I had a great experience at Tile Inc. and would highly recommend them for tile! I worked primarily with Jessica, she was phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her job. She was exceptionally patient with me as I struggled to decide what tile I wanted for my bathroom renovation. She showed me several options based on what I could tell her about my vision and she delivered--I am sooooo very pleased with my final product and would have never been able to decide on everything I did without her guidance and assistance. She was extremely user friendly and helped me even after I purchased my tile by helping me find contractors and ordering some additional tile that I needed during the project. I would highly recommend Jessica and Tile Inc!! Shower floor, wall, accent and bathroom floor tile was all purchased from Tile INC.

Does not carry tools to work with tile

Wow, what a tile store should be. Great selection of all kinds of tile. Very knowledgeable staff of professionals. If you are thinking of anything tile related, skip the big box stores and visit these folks.

Tile Inc is amazing. I made the visit to look for tile for my shower upgrade and was acknowledged and greeted as soon as I entered the showroom. The representative listened to my ideas, had or found answers to all of my questions, made effective and helpful suggestions, and she pulled samples from all over the showroom to help me find just what I was looking for. I appreciate the friendly environment, complete attention to my specific needs, and creativity and design sense. I highly recommend them for any tiling needs and I will certainly use them in the future.

My company is based out of state in Texas. We recently had to do a job in Fayetteville,NC I have to say Tile inc is such an amazing company to work with, they made our jobs a lot easier! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the ladies there are very nice to work with. I strongly recommend this place for all your tile or flooring needs, big or small!!!! The absolute best tile distributor in all of fayetteville.

Tile Inc does bait and switch with its products. They do it on purpose, and they do it without remorse and provide no recourse for dissatisfied customers. I bought tile in the store, and Tile Inc delivered to me tiles that look totally different from what I bought, and the people of Tile Inc think that is funny. “Well, you sure bought a lot of it,” they said. The Tile Inc management does not care that customers are unsatidfied and that products they delivered look nothing like what I paid them to deliver to me. Tile Inc staff and management also deliberately deceived me about their returns policy. Two of the Tile Inc representatives told me they would accept returns of the products I bought from them, and a third employee said their store doesn’t have to tell customers in advance that they won’t tske returns, saying that they don’t have to tell customers their actual policy until the customer tries to return something. Tile Inc is an unethical company with unethical people. Avoid this company.
