Great Green Egg deals in October / November. Locally owned and operated. Did a great job delivering and installing my Big Green Egg. My refrigerator repair was so-so. But maybe thats due to the manufacturer - can I say it? - Samsung. Who knows maybe all ice makers are created equally bad -- Its cold in there after all yall ;)

RUN AWAY! NIGHTMARE! We have been waiting since March 2020 for our wine cooler to be replaced. They will not call you back they will only make false promises and continue to put you in circle of nonsense refusing to let you speak to the owner or anyone with decision making power. No exaggerations it has been a total JOKE. We have spent thousands of dollars buying appliances for our custom built home and the treatment is AWFUL. We will never recommend this company to anyone again.

My daughter waited for the service person, only to find they left a note hanger saying they had come and gone.When I called, he said I was there an hour ago. You have a door knocker on your door right ( to identify my door).I hung up confused blaming myself. Well, I dont have a door knocker on my door, and my daughter waited all afternoon. No one rang the doorbell. I can only assume he wanted to end his day early.:(

I bought some what I would call high $$ appliances a few years back when I bought a new home. I had trouble with the Professional range I purchased. Called the manufacturer who wanted receipts and what not. I couldnt readily find receipts since I built the home and the receipts were tied up with the builder who wasnt really helping me. Clayton Appliances not only located the paperwork I needed but were the go-between for myself and the manufacturer and made sure all repairs was covered by the manufacturer. Not only that but I got a really great deal there when buying the appliances. Great Job!!

Two of the greatest guys came to replace a damaged refrigerator for us. They were exactly what my husband and I needed after moving into this house that has so much wrong with it. One even noticed how strange my husband was acting after be electrocuted due to the builder connecting the dryer outlet wrong. They were so nice to help me find somewhere to take him since we could not get a Dr to see him and we are new to the area. They were so wonderful and we had a few laughs. But I cant thank these two wonderful young men for a wonderful experience and their help.

I found out that I had to get a full kitchen in a short amount of time and I was able to communicate via email with Kim and she found every appliance that I needed, processed my payment and scheduled the delivery. This place was recommended to me by several people. We called they set up a service call date on my washer and dryer unit. The next day they called back and said it was a common issue it would be around 500 dollars but had to be done there. They also said it would drop the price some not paying for pick up and the service call fee. For faster service they said we could drop it off to them. Which we did. Well fast forward the weekend we call to get a eta on completion and they said it would be over a 1000. We said that’s the price of a new one. They kept our deposit and refused to honor the price they gave us. Even since the repair didn’t change just the price did. That’s bad business. If you want good trustworthy business I suggest you run far away from this place.

Clayton Appliances came through again! Purchased a built-in refrigerator that was installed today. It was a tight installation, not much room to maneuver the large refrigerator out (the old one) an in (the new one). The crew of Kevin and Keith did a great job! Clayton Appliance services our business needs to the T. A few years ago when we relocated to a new commercial property, we were in need of a new gas stove and we purchased one with the help of one of the sales reps named Anna Willcox at Clayton Appliance. She even made sure we purchased a gas line extension (which we were totally unaware we needed) due to the huge distance from the stove to the gas line. She coordinated the delivery and the guys who installed the gas stove and line extension were quick and professional. I believe one of their names were Naiya.

First, I ordered a part for my Samsung stove so that I can repair it. The wrong part was ordered which delayed me another week of getting the stove repaired.Second, I went back to return the part that was ordered because I realized that I actually needed the switch membrane instead of the main control board.Finally, I was most upset at the fact at the time of the purchase I was never told there was a no return policy on electrical parts.I understand that I ordered a part that was not required and I am sure this is a common issue with regular people fixing their appliances however you as a company need to better instruct people of the no return policy on certain policy. The very least this needs to be on the receipt or get some acknowledgment from the buyer.

She has always been extremely patient and helpful in assisting him in his purchase of various stoves from Clayton Appliances (when my dad was working from home due to the heavy pots he would slam on the stove tops, he would end up breaking each stove and probably bought about 4 in a 5 year period through Ms. Anna Willcox). I suppose the tradition carried on once my dad passed away (not the breaking of the stoves) of purchasing appliances through Ms. Anna Willcox. I started renovations in his home which I had inherited three years ago and Ms. Anna Willcox assisted me in selecting the best washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher for our home. From start to finish our experience has been fantastic. We first had out one of their maintenance guys to verify that our fridge was broken beyond repair. Two days before the appointment they had a cancellation and called to see if we wanted to move up our apt. The day before we got a reminder that they would be there, & the day of I got called as the tech was on the way. We were given a full assessment, the price of what it would cost to replace and an honest recommendation that we should seriously consider replacing, which we did. When we went to look at models we were greeted, but allowed to look around on our own for a few minutes before being offered further assistance (which I am a fan of ). When we told the gentleman the size of our space, our list of features we really liked and those that we hoped for but werent necessary he was able to help us narrow down to one that had everything we were looking for. And you cant beat their prices. He also helped us pick out a stand alone freezer that is appropriate for what our family needs. I have no hesitation in giving these guys 5 stars, as they has been absolutely fantastic on every aspect of their business (I have used them to service equipment for my business as well, same experience). Thank you for being an awesome local company with knowledgeable, friendly staff and highly competitive prices.

First visit, went there to look at and price kitchen appliance packages. My wife and I were greeted by Chris he was very attentive and when he had to leave he put us in touch with Anna she knew all about what we wanted and she spent time with us to provide the information that we need in order to make a decision. Will update this once we go back if we purchase an appliance package and will rate the service delivery installation Etc. Thus far so good.

Purchased an over the rage microwave. They had a good selection at a reasonable price and were able to deliver and install next day. The delivery was prompt and the installation was pretty clean. I would consider using these guys again over the big box stores.

These people are crooks!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I purchased a stove a few months ago and the delivery guy told me my outlets werent strong enough to power the oven, the stove top worked just fine. I had an electrician come out and my outlets were fine! Clayton Appliances sent a replacement out and same issues!! I immediately sent it back with the delivery driver. Because they were slow refunding me and giving me the run around I had to dispute the charge. Well months later they challenged my dispute saying I still had the stove and they had no knowledge of any problems!! Ive filed a claim with the BBB and have contacted my lawyer!

Paid for repairs to ice maker. He has to order part. He leaves, comes back a few weeks later, installs part and says “if it doesn’t work, call and we will come back”. We pay him MORE MONEY and he leaves. It still doesn’t work and I’ve paid for a replacement part that didn’t work and I won’t let them back in my home to be charged, yet again, for possibly another failure. Oh, of course no refund.

My husband normally uses Clayton Appliance for several homes he handles for his job. He bought a dryer from them that they installed themselves. The dryer has stopped working completely within its warranty period. They have sent a tech out to fix it several times. Now they are saying the dryer vent is clogged and it will cost extra to have it fixed. The complete vent was replaced 1 week ago. The dryer is faulty and they refuse to listen to reason. Before it stopped working, the clothes were too hot to touch. Yet, they want to charge to fix it because their tech had no clue what he is doing!!!! Will not do business again with them.

Clayton Appliances worked with us to solve a major defect with an icemaker in our refrigerator that the manufacturer had no solution for other than offering us a small discount to buy another one. We certainly thank them for standing by us when the manufacturer wouldnt. We have purchased 3 full sets of kitchen appliances from them over the years and highly recommend them.

I was perfectly satisfied with the repair and prompt service. I had a refridgerator that would not make ice. The service person replaced a part and it has worked fine.

We had a stackable washer dryer unit purchased there in 2006. Im a healthcare provider and this is our office unit. Having no washer dryer means I have to bring laundry home where our family of four is already busting at the seams with our own laundry. Its been fairly reliable over the years. Recently it started squeaking badly and then died. The repair guy from Clayton came out and said we needed a $400+ motor. We agreed, he ordered the part, and a week later returned to do the repairs. He said he didnt have the right tool and had to return the next day. He returned and proclaimed that it was fixed. I asked if the squeak was fixed and he said yes. It wasnt. We asked Clayton to send a repair man back out. They said they would be here between 1 and 6 pm. No show - no call. I was finished with patients but paid my staff to wait on the repair man who never showed. They came the next day and said it couldnt be diagnosed without bringing the unit to their shop and pulling it apart. They retrieved the unit and called us a few days later (now we are easily at the three week mark). After pulling our unit apart, we were told the transmission needed to be replaced at $900+!! At this point we obviously needed a new washer / dryer unit. Clayton Appliance had the audacity to offer us $200 toward a new unit! We would have bought a new unit on day one if they sent a competent repair man in the first place. They agreed to credit us $400 toward the new unit so we bought one. A guy delivered it the next day and did not hook it up. I went to do it myself and discovered there was no power cord! I called Clayton Appliance and I was livid. When the woman helping me said we will have to call you back, I raised my voice and they hung up on me. I did not curse at her or call her names. I called back again and spoke to someone new. I said I would stay calm if she would hear me out. She heard me out. At the end of my call, I said, so you see, if any of your customers has the right to be angry, its (my name). She replied, What is your name sir? I said. ARE YOU FRIGGING KIDDING ME??!! I JUST GAVE IT TO YOU LESS THAN THREE SECONDS AGO! I proceeded to have a staff member in my office complete the call so as to not rupture a brain artery. Do business with them if you like dealing with incompetency. They were good at one time. Never again.
