Hallmark Spa and Pools built our family’s pool and we have loved everything about it ever since. We also got a pool table for our game room and have really enjoyed that as well. We have never had any problems with either as they build their products with such great quality. The staff was very friendly and involved and made sure we were a top priority. Have a pool? Your visit starts with a comprehensive water test covering every aspect of water quality. This is a three generation business. A knowledgeable team member will review the printout of results, go over what you need, how much, sequence, and timing. The person will write it out step by step. They recommend only what you need. Competitive prices. Want a Crystal Clear pool? Do what they tell you do. As far as additives such as algae control, chlorine, etc. you get what you pay for. We bought a house with a pool. They straightened out. It has been simple, economical, and a pleasure ever since.

I have used Hallmark Spas and Pool for almost 15 years since our realtor introduced them to us when we bought a house with a pool. They have been in business over 50 years, and the mother still works there, along with her son and others. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have done repairs on my pool sand filter, found and repaired leaks in my pools lining, replaced my in ground pools lining when it was time, helped me transition from chlorine to baquacil maintenance, tested my water and given recommendations, supplied all my chemicals for the pool, and more. They give step by step instructions for treating the pool, opening and closing the season, correcting problems, and so much more. Always answer the phone patiently and give as much time as needed to satisfy your questions. Most recently, I couldnt get my pump to prime. After going for a lid replacement and o-ring, still wouldnt work. Mark, the son, has posted very helpful videos on youtube on priming the pump and I watched and did those but still didnt prime. So he came out to our house with supplies to figure out what was going on. Fixed it simply, and didnt even charge! This is going above and beyond customer service! They are a full-service business and can help with absolutely anything related to pools, from creation to supplies to maintenance. They truly are the best!

I HIGHLY recommend ! Will not go anywhere else! My Super pump motor was shot, I walked in without an appointment, Mark gave me my options. I decided to go with a new one since his price was right. He immediately set me up in minutes with a new one and I carried it home! He walked me through each stage of how to reinstall and my pool is back in business! He is thorough, professional and made me feel like I was his top priority. He stopped what he was doing that day to make sure I had what I needed. Ive had pools my entire life but I will also add his YouTube videos have taught me a lot that I didn’t know! I am fortunate to have found that ‘small town feel’ in Fayetteville! I just read a review for this company and the review read “As soon as you walk through the doors they treat you like family.” Well somebody forgot to tell them that I was family because I was treated very cold and as if I wasn’t welcomed there at all.My thirty second visit went like this.Me: Hello, do you do in ground pools?Her: She never looked at me nor did she great me she just kept looking at some paperwork and said “We’re not taking any new projects.”So I just turned around and walked out.FYI: I was also there for a hot tub, but it was clear to me that my business was not wanted so at this very moment I’m on my way to a different establishment that wants my business.I would drive to Raleigh before I ever do business with Hallmark Spas, Pools & Billiards

Apparently, I am not family either. I was in the store for at least 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. There was only one other customer in the store. I went to the desk for help. The two ladies carried on with their conversation, ignoring me. I turned to walk away and one of them finaly asked if I needed help. I just left. I came to buy a hot tub and a pool, not happening today. I was disappointed to see that they no longer had their hot tubs on display. I traveled 75 miles to return to this store to make my purchase. 😔

Sheila and Mrs. Schultz are good people and very,very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason not 5 stars is the high prices on chemicals but they cannot help that at this point

My experience with Hallmark Pools of Fayettville was great as they took the time to go over every detail since I was a first time pool buyer. The time they dedicated was above and beyond and ensured my purchase of an above ground pool was stress free and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a 24ft pool and my family couldn’t be happier. Their attention to excellent customer service didn’t stop at the purchase as they continue to excel in customer satisfaction every time I go in for pool maintenance supplies. I did a lot of research before buying an above ground pool and Hallmark had not only some of the best prices, but also great recommendations and references of people to install and run electrical for our new pool. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking at purchasing a pool.

They stepped up and got the job done, after the last homeowner built the in ground pool with wood and two by fours and it collapsed, but he only told us in two years we need to replace the liner. Had another company promise to dig up the old pool and to put in a new in ground pool but instead made a big mess in our backyard & took our money. Thank you Mark & Sheila Scholz and your staff and the guys who done all this hard work. We love it and cant wait for summer to enjoy it.

Folks please take my advise and dont follow in my foot steps. I went the cheap miserly route and bought a cheap pool from the large online store which now only 2 years later is sitting on the curb after rusting and falling apart. I have been going to see Mark and Sheila for about 4 years now to keep my hot tub maintained and they are AWESOME. They are very courteous and knowledgeable and always willing to help. When they run water samples they take time to review with you and write a recipe for the chemicals you need to maintain the water quality. They will never sell you anything you dont need like happened to me from one of the other local pool sealers. So after the years of help with spa I have now had them install a better quality pool and the professional installation went great and it looks beautiful. Im wishing now I had done it the first time. So if you want to work with great people with tons of knowledge, get a product with a 25+ year warranty and have a great experience please go see Mark and Sheila they will treat you right and fairly. Their pool installer is also going to build me a wood deck and nice stairs into the pool at a great price. The only problem is we now have to look at this beautiful pool and deck and wait and wait until spring when the weather warms up!!!

Hallmark Spa & Pools is the place to go for all your needs with your Spa, Pool and Billiards. We have used them since 1999 when they installed our in-ground pool. They showed up when they stated they would be there, and the pool was ready for use within the time frame they gave us for completion of the project. They did such a great job with the pool and their customer service was so outstanding that we decided to purchase a spa from them when our old spa was no longer usable. In 2010, they delivered our Hot Springs Grandee Spa. Set it up, gave us detailed instructions on how to operate the spa. Anytime we have a question about the pool or spa, they are just a phone call away. Great customer service!We purchase all our pool and spa supplies there, too, because after they test our water--they give us detailed instructions on how to disperse the products into the pool or spa that are needed to balance the water .One of the best products we purchased a few years ago was the DOLPHIN. It cleans the pool for you...it even does the sides of the pool.Ask any question about the products they sell, and they will give you the answer. It is nice to see a Family owned business really show up the major chains. To quote CHEERS!...Its nice to go where they know you by name! Thanks for always being their when we need you.

Been coming here for all my pool concerns ever since we bought a pool from these fine folks. Best customer service I have ever seen! They remember your name and details from meeting you making it feel less like a business and more like greeting an old friend.

We purchased a house with a pool, and had help starting it up. Fast forward to 8 months later. We are getting our pool ready for the summer and take in a water sample to a pool store, they have us do all these things to get it ready and my pool turns seafoam green. I try everything they suggest and it does nothing, just makes it worse.Then I go to Hallmark because my pool is green, my pump isnt working now and I have no idea what to do. They were AMAZING. They helped me get my pool pump going, test my water and tell me exactly what I need to do. They didnt try to push me into buying from them, they told me what I would need no matter who I bought it from. I obviously ended up buying from them. They fixed my pools color for $30. The other store had me spending $200 (just to fix the color, which wasnt even green from algae yet, as the pump hadnt broken yet) Once it was fine, they got me all perfectly balanced, still for less than what the other store was suggesting. They were kind and understanding and dealt with me coming in daily for a good week and a half to bug them with questions.I would absolutely suggest everyone who may be new with owning a pool to come here and get advice. They really helped me through a rough time and I didnt feel like they were out to just make money by pushing me into things I didnt need.

After dealing with Hallmark for over 40 years, the service has been excellent since day 1! The staff is hands down the most knowledgeable in the region, and always is able to give me guidance when I need it to best benefit my pool. Customer Service goes above and beyond, prices are superb, but the environment is what keeps customers returning. Being a family business, customers get treated as family, and the store staff is more than willing to do anything to help you service your pool. I recently had an issue with a newer motor that had blown, and the staff was quick to contact the manufacture and was able to get it covered under warranty! We ordered the 27ft genesis in march the pool was up and running in about 3 weeks. Mark and his wife walked us through the whole process. They are always ready to help us with any issues, and believe me we had alot of questions.

The team at Hallmark Pool provide very, very good customer service. I have never once been inside the store and not received very good customer service. The team is very friendly and family oriented. I never have to guess about what chemicals to put in my pool. You take them your water samples and they test it. They then take the time to tell you exactly what you need to do to your pool to make it a clean & sparkling pool. It’s then worry free for you and you and your family can sit back and enjoy your pool.

My husband and I just purchased our third Hot Springs Sovereign spa in February 2015. We purchased our first Sovereign spa in 1989. We purchased the second in 2004 (which was a used 2001 in excellent condition). Whether you are looking for a new or used spa, Mark & Sheila and the staff at Hallmark Spa and Pools can help you decide which model works best for you and your family. We chose Hot Springs because of the energy efficiency. All start-up chemicals are provided and free computerized water testing is available to help you achieve and maintain perfect water conditions. This new spa required a dedicated 220 outlet which we did not have. Mark & Sheila recommended an electrician. He came out when promised, was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. We have enjoyed our spa for 25 years and know we will continue to do so more many more years to come. Hallmark keeps a large inventory of supplies on hand, has qualified employees to provide excellent service and a friendly staff. David and his crew did an amazing job in making our 8 deep 20x 40 leaky old in-ground liner pool into a more usable 5 deep one. Sheila did an excellent job in measuring new dark blue liner and it installed like a glove. Couldnt be more satisfied with workmanship and new Hayward pump/filter. I highly recommend this company if you want a new pool or an old one remade like new.

Great experience! Got a great deal on my spa. Great customer service from start to finish. I did have a issue with my equipment door and would had to have replaced it out of pocket but they rebuilt my door and painted it free of charge. You cant fine customer service that great very often these days. I definitely recommend them for all your pool and spa needs

I really wish they did in ground...service is great. I have been going here for salt and chemicals since the beginning of the season. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Seriously considering a hot tub next, but for now they do free testing with purchase of chemicals and they give a military discount with a smile and they are close to home.

Hallmark is wonderful. I bought my pool from them in 2010 and have come to them consistently for the last four years. They have never let me down. They have better stock and customer support than any other pool store in the area. They offer water testing which is free if you buy chemicals there. Not only do they test the samples, they reiterate the auto-generated pool cleaning advice by handwriting a much simpler version for me to follow and they have done that every time! And taken the time to explain it to me whenever I had questions. They have helped me when I have had issues with my pool by offering service professionals who were able to come out very quickly and help me fix problems with the pool when I did not know what to do. They offer a military discount. Most of all, they are a friendly, supportive, family-run business who cares about their customers.

Although this company did not install my in-ground pool, the sales guy did provide me with some valuable pool installation information. I went into the store on a Friday afternoon to just inquire about the pool cost/installation. The sales guy quoted a general price around $30,000, answered all of my questions, and gave me some pamphlets to review. So needless to say, I got my own financing through my bank and went back on Saturday to start the process. I was told that Adam would be by my house the following week to map off the area provided that our property could have a pool. He instructed me to get plot plans for Adam and so I did. We waited the whole next week to hear from Adam and he finally contacted us on the Friday saying he will be by on the Wednesday of the next week. Well by then I had decided to start searching other pool installation companies and I found several. The Wednesday came and he called again saying he couldnt come until the Thursday so my husband and I agreed to see what he had to say but continued on with getting quotes with other companies. All the other companies told us we could get a pool but when Adam finally came out, he said that we probably could not get a pool and we need to get a survey of the land done....... Not sure why Adam said such a thing????? Needless to say, we went with another pool company the very same week and we have been enjoying our new 16 x 32 in-ground pool with waterfall.

I am posting today to say Thank You to Hallmark Spa & Pools. I had a great experience working with Sheila and Butch and they were terrific. The customer service is beyond expectations and they are nice folks too! I had a repair issue with my spa and they worked with me until final resolution. I highly recommend Hallmark Spa & Pools. I have been a customer of Hallmark pools for close to 20 years and I would never go anywhere else. They offer superior customer service. We moved several months ago and decided to purchase a new pool. We went back to Hallmark, purchased our pool, and called Mako pools to install it. They recommended Mako and I am so glad they did. They work closely with each other, and now we have a beautiful, new, perfectly installed pool. We are thrilled! When we bought our house in 1992 one of the features which I was not very excited about was the existing pool. I had no idea how to take care of the pool. Fortunately, the previous homeowners used Hallmark for all of their pool needs so I followed suite. I am so glad that I did. The owners of Hallmark have been more than helpful. Every question we had they had an answer to both accurately and professionally. While I drive past three other pool stores to make my purchases, it is not only about making the purchase, moreover it is about the relationships you build over the years. We were doing a major house remodel and could not accept the spa we purchased at the time we bought it. They stored it for us for several months and then provided a great install. Our spa is indoors and they helped us get it all set up to work properly. We were very pleased with the great service & we love our spa!

My wife and I just purchased a pool from this company yesterday. we dealt with mark and his wife. The quality and price was right inline with our budget. They referred us to a contractor name steve to do the installation of the pool in our yard. We saw some photos of steves work on Decks.They were beautifully done and designed with some creative thoughts to finished details. Hallmarks even connected us to an electrician Gerry lee for the electrical connections to the pool meeting up with him in a couple of days. so if your looking for a very high quality pool with great service. We purchased our pool and spa from Hallmark. It all started with information. We were provided with everything we needed to make the right choice for our family, and our backyard.But the service didnt stop with the installation. The family team at the store is always there to help with keeping our pool and spa clean and balanced. Then, when we decided to winterise our pool they were there again to help with the process. Same thing on the other end when it was time to open the pool.They are just wonderful and have made this process easy and enjoyable.

Since the year 1976 (41 years a customer), I have been doing business with Hallmark Spas, Pools & Billards. First as a Pool Owner from 1976 to 2005, when I sold my home with the pool. During the 41 years of my association, Hallmark Pools have exceeded every requirement and expectation I have had regarding both products and customer service. During the period I owned my pool, I have purchased chemical supplies, replaced my in ground pool liner, replaced the pool pump, and also my pool filter, and also have had numerous service calls for various other pool related issues. From 2005 to the present I have continued to be a customer of Hallmark Spas & Pools, but now as a Spa Owner. I bought my new home and it already had a Spa installed, which I subsequently found out that it was purchased and installed by Hallmark by the previous owner. Since 2005, I have had to purchased a new Spa. Honestly, I never even considered getting quotes from any other Retailer in Fayetteville, and went directly to Hallmark and purchased my new spa. The price for my new spa was excellent, and the installation work was done in a totally professional manner. I was totally satisfied with my decision then and continue to be totally satisfied with the continued customer service and support that I get from Hallmark.Customer service is above and beyond what is required and expected during the more than 40 years that I have been doing business with Hallmark. Every product and chemical purchased is of the highest standards offered in the Spa & Pool Industry. Favorite pool store hands down. Very military friendly. I bought a pool vacuum in 2014 from them. After spending a year up by Water Reed, I came home to a pool vacuum that no longer worked and it was 8 months out of warranty. They were hell bent on helping me. The solution ended up being them talking to Hayward and explaining the situation and Hayward agreeing to the warranty work.

Every step of the way starting with sitting down in the store with Mark as he explained the ends and outs of building a pool, to being at home watching, and being a part of the process with David and his pool builders was an awesome experience!!! what my wife and I really love the most is the fact that this is a family ran and operated business, so every time you go into the store they go out of their way to make you feel like family too no matter how busy they are with other clients! I will definitely continue to do business with them, and suggest them to anyone we know that is looking to add a pool, spa, or billiards to their home!

Mark and his entire crew at Hallmark pools have been nothing but phenomenal since the first time I stepped foot into their establishment. Everyone is very benevolent and professional at all times. This was my first time making such a big purchase on an item such as a pool, so I researched all the companies around as far as Raleigh too. Hallmark met what I was looking for on paper so I had to see for my self. The price was great as well as Steve and his team that come out and install the pool. I go in at least once a week and get my water tested and since purchasing over a month ago my water is beyond perfect and kids have a blast. From the moment of my first visit to them I was and continue to be treated with the highest level of respect and always feel like when I am being helped that I am the only person in the whole store. Mark and Sheila will bend over backwards for you, showing you step by step how to care for your pool and the best products to use in your pool. I visited many other businesses here in Fayetteville when I was looking for a pool but when I walked through the doors of Hallmark I knew this is where I was going to do business. I have always received professional and courteous service at Hallmark Spa and Pools. I take make my water sample in and they tell me exactly what I need to make my water blue and crystal clear. The owners live and raise family here in Fayetteville and they work very hard to make sure we are taken care of and I have never had a problem. I would recommend Hallmark to all my family and friends.

I have both a Pool and Hot tub that I use this company for my maintenance. The pool was not purchased from them as it is fiberglass. Not sure what company did the installation of the pool. I have been a regular customer since 2009 and cannot say enough good things about Hallmark Pools. I have needed several items for my pool and spa and they always explain the benefits and costs to me. I have never felt like they were trying to push me to something I really dont need. I even had to laugh at the one review where the customer said they came in and gained extensive knowledge thru a conversation with the sales person. I always feel they really want me to understand the product and make sure I get whar is needed. I will say from time to time they can get a little backed up with the number of customers. But, I think that is a sign of integrity and success. I give them t stars and 2 thumbs up.

Hallmark is a first class operation that stand behind their product. When you go into the store you are treated like family. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are my single source for my pool and Hot Tub.

Staff is very very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. And; they have aquatic therapy items for we disabled veterans who are in need of them. And they have pool toys also.

All of the staff at Hallmark are both friendly and passionate about what they do. I had a specific issue with my hottub (a brand they dont even stock) and they went out of their way to resolve my issue and gave me really good advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. I came to Hallmark not intending to purchase anything, but to simply take a look at some hot tubs, as I had planned to go with another company. Mark quickly greeted me and proceeded to tell me about the Hotsprings brand of hot tub that they carry. He took me all around the showroom showing me each variety they had and explained the difference between each model and how Hotsprings differed from other manufacturers. His exceptional customer support, explanation, and passion, quickly made me a believer in the Hotsprings brand after I understood how they worked and what to look for. He showed me the room where they have one set up with water so you can try it out. I went back later with my bathing suit and towel to try it out to make sure I would like it. I was sold and I bought it that day! Their installation was great and they even put me in touch with a great electrician (who I still use) and even set up the chemicals for first use. Since then, the spa and their customer service has been AMAZING! I take a water sample in on Saturdays right after they open and they always are quick and courteous and tell me exactly what I need to do to adjust the chemicals. Their chemicals and other supplies/equipment are priced fairly and always in stock! Truly incredible customer service and a great buying experience! I would definitely recommend.

This is my second Hot Springs Spa, the first of which I purchased in the mountains of North Carolina about 9 years ago and have enjoyed thoroughly. We decided to get another tub for our full time residence and purchased it from Hallmark Spas in Fayetteville. After deliberating on whether I should get a Prodigy like the one I have in the mountains, the sales person at Hallmark talked me into getting the Grandee. We have had some leaking issues in the past three years but after a long conversation with the owner of Hallmark Spas, I have was assured that my tub would be thoroughly checked and repaired to like new condition. The crew from Hallmark came down with their truck, picked up my tub, fixed it like new, brought it back, set it back up, and made sure all was to my complete satisfaction. They even included a new set of cushions because mine were slightly discolored. Thanks for all the extra effort!!

I went in there to ask them to get our pool ready for summer, the lady I spoke to treated me as if I couldnt afford their services and basically told me to do the pool myself then they would be out to look at it, if I needed. Well they lost my service , because I went to another place.

I purchased my portable Hot Springs Spa over 10 years ago .Ive enjoyed it for the relaxation it gives .My experiences have been great interacting with the staff . The one time service call to repair the pillow massager was completed promptly as scheduled . The products they sell for the spa work . The brand I purchased was used in the White House according to the literature I read . Id recommend this product
