The nurses and front desk people were super nice and friendly, they immediately started asking me about a piercing I have and talking/joking with me, the optometrist was awesome, I got an optomap which I highly recommend, the Dr was able to see what previous optometrists missed; that I have really dry eyes. He explained all the imagining, everything he was doing and checking regarding my my eye and retina health, gave me a sample and coupon, and didn’t recommend glasses for me even though I would’ve spent more money if I’d gotten glasses. I’m able to get to the real root of my eye health. 10/10 would recommend

I have been going to Dr.Vanderbush every since he started. I have had nothing but great service every since then. They have always been such wonderful people there. Dr.Vanderbush is not one of those doctors that pushes you in and out he insist you ask questions and he takes the time to answer them. I’ve never had a problem with billing or scheduling of any kind. I never plan on going anywhere else.Thank you Dr.Vanderbush and staff for making my twice a year visits very pleasant.

I am here for a medical treatment from Florida and I ended up having iritis. I needed to make an appointment right away and they got back with me the very next morning. Everyone is so polite and accommodating. They all took care of me right away especially the doctor. Your definitely in good hands with them. And my eye is feeling so much better. It actually healed faster than it would of at home because the approach that was taken to heal it. Can’t go wrong with this clinic.

My husband and I got three pairs of glasses from Fayetteville Eyecare Clinic in 2019 and had a marvelous experience. So when I had my purse stolen and needed a replacement pair in 2020, I went back. Big mistake. The lenses in my new glasses were bad from the beginning: something wrong with the coating and poor correction (the two may be related). I called in Feb and was due to bring the glasses back in March -- then COVID hit. By the time I was free to travel and they were open, the warranty period had passed. Really unpleasant dealing that I finally cut off. Im throwing away a $400 purchase. I would not recommend.

The service and quality eye care at the Fayetteville Eyecare Clinic is awesome. We are always seen in a timely manner, the environment is clean, Dr is nice and very thorough. My young child and I both go to this clinic and would recommend them to anyone of any age! (Kid friendly)

I was desperately needing a new glasses prescription and, as an out of town college student, I decided to go here. I was nervous as I had never been to any other eye doctor but the one in my hometown. However, all of the staff was welcoming, including the Doctor. I opted out of taking a test that cost more and they had no issue. I feel this clinic truly cares about your well being, and I’m glad I chose it!

Dr. Vanderbush took the time to make sure I understood my prescription when I had additional questions. I felt heard and had a great experience overall. There was little waiting for my appointment and his staff was kind and helpful.

Had an issue with them, they called me to personally clear it up, and went above and beyond to make it up to me... Greatly appreciated.Update... got a bill for the contacts I told them they didnt have to give me for my son to make up for the misunderstanding... not a normal bill, a your account is severely past due(on a product you didnt order, and we insisted on giving you to make up for you leaving unsatisfied)...

The staff at Fayetteville Eyecare are always helpful and friendly. They even printed off a copy of my regular insurance for me when my place of employment failed to give me a card! Also, they are great at making sure I receive the best deal on my contacts and information on rebates. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time at this clinic; got my yearly eye exam. I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Vanderbush and his staff. I needed some new frames, and they had a great selection. Shaun (hope Im spelling that right) was super friendly and helpful when it came time to pick em out. All in all, theyve got a convenient location, excellent staff, and a thorough, professional doctor. What more could you want?

Called at 2pm hoping by a long shot to get in by the next morning before a vacation but they were able to get me in within 30 minutes. By the end of the visit I had contacts for my trip and everyone was super helpful and friendly and saved me a ton of money.

Great optometrist and very friendly staff! They explained my insurance coverage really well and helped me save the most money I can on a year supply of daily contacts. Highly recommend 10/10.

Im so happy we found this place! They got us in last minute, when an appt with another eye clinic fell through. They are the nicest people and the Dr was wonderful with my son. We will be going here from now on!

I really like Dr. Vanderbush. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and does a great job explaining concepts. The reception staff is always really nice to me as well! I had fun trying on lots of glasses, and they were very timely getting my contact order in.

The workers here are so nice and efficient. Working around schedules is hard, but they do well for us. 10/10 would get my eyes examined here again 👀

Super helpful staff. Informative in all sorts of ways like insurance, lens materials, eye health and conditions, and so on. Sean is hilarious and everyone is easy to talk to. On top of this, their prices are the lowest Ive found in the NWA area.Couldnt recommend them more.

Everyone at FEC is fantastic! Their staff is extremely personable and attentive from when you walk in the door until you leave. I have been going here ever since I moved to Fayetteville and always have a great experience. Great management, great doctor, great people!

Dr. Vanderbush and his team are always 110% friendly and helpful. One of his team was talking to me via email all week because I work and was unable to call or go in and he was so accommodating. I finally got a chance to make it in there this afternoon and I was being super picky about my frames but they remained patient and tracked down the frames I wanted online. Super patient, kind, and friendly. Ive been a patient for years and Ill be a patient for years to come.

I recently made an appointment at this clinic. I had been experiencing some symptoms with my left eye that had me feeling rather anxious. Immediately upon arriving, I was welcomed and made to feel relaxed. Everyone was so professional and genuinely friendly!! Dr. Vanderbush was patient and caring. He explained exactly what was going on and how we could make it right. That statement let me know that he was actually concerned about my long term eye health and that he would be available to assist me in maintaining it. My next visit will include a routine vision exam and new glasses. My only regret is that I didnt go in sooner. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Dr. Vanderbush does such a good job. I was having some issues with contacts, and he kept trying different solutions until he found something that worked. The staff is super friendly, as well.

The Office Manager at this clinic is extremely rude and unhelpful. The prescription for my right and left eye were switched for my eye glass rx (but not contacts). I found this out after 3 attempts at purchasing eye glasses with this rx. After bringing this to their attention the Office Manager was hostile and accusatory. I have never experiences such latent disrespect from a health care professional.

Absolutely Horrible!!! Unprofessional! The lady at the front desk looked like she was a ditsy blonde who should be working at a nail salon with crazy long pink nails and pink eye shadow. The new young eye doctor is a scam artist! I was fine when I walked in and when I took my contacts out to take an eye exam I got a piece of fuzz in my eye. The eye doctor offered to remove it so I let him. When he was done I went to pay for the eye exam check up and the lady said I owed them a $100 extra on top of the jacked up price I had been originally paying when professional ppl and doctor worked there before. Helping someone get something out of their eye that they got from your clinic and charging a $100 without telling them is a scam. I can get my own fuzz out of my eye n charge u $100.

The staff here are extremely helpful and willing to walk you though any questions you may have - plus they have a pretty decent selection of eyewear to choose from. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a new eyecare place to go.

I always get nervous going to the doctor, expecting for them to tell me the worst when I have been experiencing discomfort. As a new person to the area, the Fayetteville Eyecare Clinic welcomed me with open arms to the area and answered all of my (over googled) questions about my eye health!Making an appointment was incredibly easy and Dr. Vanderbush gave me a comprehensive exam to ensure that my new perscription was balanced and I was seeing the best that I could!And a special shoutout to Darren who didnt make me feel like a dummy when I forgot to fill out some of the new patient forms and who offered payment options to break up the expense of eyecare + corrective lenses.Thanks Eyecare Clinic for a great appointment!
