If I could give less I would. I was in your business on 12/31/2020 to purchase a hand gun. We were there for approximately 20 minutes and no one offered any assistance in anyway. One employee was busy chatting with other people about nothing but b.s.. But thanks to them you lost a sale for a Kimber you have in stock. So I went to Guns Plus and found what I wanted. If yall want to make a sale maybe you shouldnt ignore customers who just might buy something. I wont be back Ill stick with the friendly and helpful people at Guns Plus.

I purchased a new ar-10 and I needed to add a muzzle brake to the rifle. As military I did a quick google search and came to this establishment. It has decent reviews so I gave it a try. The first person Dan at the front desk tried to disassemble my firearm with a pen and failed. He went in back and grabbed a cleaning pick and continued to try to disassemble my gun. The only thing it succeeded in doing is scratching my lower receiver. I even told him to let the gunsmith handled it! However, the gunsmith (John) was nice but as clueless as Dan. He installed the muzzle brake upside down. I brought the gun home corrected the issue. I wouldnt recommend this place! BUYER / GUN ENTHUSIASTS BEWARE!!!!!!! UNTRAINED PERSONNEL !!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable on their products. Every time I am looking a hard to get part or want a new firearm they are my go to. Wanted a new P320 and was about to spend about 600 and the lady showed me a display model from another store. Still new never shot but was considered used for a lot less.

Absolutely awesome staff and friendly as could be. Brought in my upper receiver to have the barrel installed after I had broken my armorers wrench and they had it installed and me back out the door within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend their services to anybody and everybody.

Ive been to some of the bigger or better known shops here in Fayetteville, and they just dont have the attitude problems the others have. Messaged them asking about a particular gun. Was told they had all the parts to build it, so I took time off work and drove over an hour to get there. Once I was there they didnt have all the parts and the person trying to help me didnt seem to know what she was talking about. In the end I took time off work and burned 3 hours and I have nothing to show for it. Totally disappointed. I called prior to visiting the shop for a trigger replacement job and asked if the gunsmith could do it while I wait since it was not a complicated task. I brought my new trigger with me and informed the lady that I was the person who called earlier and she remembered. She asked the gunsmith, Dan if he could complete my gun today and she told me he couldn’t do it while I wait in the shop but could check it in and call me when it was complete. I left and noticed it was close to their closing hours and decided to call. I spoke to Dan and said he won’t be able to get to it until Monday. So I was very upset because this should only be about 20-30 minutes job for a professional gunsmith. I went and picked up my gun and Dan said the lady who checked in my gun told him it was there for a cleaning, even though she clearly typed on the claim/work order receipt “Trigger replacement “. I subsequently went home and followed a Youtube video and completed the job myself in about 45 minutes. I saved money and will never do business at Shooters Supply again!

I cant tell you how many times Ive used them for transfers, gunsmithing and purchases. There has never been a problem anytime weve done business. Jery has gone out of his way to make sure my firearms are finished to a high standard. His prices are reasonable and service is impeccable. Truthfully, I cant say enough about them.

Had a lengthy stay but was hardly noticed due to great and knowledgeable staff. Great prices and an awesome gunsmith makes this an amazing one stop shop.

These folks are always very helpful. They know their products and will always give you solid advice. I have dealt mostly with Storm and he always seems willing to go above and beyond for me and all his customers. I recomend them to anyone n looking for guns, gun parts or accessories.

There gunsmith installed sights on my g17 and took my safety plunger replacing it with a larger one and no spring .The pistol worked prefect before coming here and didn’t work after I left.I’ve been working on firearms for several years and I am not dummy!

Ordered a PSA lower through them, 15$ transfer which is dirt cheap. Military friendly and are definitely helping me out when they dont have to. MSRP on items seems fairly normal for a gun shop, and sometimes things are cheap, thus beating online orders because of shipping costs. Great store overall, and I will definitely visit this place first in search of items. They just need to fix up an online store now.

John and the rest of his shop do amazing custom work and can anticipate what the customer will want before even asked. Truly a pleasure to do business with this shop, I recommend it to all my friends who use the gear for a living and I wont hesitate to shop here.

Walked in with asking if they sold selector lever and safety detents individually, they gave me both for free. Customer interaction is fantastic, and good size selection of firearms and firearm accessories.

I went in there to see if they could fix an old Taurus Judge. The gunsmith offered to fix it but he advised that the manufacturer would probably fix it for free and told me how to get more info on it. They didnt get any of my business that day but it showed what type of business they are and will definitely be back of I need anything else.

Recently moved to the area - was looking around for a nice local store to get anything I might need for builds or supplies. Stopped in and was met by Terry who is a sweetheart! Got the last BCM QD endplate for me and after I left we both forgot my card was left in the machine. I called in and she was very aplologetic (even though I forgot about it too!). She offered to bring my card out to the parking lot for me but I said it’s ok and I went in. Terry handed me a small item as a apology for having to come back. This store just earned a lifelong customer ...... and their FFL Transfer fee is the cheapest in town at $15.00!

I have done business with them quite a bit over the last few months, just today I arrived at their store at 6:55pm to do an FFL transfer and when I got there they said they had been closed since 6:45 and could not do anything about it. Their excuse is because their in a bad part of town they have to close 15 minutes early. I was very unhappy with them because they basically posted something that was false and find that someone who conducts business like this, in a bad area where there is a lot of competition does not deserve my business.

Poor customer service and communication skills. No interest in going back.

I buy most of my guns from them. They have best price and they are friendly.

Service is much better since they moved across the street.

I Went to Shooters Supply on a Saturday to see if I could trade my Glock 21 Gen4 for a Glock 19 gen3. They looked over my Glock 21 and said they would give me $450 for my Glock 21 which was there price of there Blue label Glock 19 Gen3. At the time I didnt have my Licence on me and they were getting ready to close, so asked them if they could hold it for me and I could come back monday morning and They said that was fine. I came back monday and they backed out of the deal.Backing out of a deal is bad business.

I ordered a rifle of the internet and had it sent to Jerys Pawn & Shooters Supply. These people are AWESOME! The employees are great! I will not hesitate to buy or send my firearms to them again. Military freindly too. I highly recommend for anyone in the Fort Bragg area wether Military or Civilian to do buisness with them.

I started shooting back in the early 70s with the Ft. Bragg AMTU. I still shoot rifle comp. and have been in many gun shops over the years.(100s pluse) I needed an ar15 National Match rifle and Shooters was the Only shop that would even hear what i was saying. I had one place tell me to get a AK47 to shoot with. we shoot XTC course of fire at 200, 300 and 600 yards open sights. I can go to shooters and tell then what i need and they will find it for me. Also with the big obama bull going on they were the only shop that did not jerk the price up on their AR rifles.The same with ammo and primers. Most of us that do shoot and not just buy a gun and talk about it, go to shooters supply. 5 stars all the way!Thanks Guys for all the support over the years.
