Justin, a kind and informative employee approached me within a minute or two or walking in the store. After explaining the issues I was having with my refrigerator, promptly helped me find a good, energy-efficient replacement. Then he sweet talked me into getting a new wine cooler for my wife! We then finalized the purchase, hooked me up with some warranty and was able to get both appliances installed in my house within 24 hours of walking out. Two weeks later now and my family is loving our new fridge. Customer service unmatched at this location! If you need any type of big appliances, swing by and see Justin! The only downside I could find is they didn’t carry any blenders): will be back!!

Excellent service from Justin... from the phone inquiring phone call all the way through to the in-person meeting. We had been searching all day for the best price on a dishwasher and the stress level was getting high. I called the old Sears Outlet (American Freight) and got Justin on the phone. He was confident in his answers, with no matter what question I threw at him, which in turn made me feel confident.We ended up going in the same day and not only got a dishwasher, but also a washer and dryer!!The only thing Id like different is to be made aware of the 3 year warranty charges UP FRONT. We ended up getting the warranty b/c Justin made it sound so good, but spending the extra money right now was something I needed to think about.

Me and my wife just purchased a washer and dryer, and we had excellent customer service for Justin. We look forward to getting all our housing furniture from there in the near future.

Window shopping today, but I really liked this store. Prices seemed reasonable, and I loved being able to browse without being pressured by associates. Only complaint is that no one at all bothered to greet or assist us.

This was my first visit to American Freight. It was surprising to me, for some reason and l think because of the name of the store, l assumed it would be jam-packed with furniture - it wasnt. The selection of furniture and appliances was much better than l expected. There was a really good selection of everything. The salespeople were nice and willing to help if needed or left customers to look on their own, if that was their wish. My experience was a good one and l will be back. Customer service goes a very long way and l think the two employees l met realized that! I wish l had got their names, they were great. They didnt make a sale from me on that particular day but I plan to go back and make a purchase!

Got a refrigerator and the young men who delivered it were fantastic!! Made sure to handle my home with care as appliances are much larger now a days. They set everything up and made sure all was well before they left. I am so thankful for all they did. Now I get to enjoy the new refrigerator and I will be back for future purchases. Nice funiture. I cant tell you anything about the staff merely due to the fact that I was not acknowledged the entire visit not even upon entering. I canvased the entire store testing out the quality of their mattresses. I mean my daughter and I actually laid on these mattersses yet still never got any kind of acknowledgement from the staff. My advice to the business would be to train your employees on proper etiquette. I assure you cant lose by doing such. Overall my visit was good all because me and my two-year-old browse products on our own so that meant the world to me by its self.

This was my 1st experience with American Freight and I must say my experience here was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Kenny went above and beyond to make sure we received our furniture. Customer service here ranks off the charts. I do recommend this location. I have found my new favorite furniture store to shop!

American Freight, I’ve had this Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator for 1 week now & all I’ve been having is one issue after another. First off, your delivery people scratched up my left side door as it was in perfect condition when I purchased it in the store, then after 3 days noticed the ice maker wasn’t producing any ice & today I went into the freezer to get some ice cream that is totally soft so there’s another issue I have to deal with. Don’t you guys check these appliances out before selling them? Geez………

Dont waste your time going. Not a good place to go to for appliances. Trying to sell me scratching on a freezer for full price

6/14/21 I purchased McCabe 5 piece bedroom set (bed, dresser, mirror, chest and nightstand with mattress) on 90 day lease with weekly payments for less than 2600$. Great selection, and friendly staff. They don’t assemble furniture which wasn’t even a big deal. All furniture came assembled in packaging except bed. I was able to assemble it myself w/ a little help on hb & fb, entire setup only took a few hrs. Delivery was cheap and the head board came cracked on one of the corners. Called the store and they delivered a new one to me within a few hours SAME DAY. Hassle free customer svc and I love my new set. Thank you Kenny (my sales person) and American Freight!! I’ll definitely be back to get that blue sectional.

We had an issue with our item after it was initially delivered to us. We worked with American freight to get the mistake corrected and they were great. Special compliments to Justin for his help. There is a large selection of many brand new name brand items. My only concern is that some of the slightly damaged items are priced as high as the undamaged identical in stock. Sat in a few of the recliners; the quality between them fluctuates much more than the price. Still, a wise shopper can find a great deal.

Lots to choose from... Great prices... Financing... Delivery costs $80 extra is my only issue... Oh and $75 mattress covers.

Got there about 4 pm. Waited about 15 minutes to purchase a refrigerator we picked out. The young ladies first words were that Samsung doesnt have a warranty. I think she was marking us to sell us a warranty. She was extremely polite and extremely overworked. You need others that are in the store working to help each other.The reason for one star is the huge, probably the largest sign in the store. Same day delivery....She said not only that we couldnt get same day delivery but we couldnt get delivery at all...What? We were ready to purchase this slightly dented Refrigerator with emphasis on NO WARRANTY for $1549. No delivery was a deal breaker.While in the store we went on Amazon and ordered the same refrigerator brand new for $1726 Brand New with WARRANTY and free shipping to arrive in 4 days.Like I say the employee was polite but had no answers....

Bought a washing machine for my mom and got home the agitator doesnt work and sounds like motor issues. Was told to call whirlpool so I can pay another couple hundred for them to come fix. Never will I buy from here again.

The gentlemen, I worked with was EJ was fabulous to work with and we ended up purchasing the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. All highly rated and name band appliances and we couldn’t purchased a refrigerator any where for what we paid for all three appliances. Delivery went well and Kenny the manager was the real deal. Great place and great folks and I highly recommend them to anyone.

EJ was helpful and friendly. But overall this place is severely understaffed. They were having a sale and the prices seem good. But being understaffed meant it took 45 minutes after my purchase to finally get my appliance. And the person loading the items in the back was not friendly at all. Somewhat rude. I will probably go here again just for the prices. But I will take help with me and just load it myself.

This store is great for deals on almost any major appliance, mattresses, tools, and more. They also have a no credit check leasing program. Id recommend them to any one, the staff is the most friendliest and knowledgeable. Weve been there 3 times and never left without what we wanted or a great shopping experience.

I purchased a refrigerator and paid extra for delivery and set up. The delivery guys ripped the linoleum on my floor to pieces. They took pictures and said they would report it to there manager. Since the delivery was on a Saturday, I waited until Monday to receive a callback, nothing. Tuesday I began calling and leaving messages. Thats been over a week and still noone has returned my call. My 15 yr old moved the old refrigerator out with no rips or tears. I would like to think that employees could do the same. They couldnt set the refrigerator up because they did not have an adapter for the waterline. Basically the refrigerator was delivered and left in the middle of the floor until my husband completed the set up. Why offer the service if you dont have the parts. Now I have a beautiful refrigerator that is surrounded by a ripped up floor that was just installed a month ago.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The assistance i received when purchasing my mattress was amazing and i will definitely return for future purchases. I also appreciated the pricing. The best price i have found on a mattress yet ! Thank you!

For years, I never knew about this store. But if looking for an appliance, mattress, large tool box...or a host of other mid-to-higher ticket items, its a good chance youll find it at this outlet. Most prices cannot be beat elsewhere. Its somewhat limited inventory (whats out on the floor at any given time is its total inventory). But the inventory is not inferior. One can find all the top brand names, but maybe just a few models. Employees were very friendly and most helpful. Definitely check it out. Just recently bought quality pillows here for $9.99 each and LOVE them!!

This Sear Outlet has really good deals, 6 months ago I went to the Sears Department Store to get a stove. The stove I wanted was $1200.00. I wanted that stove so badly, it had everything. It was electric, two ovens (I bake so much), self cleaning and more.I want to Sear Outlet, it has the exact same stove. But it was damage. The bottom door was dented, the left side was sratch in 3 places, and one of the top burner on and off button was missing. The price was $599. I put my arms around this stove and stay there till a sell person came and I bought the stove. From $1200. to $599.00, I got it and will go back. They have major appliances marked half price to nearly 75 % down. At the end of the month is the best time to go, mark lower. Sear Outlet also have lawn equipment too.
