Not thoroughly checked during their soo called “inspection” Drove all the way from Virginia to Pick up a new ride just to get home and have it fail inspection because it has a bust brake line and no padding what do ever on the brakes. Along with that I bought it dirty, just in my opinion when buying a new vehicle it should come washed free of charge.

Needed a simple and quick install of a new radio. They got the job done on time, and at a reasonable price. Very good customer service, clean shop, and overall great experience. I would go back!

Auto Effex is LEGIT! Alex and David bring a level of professionalism and one on one care thats just hard to find these days. Their team installed 2x 8 Sundown Audio Subs, 10 Stinger receiver, and back up camera on my 2011 Silverado. Install is professional and quality work. The recommended Sundown Subs sound amazing. Ill be going back for any future needs for my truck.

Alex and David are running a grade A shop! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very thorough!I was referenced to them buy Johnny Collins of Clash Of Titans. They did a lift kit for me plus mounted wheels and tires. Job looks great truck drives like a million bucks and is getting all the looks! I’d give more then 5 stars if I could! David and Alex at AutoEffex were extremely nice and helped me install a stock radio in my old Mercedes to give it the vintage look again, which is extremely difficult in a car with no harnesses but they made it happen in a short amount of time. They worked quite diligently and troubleshot every issue I had. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Awesome place! This was the second time having work done at auto effex. The guys installed a fuel tank in the back of my brand new F450 platinum. Not a lot of places I truest with my trucks but having done business with these guys on my last truck it was a no-brainer to where I was taking it this time. Highly recommend the shop.

Not impressed with this place at all.. I drop my vehicle off to get tint. not to mention it was completely overcharged now that I did my homework. but when I picked my vehicle up it had 10 more miles then it did when I dropped it off...I always check just to make sure no one joy rides in my vehicle... so what? did they have to take it somewhere to get tinted or did they use my vehicle to go get lunch..the shop was also very hectic.. save your money and go to a shop that only does tint.. afterwards I called around a realized I should have done that first. I could have saved a lot of money

I did speak with the owner on two separate occasions so it really shows how much he’s paying attention if I am not remembered. The owner also showed up 45 mins late compared to the agreed time and when I spoke to another customer they had to wait 6 was twice and the shop still doesn’t have his order right. You want to try to play me I’ll air out more dirty laundry on that clown squad you’re running down there
