Two stars because I love Dollar Tree, but this location is my least favorite. Avoid it if you can. They rarely have their store clean and stocked like other Dollar Trees. They often have a large line and the cashiers are slow and rude when they have people waiting. Several times (like last night 6/10/21 at 6pm) I have come and they are closed during regular hours because their staff didnt show. This location needs to get it together. There are several Dollar Trees in the area that are nice, Id rather drive the few extra minutes to avoid this location. I even like the new Dollar Spot at certain stores, where things are $3 to $5, there are some good deals. They have to compete with places like Five Below so it was bound to happen. Im glad they are keeping most items $1.

Google has open hours till 9pm todayOn the door theres a sign that temporarily theyll be closing at 6pm.But it wasnt even 3pm. And the ladies just looked up n left.And its not the first time this happens.I dont know how a business is supposed to be managed but Im sure thats not it.

I love this dollar tree. All of the staff have been super nice even when horrible people come in. A lot of the customers can be rude but the location and the staff are great.

Rude manager talked about the customers as they walk in and never anyone at the same messy and always hard to get down aisles with boxes everywhere

The store is.a.mess. Boxes and products on the floors. Long line for check out until finally a 2nd cashier opened. I understand there is not enough employees but this seems to be and ongoing issue. Just does not measure up to other dollar trees I have been to and are much larger.

I come here to load my pre paid credit card and other money transferring decent money card pay as you go or a person can do monthly Pay or payday loading also great preferences;!

The store was a little disorganized. I couldnt find what I needed. The employees were all standing at a register with only one register open and a ton of people in line. Not to mention everythings $1 is now a false advertisement since items are being sold for $3 and $5 ..... But hey cant complain about the price on everything else!

Great customer service from staff. More staff could be added for rush hour shopping. Overall decent store.

My son was kick out by a lady today Thursday. September 19. Her boyfriend was waiting outside the store for her and he came up to my son an his friend and punch them in the face .....my sons friends decided to defend himself after the lady smash the door in his face.The store wants even supposed to close till 10 pm they got there at 930 pm 30 minutes left till the store was supposed to close. You will heard from my lawyer ....because my son had nothing to do with this and he was attack by the ladys boyfriend. He had no business in there. My sons at the hospital with a broken tooth.I want answers...

The store is a mess. You cant find anything. They need more employees, if anything grab your managers from all your other stores and take them to this one and give that manager a hand. It will run better , people can find what they need in the end you will have a clean store and more money. Thanks

I love the location and the employees, but they need more help to catch up from when they had a manager who was never there and the staff had to do there work and hers. They now need a manager that is willing to work and let the freight , floor, and office personal do there work. All it will take is a good nite crew to come in and stock and fill the shelf.

Clerks are always courtesy every time I have gone. Merchandise is spotty on occasion. Great supply of Christmas stuff. Everything is $1.00. Cant beat that!

I was impressed how well the shelves were stocked. Especially during Easter, there was plenty of supplies. I will definitely be shopping there again!

Today I went and got my battery Checked to see if its still good and one of their employes his name was Justin, he tested my battery for me but he was also able to answer my other questions And helping me learn a little more about my car. Great customer service!

Night Cashier very rude for third time. Wow..

Wow! Just came from here, couldnt even buy my items. They only had one lane open with the line all the way down the isle. Finally a younger girl with piercings all through her face comes out to help starts telling the lady in front of me that shes not even getting paid to help us. The lady says im sorry and all of our time is valuable. The employee must have taken it wrong or her piercings were too tight. But next thing I know she cancels the ladys items. Stops checking people out and calls the cops! Totally crazy staff! I will never go there again!

A messy store

This place is ridiculous. Its a mess. Boxes everywhere. Only one cashier. And people can be more presentable. If theres a helium shortage they probably should put all the balloons away.

Dirty. Stuff every where. One cashier,she was doing the best she could. There was at least 10 people in line. I wont be going back. Its always like this at this dollar tree.

I do feel the need to update my review .. changing the star rating from 3 stars to 4.. I visited this location a few times during the first couple months of the COVID 19 Crisis and I was really impressed on how I saw the staff handle themselves as well as best assist each customer. Kudos to you guys...Next I gotta mention for all you gardeners out there .. look no further.. when I saw they were selling flower seeds ( packets) 4 /$1 I thought to myself I’d be lucky if even one flower began to sprout.. most likely it would be weak/ frail and probably wither away shortly after it started growing... but hey, I’ll try it anyways...My reasoning for these negative thoughts must have originated in the land of arrogant superficialness ... and couldn’t win the will of nature .. as I was completely off and not only have these marigolds grown taller than I ever knew they could ( 36 inches) they are stronger and less maintenance than the more expensive, store bought marigolds.. I mean the store bought ones you get instant gratification as they are already growing, buying them in seed form just required a bit of patience.. that’s all.. anyways .. pic is attached .. thanks guys!

So disorganized. Stuff always blocking the aisles. Always out of something. Food in freezer expired. Only one cashier and a line to the back of the store. Out of helium. Lack of variety like the other dollar trees.

The filthiest unorganized store ever... Every time Ive been in this store site, it is soooo dirty.... Some of the staff is nice but a couple of them are literally homeless... AwedAwe that they hire someone that really needs the job but at least have them clean up... Filthy hands that touched my stuff and the b.o almost knocked me over.... Id rather use the gas and drive to the site on Washington... Nasty nasty store...

If I could give zero stars I would! This store was filthy! Boxes everywhere making it difficult to navigate the isles. Shelves were pretty empty, customer service was nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Dollar General!

This is the worst store I have ever been in!!! Boxes and stuff in every isle. Did have and found what I wanted but went to check out the clerk was just talking to a co-worker and did not even acknowledge me the only word said was the amount I needed to pay. Did not even say have a good day or anything or even eye contact!!!!!

This store is the newest in the area, it was nice at one point. But now its always a mess ! Very understaffed, dirty and unorganized. The shelves are practically bare and nothing is ever stocked.The place is a dump.Management should be doing a better job !Ill drive further to the 72nd & Irving location anyday just for a better shopping experience.

Its shelves are almost empty and stock is all over the store on the floor. On the upside the men working late shift are awesome.

Worst dollar tree that Ive ever been to! Not helpful at all, wanted to do a big purchase on vases for a wedding. Called to put them on hold, when we got there they had non, and gave us a big attitude about even going in the back to look for some. Do not relay on this store.
