Couldn’t be happier using Auto-Tek. I’ve used them, and referred family and friends to use them as well. Kevin and his team take care of us, and do excellent work. Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to.

Looked around Fayetteville and Raeford for a repair shop to address some corrosion on my vehicle. I come across Auto Tek, I received an honest accessing of the issue and a fair price for the repair. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout the repair. The repair exceeded my OCD expectations and I look forward to using Auto Tek for future work.

Less than 6 days I had my vehicle back. The employees are very friendly and the owner, Kevin, always keeps his customers updated quickly. If my vehicle is ever damaged again, Ill be sure to come back to them again. Dont waste time with the bigger repair shops, these people are all about getting your car in and out quickly and the job is done so very well.

I was referred here by the Hyundai dealership in Fayetteville,NC. They did some minor body work on My vehicle. A few days after picking My car up I’m driving to work and My engine begins to overheat. So I call the dealership and have them look at My car. They tell Me that whoever did work on My car didn’t put My car back together properly. So I call Autotek and tell the owner what the dealership just told Me. So he insinuates that I did something to the car. So the next day he goes to the dealership and they point out to him how My vehicle wasn’t put back together properly. So he agreed to pay for the repairs that needed to be done. This was all told to Me by the dealership. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because he paid for the repairs. But isn’t he supposed to when his shop messed up My car? But he never reached out to Me and apologized for messing up My car. That right there just showed Me the type of people I don’t want to do business with again.

This place is great, Kevin is so nice and professional. Got some side silver trim painted black and it looks so good! No issues at all, got done earlier than planned, also sent a video of the outcome (which I really appreciated). Highly recommend.

A co-worker mentioned Auto-Tek to me when she heard about my bumper issue. I went over to the shop and they attended me right away without an appt. I dropped my car off a few days later. They repaired a crack I had on my bumper in 4 days. The job performed was great, looked brand new. If you have any issues with your bumper i would see this shop first.

The service was fast but that is good and bad. I went in for some touch ups and ended up having a bad first paint job. The dealership where I bought my car from was quick to send it back for a better job and they delivered the second time and I was please with the outcome.

I met Kevin (the owner) and one of his guys one day while walking my dog down a deserted dirt road. We talked about the area in which we were viewing and he mentioned that he owned theAuto-Tek paint and body which is close to my home. It was very fortuitous for me as I was at the time researching local paint and body shops to repaint the hood and front bumper area of my truck but hadn’t really been impressed with reviews of other local shops in my area. I went to his shop early the next week to receive an estimate that was to me, very reasonable, and soon enough where it fit into my schedule. The end result was almost as if the vehicle was in new condition even though it is a 2008 model. The appearance now sports a black on red intake hood, reconditioned headlights, new black pinstripe and the remainder of the vehicle was “spit-shined” and the work has a lifetime warranty. As soon as I drove off with it, my sense of pride had been boosted considerably. I don’t really have a need for paint and body all the time but, if and when I do, I’m going to Auto-Tek. Thanks guys!

Took my 2005 suburban in about a year ago to have the hood painted along with a scratch repair. During the year, I took my vehicle back a few times for touch ups from this job. I notice a couple of weeks ago that the hood has a grainy look to it. I asked another paint shop what it was. They said water was probably in the paint at the time it was painted. I took my vehicle back. Well, I was very upset when they would not stand behind their work. Blamed it on me. I rarely drive this vehicle. This place is a rip off! Now I have to pay someone else to fix their screw up!

These guys have character and class! My mom took her van because one of the doors wouldnt slide shut. The technician could have pretended to work on it for a couple of hours them stuck her with a fat bill. The van door problem was some mibor thing that took him two second to fix, he gave her maintenance tips and sent my mom on her merry way. Charged nothing. If I have a real issue that requires their services, Ill choose them. Class act!

I went to get an estimate at another body shop for a pretty minor scrape from a fender bender, and they said $200. Came to Showgun for a second opinion and he wiped it clean with a cloth and thinner for free. They’ve been in business for 39 years and I see why.

Guy was very polite and friendly. Thats why I was so surprised and disappointed at how dishonest he was. Quoted a price for original equipment parts but purchased aftermarket parts for less than half of the price that was quoted. Someone accidentally left the reciept on my dash for what he actually paid for the parts. He tried to make it right when I confronted him but still left a bad taste in my mouth.
