First off let me say I took my car to Midas Muffler. They said they could not fix the car. So I took my car to Sparks they said they take a look at it.They had the car fixed in one week.Great customer service kept me informed of the process of the car being fixed. Service was excellent. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating the staff all very professional and caring. They were able to fit me in same day and get me into a rental in case parts were not readily available, still managed to resolve the issues with my vehicle that day and get me back in my Nissan before the weekend. More than impressed with their level of quality and customer care, would highly recommend!

These folks are on the cutting edge of customer communication. Brief Emails confirming time & date of my upcoming appointment. Once car is dropped off occasional text messages during the day to tell you what they are working on & web links to explain procedures & areas of concern. Homey reception area and friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Staff is friendly and the lobby is super comfortable. I was there for a few hours and never once did I get impatient. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Ill be returning for future services.

The quality of service and communication has gone down. Upon check-in I said that I would get my tires rotated where I purchased them because they offer complimentary rotation. I found out later that I was charged for a combo break inspection/tire rotation but the tires weren’t rotated. Had they communicated that it’s a complimentary service with the break inspection I would have been thrilled to have them rotated. I was charged for the combo package but didn’t get the full service. Over all a frustrating experience.

Fast, honest, and professional. Took my car here with electrical issues, and would suggest Sparks for all car care needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the work is good and expedient, and the business is invested in the community. Five stars, no question.

Ken and staff have taken care of my Honda Element and continue to service above and beyond. When they had to replace my gas tank due to vandals they were diligent an found a new part, despite it being a 14 year old car. They have fixed any bump along the way and continue giving top notch service. Thanks all.

Very surprised to see negative reviews since Ive had them service my car 4 times over the past 2-3 years and I found Sparks to be honest, efficient and accommodating. They even drove me to/from twice when I could not wait for the repairs. Never had a problem with their workmanship.

I had my car towed into Sparks in January my CV Axle needed to be repaired. They told me they will call me in the afternoon when they have a chance to look at my car. First call they told me that my CV Axle was out. I gave them the green light to fix it (they quoted me 500 dollars). They called me a couple of hours later and told me my transmission is out!! I got a Toyota with less than 90K miles I called AAA and got it out of there. I took it my place.It was the CV Axle cost 200 for parts. I paid 300 dollar for labor for someone to fix it.I have been driving the car for 3 months without a problem!!!Stay the hell away from this place!!

We were won over by Sparks, heres our experience: We recently purchased a used Lincoln to replace my wifes old vehicle, but the driver side handle was broke leading to some interesting attempts to get out of the car... Took the car over to Sparks right before we left on vacation, thankfully they were able to work around our schedule and when we returned home found they also checked out our car and let us know we made a good investment. The price I paid was right at the price point I was quoted before I left on vacation so I was able to make sure I budgeted aside for it. Big thanks to Ken and the rest of the Sparks Car Care team!

Way to expensive. Its sad these days are just corporations and business. We wont be back there, just their labor fee is totally outrageous.You did not meet your priority at all. You are a rip off with substandard work. We will not be back so spare me your empty apologies

Not worth your business- Too expensive, waste your time giving the run around. Cant answer simple questions and just want to sell you things you dont need or want. Second receptionist is useless, technicians only see labor with dollar signs..

My step fathers truck broke down on the highway and Sparks came and towed them back to the garage. They couldnt get it fixed because of the high cost so overnight the good people there robbed a vietnam vet and his wife of everything they could steal out of the truck and parts of it and told my parents when they returned to the truck that it wasnt the garages problem and told them how long they had to remove what was left of the truck

Friendly, efficient service.

Friendly receptionists who offered free WiFi and coffee but the shop was either incompetent or dishonest. My Toyota steering wheel was off to the right by about (+7°) (but still drove straight) before doing a wheel alignment at Sparks. After the wheel alignment, it was off to the left by (-5°). Sparks wanted an additional $300 to center the steering wheel 0°. Based on the before and after alignment readouts, it would be senseless not being able to set 0° some where between (+7°) to (-5°) especially the car has never been in an accident. After consulted other shops and friends with expertise in wheel alignments and they advised not to use this shop again. Beware of bait and switch games. They lure you in with low prices and then overcharges you with additional services.

Very good service here and trustworthy. Sometimes the prices are good and sometimes they are a bit exorbitant but they will work with you and be fair most of the time.

They had hand lotion in the washroom enough said. Any place that takes time to put hand lotion in the washroom is definitely meticulous and I know that this sort of meticulous service will show in how they treat the cars that are brought in.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wifes headlights went out in her 2006 Nissan Maxima. They quoted her $500 to get her headlights fixed. $200 for the headlights and another $300 in labor! We bought the bulbs at oriellys auto for $50 for both and it took me 30 mins to remove the bumber (required for her car) and replace the bulbs. This place is an absolute ripoff.

Horrible car shop, went here to get car checked and get a quote, they said they wouldnt charge me unless they did an allignment, I came back an hour later and got a bill for $70 only to tell me both of my lower control arms are bent and my tires are bald, when they said they wouldnt charge me, then gave me a quote of $1200 to fix the car up. I decided to fix the car myself, replaced only one of the control arms as I saw the other one wasnt bent, and got an allignment at Sears for $90 and saved $1000 from these scammers. Highly recommend you avoid these gucys as they try telling you that your parts are damage when theyre not, then try convince you to pay for really overpriced parts and high Service fees. There are car shops in auburn and along pac highway that would charge twice as less then these people.
