This Publix store is very clean, organized, with good lighting and very professional team members. The deli and bakery offer many options and the team in each area has been so helpful and polite with the orders we have placed. Food has been great and the cakes/cupcakes are incredible. The produce is top notch and the shelves are well stocked. The prices are a bit higher than other chains stores, but you certainly get what you pay for at this location.

Clean and bright as usual. Had my coconut cookies and ice cream in stock. Service was excellent

I waited for a sandwich. Two ppl were working but only one was making sandwiches. The other was procrastinating. Horrible, the wait was extremely long so I left and went to the pavilion and got excellent service there.

The people in the deli section are rude and have poor customer service. I placed an scheduled online order for in store pick up at the deli. There was nothing in the pick up order section. There was 4 people in the deli section and only one person assisting the customers. I tried to talk to someone they kept cutting me off when I was talking and walked off. When the one person was done assisting the other customer, come to find out they never made my online order. They just had the ticket sitting there. It was way past my pick up time and I told them to cancel order. Never again and waste of time.

Store associate Sam is a class act. He was very helpful when I needed assistance in the floral dept. Provided a great service with a smile and even went the extra step to help me make my floral arrangement look even better. Thanks for your help and good luck on your endeavors.

The sweet lady at the bakery made a mistake with a birthday cake for my daughter. She went an extra 10 miles and totally made up for it. I wish I could recall her name because I truly appreciated her customer service!

Very clean and tidy like most Publix supermarkets. All employees are very friendly, enjoy going here all the time.

Love the subs but they need to find away to keep the sub bread soft cause its always hard

The Deli staff in the summit need to practice on making sandwiches! They sandwich that I purchased by far was the worst ever. She was being lazy to me. They are horrible and they always seem to have hard bread and the service gets bad when its close to closing time. Also, instead of leaving it out maybe it should be kept in a better place to maintain softness and from bugs!

The employees were so nice, I wanted to bring them back to Griffin!

They keep this store stocked. It is clean (many people were actually trying to sweep where I was standing...) They do not have any one way aisles but did have signs promoting distancing

Well stocked grocery, with great deals during BOGO promotions. The deli and sandwich station is very busy throughout most of the day. Recommend utilizing the online ordering app or the grab and go options.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. The shelves are always neatly stock and the staff is always there for assistance. I really appreciate all that work at this location. Great job team.

They should disable online ordering for this location. I have ordered from this location on 3 separate occasions and not once had a sandwich been made. I have been to Publix across different cities and states and this by far is the worst. I won’t be giving this location another chance to ruin my lunch break.

Overall, I have enjoyed this store as a whole. The hot food and sandwich service can be hit or miss .Today, I watched a man with one arm in a sling serve people while at least 6 people STOOD AROUND and ignored us for 10 minutes complaining about not having a break. Kudos to the man with ONE ARM. You are the personnel that keeps me coming back to this store.

Lines move fast. Produce is wonderful. Staff is always kind and helpful, and the pharmacy is the best!

I came to get a sub and had an hour wait, no one wanted to do there job and then One guy didn’t even know what he was doing, he was confused on where anything was, this is ridiculous. To wait an hour to get a sandwich. Mind you every one was getting one sandwich. Then when my sandwich was made, it took forever because they didn’t want to cut the meat I wanted so they gave me a different type and thought I wouldn’t notice. If you don’t like your job don’t apply for it, yes it can be stressful when busy but don’t be rude to customers.

More expensive but worth the difference in most cases better on some things on sale or special

Really nice Publix. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Got there around 7:30 and they were getting rid of the chicken. AwwwOther things were on sale and I stocked up.

Nice atmosphere, wasn’t too crowded and staff was pleasant.

Deli Dept. Awful. We made an online order for 2 sandwiches and waited an hour to receive them. The young girl was very incompetent on her job and acted as if I was bothering her when questioning the outcome of my sandwiches. This is the second time this has happened at this Publix.

I love Publix! Great products, clean store, & very helpful employees. The only problem was that the produce department wasnt up to its usual high quality standards. Some of the carrots were old, & the organic section didnt look fresh & organized.

What a wonderful place to shop! I love it that they have a wonderful variety of goods for the kitchen and the house as well. Their personal treat the customer with love and respect which I dearly appreciate!

Bakery service was awful and cake was dry and tasted old.

They have 2 people working the sandwich line and both are making online orders while we stand here 10 minutes... absolutely no reason 1 can’t service customer while 1 handles the online orders...

Grocery selection is great. The bakery & deli area just can’t seem to get anything right for me. I placed an online order for a sandwich... It’s missing condiments and they paid no attention to the comments I made.The bakery managed to mess up 2 cakes I ordered. 1 cake they completely loss the ticket and it still was not up to standard when we finally got it sorted. The second cake was no where near what I asked for.

Always can find what I want. Everone is so friendly. But as all Publix stores it is expensive....

Its Publix. Always a wonderful experience with wonderful people

This is one of my favorite Publix. BUT the hot deli area has poor customer service. The employees are great but nine out of ten times you have to wait a really long time for someone to help you. They need to keep the hot deli area moving as fast as the sub area. People get tired of waiting and leave. No one wants to stand there watching paint dry. That’s money walking out the door!!!

This is by far my favorite Publix. I was greeted 4 separate times while in the store from various employees who work here. Cashiers were friendly and quick. Store is clean and well stocked. Everyone is practicing social distancing. Great job Publix!!!

High quality food and I love that a riding cart is always available if needed. The prices may be higher than other stores but I think its worth it.

In and out (safety with all covid-19 protocols) in place. Customers in the south are a shopping high point. Folks were courteous greeting each other with hellos and how are you. The staff helped customers, courteous and warm in a southern kind of way.

The food is great , the store is clean, the cashiers are polite; BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT UP TO PUBLIX STANDARD. Baggers almost NEVER OFFER to take your bags out to your car which is standard in every other Publix where i shop. If i ask for help the response is lukewarmAnd yes I have brought this matter to the attention of the various managers. Today the bagger just said have a good day and walked away. Outside there were 2 young ladies talking and ambling around seemingly just enjoying the weather.I seldom shop at this store as a result even though it is the closest to my home.

Should not have taken away to handicap parking for pick up parking. You should have move pickup 2 spots lower in parking.

This Publix Super Store seems to be larger and had a lot more to offer just a wonderful store to go into I love it

Very clean. I was greeted by nearly everyone working there. The meat department took the time to butcher up some beef they didnt have out.
