I was emailed a written estimate on a set of laundry cabinets I was inquiring about in the store. Taj Tumber, the employee who helped me, sent over two estimates. We decided about three weeks later, to order the cabinets. I went into the store and she proceeded to tell me that the cost was now $500 more because the 20% discount no longer applied. I informed her that the estimate did not give a time expiration and that no one had called me to let me know the sale was ending. She apologized and stated that they don’t always know when the sales end. I requested that they honor the estimate but she declined. I emailed a month later and asked if they would have a change of heart and honor their estimate. I received an email reply on 07/14/2019 from Alan Moore, staring that they would honor it. I was elated. The next day, I received a call back from Taj stating that Alan was mistaken and that they could not give me the price that THEY quoted! Their “bait and switch” is misleading and bad business practice. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

It was a pleasure to work with this company on the design of our kitchen upgrade without any pressure. Would like to thank Sergey for all of his help, advice and exceptional customer service. He went over and above to ensure the process went smoothly within the timeframe we needed. Would recommend Kitchen and Bath Design if you are looking to upgrade your kitchen.

We were NOT impressed with the way we were treated, we went out to the business in Federal way and met with the designer, she said she would e mail us with quote, she did not my wife called there and talked with owner he said and did mail out quote and said he would come by the house on Monday or Tuesday and never showed up and we have not heard from them since. We were looking forward to working with them but I guess they did want our business????
