This company secretly obtained permits from Harnett County and the state to build an asphalt plant on the Neills Creek wetlands which drain into the Cape Fear River less than a mile away. Directly downwind of the plant is a nursing home and hospital. They obtained permits before purchasing the land, and there were no notifications made to the local people who will be affected. This is an inconsiderate company that doesn’t care who or what it harms as long as it’s making a profit. Please do not support them. They could be putting an asphalt plant in your backyard next.

Building a new asphalt plant half a mile from homes, a hospital, a creek that goes into the Cape Fear River. With NO community input!

They left trash in piles around our neighborhood when they finished resurfacing the roads. The quality of their work on the resurfacing of the roads was not adequate. Within two weeks we already have potholes starting on our roads. The only reason they can get away with this is because this is a Low income and minority neighborhood. They would never get away with this in a more affluent area

Great people... I didn’t have any work done by them but they have been working on my road for a couple of weeks now. Somehow one of their workers knocked my mailbox down (it wasn’t in great shape to begin with) and just left it sitting on the ground. My husband and I called a couple of times to let them know. I just wanted my mailbox reattached to the post. Well to my surprise, I came home Monday after work and I had a whole brand new post and mailbox! I did not expect them to replace it, just fix it. They went over and beyond what they had to and I appreciate what they did. There’s not too many people or businesses these days with good morals.

I am very disappointed with this company. With all the construction on Owen Drive you would think that a company would make sure that all the construction cones and drums would be properly secured to avoid any road hazards. I had a huge barrel roll out in front of me at 45 mph and it caused a 3 car accident. I only asked that they pay the deductible that I had to pay to fix the damages to my car. It was such a headache dealing with them. I hope their work is better than their customer service. After weeks of trying to get a person on the phone they said it was not their fault and that the construction drum not being properly secured was not their fault. Last time I checked if its your property it is your responsibility.
