealership and saying how unsafe this was too us to leave the shop with a rim in this condition they sent us to a shop to have the rim welded and they paid for it but again we had to drive over a hundred miles to take it to a shop of Boykos choosing. It has been one thing after another and we feel lied to, cheated and like I said we wish we never went to the Boyko dealership on the first place.

Stopped in to test drive a car I was looking for. The parking is TERRIBLE. I got my truck parked but just barely, and there really wasnt room for more than 1 or 2 more cars. I drove the car, which I liked. The interior was missing a few pieces, including the screen that covers the rear cargo area, and a trim piece. One heat/AC vent was smashed. The paint on it is TRASHED. It looks like someone washed it with 400 grit sandpaper. The bare metal is showing through on the corner where the roof meets the top of the hatch in the back. There are numerous scratches through the clear coat all over it. I mean, the paint job was totaled (this was a 2014 car, so not something ancient). I was looking at it for a commuter and honestly didnt care, but I wasnt going to pay full blue book price on it. I offered about 85% of the asking price, which I thought was fair. The finance guy didnt even look at the car, told me hed knock $500 off of it, which would be plenty to get the paint detailed and buy the indoor trim pieces. He said it was already listed below book and he acted like I was wasting his time. I checked the blue book and what I offered was still $500 over the low end of blue book value of the car in good condition, which it really isnt. Seems like a great place to go if you want to waste your time, money, or both.

Ive bought a used Subaru a month ago from them. Fast and straightforward operation. They were super kind and also very committed to their job. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP THEY DO NOT HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT. They sold me a car they were nice and they were so happy to sale me the car but upon a month of purchasing the vehicle it started to have many issues and Im having to pay alot out of pocket even though I have a warranty with the car. I called them to discuss this and they told me that they inspected the car and it was fine but clearly it wasnt when I havent even driven the car for that long and Im having to have it worked on they also arent much help with providing me information always saying they will call me back once they get information and then call me days later. Sadly not pleased with working with them please avoid them if you can they give horrible customer service

They told me I could come look at an RV at 1pm and let me rent a car and drive for hours then sold it out from under me before I could get there. They knew I was coming from 4 hours away in a rental car and obviously a serious buyer. Guess they dont care if theyre wasting someones time and money as long as they can make a sale. The salesman didnt even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience. I would never attempt to do business with them again out of principle.

I got the pleasure of working with Bryan and Paul. Both were very professional and not the typical sugarcoating bs salesman. They were upfront, and honest about what they know about the vehicle I purchased. I even brought my own scanner to check the vehicles out and they didnt even bat an eye. Everything had been great so far. I will definitely follow-up with another review as I move forward with my purchase. They were also very good in the trade in. More than I expected! Ill start with the fact than you can text workers here which is super convenient. I was dealing with Jacob who I dont have any issue with. I told Jacob what I had to trade in and what the price range I was looking at. told him with the trade in I was looking to stay around 32k. he told me he was right at about 35k for everything. he told me to come in and we would make a deal. so I came in expecting to hassle the price a little bit. they appraised my vehicle and it was actually 1500 more than what I was originally told which was great. but when the finance guy came out with his numbers we had somehow jumped up to 38,500. all while I was getting 1500 more than I was originally told. just not sure how we jump price so much. would have never wasted my time coming to this location for that price. asked if the price could be dropped at all was told honestly no. so I bought elsewhere.

This place is awesome, I worked with Jacob to get a car, and he went out if his way to get me a car. When I first found the car I sent a message to enquire about it, Jacob responded fast. We exchanged some messages and he sent me the application to fill out the same night and he already had me approved for the car by 11 am the next morning. I showed up at the dealership after 2 or so, looked at the car, decided I wanted it, and jacob did his thing and had me in my new car in just a couple hours. LET ME START BY SAYING HOW MUCH I HATE CAR SHOPPING!However, We were greeted by Noah and after speaking with him a few minutes I could tell he was not one of those pushy, money hungry sales guys who is trying to make his quota.I felt comfortable talking with him about our needs. He actually listened to what I was looking for. Noah was very hospitable and relaxed.My car shopping experience was not a hated choir, but a pleasant streamlined experience.

Walked in and walked out satisfied. Mike was an amazing salesman, provided all the details and was able to test drive an Audi S4. After a month of ownerships of the Audi, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the car! Highly recommend Boyko motors and mike as a salesman!

I really really tried to have a great experience. I gave the Benefit of doubt multiple times. My issue isn’t with my sale person Brian, but with the owner. The vehicle was a salvage title so i knew my chances but i tried to rely on the honor system. I flew out to Seattle from Colorado to check this vehicle out (X5M) i was picked up in the vehicle and driven to the dealership. I noticed the vehicle pulled really hard to the left. So i asked if there was anything wrong with it he assured me it had been fixed and the previous owner took great car of it, he went as far as to call the previous owner as well. Because of Covid the BMW dealership in Seattle was really backed up and I couldn’t get and inspection because i flew back to Colorado the next morning. Again all these are things i had control over but i relied on the honor system. Well the check engine light came on so i took it in to BMW of downtown Denver to find out I had a vacuum leak. Ok no biggie 2k in parts all new hoses I’m fine with that. Upon further inspection though the entire left from suspension is bent and twisted 5k in parts alone. It was never fixed only the cosmetic smh. I would have been fine with that i just asked for honesty but i couldn’t receive that. So I’m 8k in to a vehicle I paid 19k cash! And still haven’t received my title in the mail. I’ve called 5 times at least to see where my title is and haven’t received a straight answer, only I’ll call you back or it should be there this week. Brain was cool but he works for someone i can’t say that I’d ever do business with again. Just a all around frustrating experience luckily i can afford the hiccups a person less fortunate would be completely screwed right now! Devarius Taylor is my name btw

We had the best pre-owned vehicle purchasing experience we’ve ever had. Very accommodating staff. While the truck we ultimately purchased was not properly detailed, that was not a dealer front end staff issue, but a support staff issue. We discovered a bad heated mirror motor on the way home. When we contacted them about it, we discovered the shop had already ordered a replacement mirror, but had neglected to put it on the repair summary. Even with those two small issues, I consider it to be the lowest stress, easiest vehicle purchase ever! I would definitely recommend them to all and purchase from them again.
