I can always find something I need or really dont need, lol! I went in looking for a freezer type grocery bag, which I needed at that moment, and instead, found a really nice autumn themed pillow and some square autumn pumpkin dishes and a spoon rest. Autumn is my favorite season!! I love the colors and scents! HomeGoods always delivers!!!

Home goods has many items that are very affordable.

Tacoma store has poor selection, Federal Way excellent selection. Visited Saturday. Store had one employee covering store (all others at cash register). Even though this employee very, very, very busy, she still helped me take down heavy table off shelf. The Manager should do a better job at scheduling staff.

I visit this place atleast once a month- they have amazing goods. Sometimes I don’t know what to get and what to leave cus they’re all great!Also if you have a new home, kindly visit this place- you’ll have done yourself a big favor. + items are cheaper😋

Today I went to the Federal Way HomeGoods. I felt harassed about a mask even though I have a medical exemption and Im fully vaccinated. I needed to use the restroom and now a code has been put on the door so you need help I had to go all the way to the front of the store to get the girl who is cleaning carts in order to let me in the restroom. There were no employees in the back half of the store. And then she continued cleaning carts while I needed to use the facilities.

Pack your patience, it can take time to look through each aisle and find a bargain. Some aisles are so packed it’s hard to get through with a cart. The items I’ve purchased are of good quality.

The store manager Randy, and the cashier associate Jennifer provided exceptional customer service, and were a great help when assisting me with my return. I had a great experience here, will come back and shop here in the future.

I received amazing service from an employee named Kloe. Exceptionally service oriented and helped me find the items I had been looking for all around town.

Its always fun to stop by every once in a while, even if youre just window shopping. They always have a new collection of things and a lot of their stuff is unique and well made. My wife and I come here often. It can get a little pricey but thats because of the quality.

A lovely place to feed your eyes.. Dont go there if youre broke... you will leave disappointed.. On the hand just seeing all those lovely things is therapeutic 😊😆.

Based on my experience, a fine selection of items and decently organized. Many employees I have come across seem to have a bad attitude and/or simply bad customer service skills. That is the main negative aspect here; overall, would maybe recommend.

The line outside moved fast. The employees were great welcoming us in, even passing out bottled water as it was a hot day. It was a great shopping experience. Everyone was friendly, wearing masks, and respecting space. The store was well marked with aisle direction arrows and 6 ft. markers.

Normally a huge fan of HomeGoods but had a really bad experience with a woman on the phone at this location. She gave me quite a bit of attitude and it was just not necessary. I know things are stressful right now working in the service industry but I had a very simple question with every detail she needed to answer my question and she still gave me attitude. How am I supposed to do that? I believe was the exact quote. I wont be going to this location anytime soon.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their allowing people in without masks. After seeing people leaving masks I asked if it was required. The girl at the front said it wasnt necessary. Remember people there mask dosent protect you it protects me. I will not support business that dont require them.

This was the first home goods location Ive been to and have now been several times. It has always been well stocked, as far as the items was looking for - usually dog treats & toys and candles(my human treat to myself). The employees have always been friendly and helpful. While the checkout line can get long, a majority of the time it has moved quickly, in my experience. The store has been decently neat and organized on my visits for the most part too.

This place is like a Marshalls or T J Max on steroids minus the cloths!!! This was my first time and oh boy, was it ever so fun! Super friendly employees and they had smiles on there faces! So nice to see people that enjoy what they do. I found more then what I was looking for plus everything was a phenomenal price! Loved it!!!

I went there to look for a spice rack which you would think they would have since they have nine Isles of kitchen stuff. But they didnt. What strikes me is that every aisle has a lot of stuff, just stuff sort of thrown in there in odd assortments. Its like going to a high-end garage sale where you dont know whats going to be on the next table. They could hire better people to stock their shelves.

Lots of neat things here. You never know what youll find. But Im sure what ever it is you find. Your going to love it. That a promise.

So this place is a gem hidden in plain sight!! Its a home decor store that has a lot of unique pieces. Everything from kitchen to the bedroom decor. Definitely as a amateur home decorator the prices are reasonable and the pieces arent anything youll find at a Walmart. If your looking to add a pop of color, or so.e bold statement pieces to any room in your home.... I would definitely stop here first. They dont have a website with shopping and inventory so this is old school..go inside..and take a look!
