Their merchandise is nice, customer service is UNCOMFORTABLY strange. One of the women who worked there (whom is white) suddenly & randomly found it important to come behind me swiftly, and hug me , the only black person in the store. When I Didn’t reciprocate her “randomly” projected affection, she then tried to neutralize the action with the even more senseless statement; were just making sure your okay.” The word OFF-PUTTING is The most “g-rated” description I can give of this experience. Laughably ignorant & low-vibrating to say the least. 👎🏾

It was my first time in a metaphysical shop, I really like the atmosphere and energy of this shop, the staff were very friendly and helpful towards me and my sibling and my mother who visited. They have beautiful crystals to choose from and little cards that explains the metaphysical properties of the crystal. The lady behind the counter (Isabella) was really sweet and she offered to help me out if I had any questions or problems. I plan to visit Uniquely Gifted again because I had a wonderful experience and time there.

I love this shop. They have a bunch of crystals that aren’t always available at bigger stores. The prices aren’t bad and the staff is excellent.. I can tell they get a lot of shipments in frequently because there is always new items in the store.

What an amazing experience you walk in and feel the positive energy. Everyone was willing to help and assist with anything you have questions with. You can get everything from stones to Incense and salt rocks. There is a huge selection of jewelry items with crystals and stones for all your needs. The employees do not wear mask, but hovers over your shoulder and follows you around the store. This store profiles, they follow their guest which makes their friendly atmosphere very uncomfortable. Would not recommend! They need to watch who they play with, because they don’t know what the people walking into their business practice. How you treat people is very important especially in the spiritual community and a real spiritual business would know that. Their day is definitely coming💋

Clean, everyone was nice, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the prices. They even have one of those fill a bag for one price things. $3.50 for a small bag and $6.50 for a bigger bag. I got all of these for under $12!

Would not recommend this store. I visited this store on numerous occasions and was racial profiled each time and followed through out the store.Today a sound bowl was purchased, it was given in a damaged box with a dent and the stick that came with it clearly had signs of wear. I understand that the employee grabbed the first box on top but when I walked to the parking lot, checked the item and returned seconds later to exchange it for a newer one …the owner raised her voice and immediately had a sarcastic attitude.The owner made the problem a bigger issues then it was.I really just had an issue with stick, because there was obvious signs of wear.This is a spiritual that should be positive and full of energy but every time I visit the vibe is off due to the racial profiling.I get that small businesses deal with scams but owners that conduct business of off stereotypes and race should not be open .I hope this store takes time to reflect on their actions and the way they conduct business.I will not be retuning, and if your a minority avoid of this store.

This is an amazing place! I literally had to take a deep breath when I walked in. I could not contain my excitement. The owners Leah and Roy are amazing and I feel like they are family after my time in that store. Not only do they have a huge selection, the prices are great, they are knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and their staff are too. I’m now addicted to this place and will be back for certain. I live an hour away but it is totally worth it....❤️

When i visited the store the other day I felt heavily watched n when I tried to view a certain bracelet the lady in the front would not even let me touch the back of the paper!! Not only that when I tried to greet and even waved at the lady behind the desk she seemed to have some type of attitude. There was no hospitable environment and no welcoming atmosphere. I would hope this wasn’t something racial seeing as though that is something horrible to put someone through. But I did have to note that the people in the store who was white did not get such a watchful eye. If i’m going to purchase an item i should at least be able to view the merchandise properly. Not only that the unprofessionalism is astounding especially about the comment 10 months ago that talked about mask wearing. When covid was at its upmost high and businesses were mandated for all employees to wear mask. I can’t believe how rude their response was I’ll make sure to think twice at recommended places from now on!

I went to Uniquely Gifted today for the umpteenth time to buy some incense and a Christmas present for my mother. Im pretty much at UG weekly to pick up some incense. Roy, the owner of the place, was very informative and helpful. He pointed out to me a very fine set of wind chimes, and I got them. After spending a little time with Roy and his wife Leah, you can feel almost like family, as nutty as that may sound. They are that friendly over there, including the staff. I mustnt forget Roy and Leahs bulldog, Champ. UG is a great place to go to when you want to enjoy a nice vibe, so I love to drop in whenever I can!

The perfect place to find Truly Naturalist Home Therapy Relaxation treatments of a large variety. This includes Uniquely scented incense(sweet mango, pineapple, ocean, etc..) oils, varies quartz, crystal, windchimes, softest Bamboo bedsheets, jewelry, and yes I found a beautiful pair of eyeglasses that work and fit so perfectly. Every week I find some good and Uniquely!!!

I went in for the first time the other week and I wish I knew about this place sooner! I was specifically looking for a sage bundle (which I found) but walked out of there with a whole smudge kit and more crystals than I can count. I was impressed with the customer service, they have the cutest dog, and the variety of items that they have in the store. The prices of their crystals and stones are incredibly reasonable, especially compared to Modern Mystic at Ponce City Market in Atlanta, where I was shopping but now I found somewhere closer to home! Overall, a great place to find everything earthly and cleansing.

I adore this shop! I get all my crystals and incense from here and the staff couldnt be more knowledgeable. They also have a lot of handcrafted body products that feel and smell great. The soaps are the best in my opinion.

My wife and I would normally visit the store because the shop is so eclectic and the owners are so nice, but we made our first online purchase today. We expected to receive our products in the mail within a few days, but they hand delivered my purchase within an hour!!! Talk about customer service!!!

Not a mask to be seen on any of the four employees, and a small child running around licking rocks. Regardless of the rules posted on the door, and being directly next to a covid testing site at the library. Be aware if you are immunocompromised, I am sure the store is lovely, but I couldnt feel safe going in.
