Our experience here is always great. My husband and I walked in to look for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring. Cameron- was the person whom greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. He was very friendly, polite and an amazing sales man. He was very patient with me with me being changing my mind a few times as he let me try out my different options. Thank you Cameron- I love my complete set. I now want my Ruby Pendant ❀️πŸ₯°

Reeds keeps taking down my reviews that I overpaid $400 for my ring. It was advertised at one price online so I traded up to get a new ring and they charged $400 more than what was online with no explanation. I didn’t catch it until I left. Customer service was no help, they had the district manager called me who also didn’t provide an intelligible answer. The ring is beautiful but they got a lot of extra money.

In a world of online purchases, it is refreshing to deal with a brick and mortar company that provides exceptional customer service, personal care, and a relaxed sales environment. Acquiring a Rolex watch is a lifelong dream and Chris was amazing. Wait lists for a Rolex can extend years but Chris was able to find my grail watch faster than expected or planned. The entire sales experience was first class and would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase anything from a jewelry store. He is a certified GIA gemologist and knows Rolex watches inside and out. Shop everywhere, but buy here!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Extremely rude and unwilling to assist when we provided them our money. My fiancΓ© purchased an engagement ring from here with the intent of me being able to exchange it after for what I had pictured my entire life. In fact, he spent extra money when they told him that a basic band would not be exchangeable and he needed to spend a little more to have something with diamonds in it. He purchased the ring a few weeks before proposing; and even had to leave the ring with them for multiple days. After proposing, we brought the ring in 34 calendar days after the date of purchase and they essentially told us that they wouldnt be able to help us at all because it exceeded the 30 day exchange policy. While we cannot argue this, the staff was exceptionally rude they way they spoke to us. They told us that the ring he had purchased was dirty and essentially junk now to them. If a jeweler expects someone to NOT wear an engagement ring after receiving it, they have lost their minds. Do we expect full exchange or money back? No. Do we want to be treated like the paying customer and happy engaged couple that we are? Absolutely. All we would have wanted was someone to be kind and polite and provide us options as opposed to just saying NO. Go anywhere else in North Carolina except here!

I highly recommend this place to purchase your jewelry. I personally worked with Sandy and she was amazing and helpful. At Kays you feel pressured and feel like youre getting ripped off, and at Zales I noticed the quality of most of their diamonds were cheap and overpriced. At Reeds there were dozens of quality diamonds to choose from with a reasonable price. I will be back here again and thanks again Sandy

Extremely pleased with all aspects of the attention and service we received during recent store visit. Gwen Bell assisted us with clear and accurate information related to the item in which we were interested. Based on my own research prior to going to the store, Gwen did not embellish any information regarding our purchase, and factually discussed other more expensive options openly, but without being pushy. Both she and the store manager were highly customer focused and very friendly. Very pleased with price point, store service, and staff. Will definitely return for future purchases. Definitely recommend store and specifically Gwen for excellent service and courtesy.

Definitely would not come back here. The manager Chris made me feel stupid after I explained my situation.I brought my engagement ring in to get cleaned because we have the lifetime warranty. When I did so, I also brought in my white gold necklace that broke. I paid $50 to repair it. Note that it was only the chain that broke. I brought it back in after I realized it seemed much longer than before. The manger was going to have me pay but I explained I wouldnt of repaired the chain if I was going to have to pay 75 dollars to fix it. I would of gotten a new one. The sales lady informed me before I repaired it that it would cost $50 to repair it and the chain I was looking at was more expensive so I choose repair it. The store did end up paying for it but not after making me feel stupid. While I was in the MIDDLE OF TALKING to the manager Chris he walked away. Rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a employee... where we spent thousands on an engagement ring. Also note the other two ladies were very helpful. But poor service on the manager. Extremely disappointed.

Went to get my watch fixed and received Great service, sales personal not up to date on service particulars. However, service manager stepped in and had a teaching moment. Im gonna miss my Rolex, its going to take twelve weeks to repair it. Too long to be without my baby!!

So I purchased a Tissot there many years ago, I was very reluctant to stop in and see if I could get dead battery replaced. Because at this particular Store the sales representatives have been very rude. However no one in the area is able to service the watch. So I proceeded to and the first sales representative (reps) did not disappoint she was very rude and condescending. As she return my watch to me only to tell me they did not service this type of watch here...Chris Mclamb came over to talk to me about the Watch. Not only did he send it off to get it service for free since I had purchased it at Reeds store but, he also gave a in depth explanation about why they could not service this particular watch in store. Then he linked me up with a equally pleasant sales rep by name of Alexi. That took great care of me!!!! What some of these Sale reps don’t realize as a long time customer is that it’s not about the immediate sale it’s about the experience and building a personal relationship with the customer. That’s what keeps long time customers returning to the same Sales represented... For all of you that have had a terrible experience at this store, I encourage you not to give up on them completely but Allow Chris and Alexi to better serve you for all your jewelry needs.... Thank you Chris and Alexi, I wish all your employees had your sales etiquette...

I wanted to convey the exceptional customer my wife and I experienced on 29 May 2018.I had purchased a London Blue Topaz with blue/white diamonds over 2 years ago from this location. Normally, I dont purchase extended warrranties because I consider myself an educated buyer and usually they are a waste of money. Not at Reeds! The ring I described above had been completely replaced twice and repaired twice.Finally, today the ring once again needed some repair work. So my wife and I brought it back and asked for Gwen. As always she greeted us by our names, with very nice smile, and most importantly her exceptional customer service!!!Gwens simply stated it was above her pay grade to trade the ring in for a different one. She immediately introduced to Chris, the store manager. Who did exactly what I expect a Manager to do. He made instant decision without saying he had to call Corporate or anyone else!Thats how Ive been my entire throughout my 21 years of Military Service (15 of those within USASOC) and the last 7 years I was a Project Manager for the SPEAR Project!So to sum it up, absolutely take your business to Reeds! Very nice jewlary and staff is extremely friendly at first...I bought a very fine piece of jewlary from them...BOUGHT not financed...then my daughter had very expensive surgery that came up and I had to return the jewlary and instead just found the item less expensive elsewhere. BecUse they were so friendly in the beginning I thought to go back there so I can get a band and because I didn’t purchase the ring from them the employee didn’t compliment the ring because I didn’t purchase from them and she seem less helpful. That is the last time I go to them. You never know a person situation and you should judge. And I felt as though I was judged. And they call themselves a family base business but after the employee behavior to me their more like money hungry people just like the BASIC jewlary stores in Fayetteville.

A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERThe sales rep by the name of Chris was very rude and disrespectful to me when I did a return. I would much rather travel the 45 minutes to Raleigh where I know I will get great customer service and give them my business than to step another foot in the Fayetteville store. Will not be giving the Fayetteville store my business anymore. Just like Chris told me I will be put on a no return and exchange list I will put this reeds on a do not shop here list with the soldiers on fort bragg. Its a shame that he lacks the customer service that some of his fellow employees has. He needs to be retrained.
