Mr. Brandon came and discuss my needs dealing with upgrading my AC system for my home. All of the questions I asked he answered them. If I did not know what something was he explained it to where I completely understood. The two things that mostly caught my eye is his honesty and not being biased. Even though they are unable to upgrade my system (due to a previous company putting it in work) he told me what I could do to get the type of air I needed in the extra room I had. So grateful for people like him. We need more honest hard working people like him. Ive gone with this company for about 15 years. My A/C quit last night. I called the office at 8am & Brandon, the tech was here before 8:45am. He diagnosed the problem, went to get the part from the warehouse & my house was cooling down by 11 am. With the heat right now, I was thrilled! Ive always been happy with customer service & every tech theyve sent out. Everyone is courteous, professional & informative.

Brandon provide a thorough and detailed explanation of needed repairs and options as a result of of our service call. He was consistently courteous and professional throughout the time at our house. He took time for questions and followed up with the company owner with our detailed questions regarding the replacement option. He was very patient with us and our inquiries. Call Day&Night AC concerning AC tripping circuit breaker. Tech Brandon was very professional and explained his finding of clogged drains( which i suspected) and condensation on unit, as well as necessary repairs. Repairs completed. After approx 30hrs of use, circuit breaker tripped again. Called at 4:30pm,This time Tech Anthony responded at about 8pm. Again technician was very professional and courteous. He even apologized for arriving so late. I was thankful he came same day since my call was late. Problem now was diagnosed to be faulty circuit breaker. Problem resolved with no additional charges. Day&Night AC responded both times on same day for new customer. Would definitely recommend.

Great help! I hired a company to fix an issue & they charged so much without fixing anything! Four times they came out…. I set an appt for a diagnostic with Night & Day and they were able to identify the issue AND educate the other company (the horrible one) who arrived at the same time. It was worth the money though☺️

Another guy who owns his own business checked it today and said that it didnt need freon and I had no leak. He cleaned it and checked some other things and now my unit runs like new again. This company was asked to inspect the fireplace logs. The said it needed$800+ repairs and caused a delay in my property close. I contacted Piedmont Gas and asked them to inspect same unit and got a full passing inspection with no repairs needed. This company will rip you off and up sell the service you do not need. Do not support their fraudulent actions as it will cost you money and lost time.

The service technician was not knowledgable enough to diagnose the issue that I had with my unit. The technician kept trying to get me to buy a brand new unit when repairs were all that it needed. I called another company and they diagnosed my issue within 20 minutes of their arrival at my house. The repairs were done by a different company and the price was far less than buying a brand new unit.

The Delon showed up on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Some of the issues he brought up no one else talked about. Were buying the house and he found isssues missed during the inspection. He gave suggestions but didnt push anything

Johnnie came at the appointed time. He practiced COVID 19 precautions using a mask and maintaining distance. After three of us: my youngest son, myself and the Piedmont technician had failed in turning the key on the baseboard next to the gas log fireplace, which was stuck firmly in the open position, Johnnie was able to somehow jiggle it free. He was able to turn it ccw to shut it and cw to open it again. He then asked me to do it and it was easy to turn it in each direction. He checked the flow of gas by sniffing the area in the fireplace to see if any was leaking when the gas was shut off, and performed all safety checks with the pilot light. I am grateful for the prompt repair and am completely satisfied with the work performed by Johnnie. The last thing he did is to make sure I had an alarm system in place to monitor carbon monoxide levels. He also gave me recommendations about how to order/replace logs, one of which is broken, how to clean the dust off and how to check whether specific parts of the gas delivery system is still available for replacement. His last recommendation was to make sure we did not turn the key too hard in the open or shut position.

As is normal, a system does not go out at 8am on Monday. My daughter had a service scheduled for 3-5 on Friday afternoon after noticing it was not keeping up with the cold the night before. Anthony, the service tech looked at the 20 year old system and said there was serious leak and an overheating compressor. There was no guarantee that a repair would keep the system running for any extended period. We decided to replace the system and after working that evening and Saturday morning with the owner Quentin, we had a new system scheduled for installation the following week. Delon, the lead tech, arrived with his team on the day promised and had everything installed by the next afternoon. Delon and his crew were very diligent about making sure everything was functioning properly and that all of our questions were answered before they left. We were extremely satisfied with their work ethic and would happily recommend Day and Night for any A/C work.

My husband and I were so impressed by the efficiency of the workers at Day and Night Heating and Cooling. They came out to assess our house within one day. We had two rooms in our house that were substantially cooler than the rest of the house. They came up with a well thought out strategy for best insulating the attic above those rooms and another part of the attic, as well. They came out, the next day and worked diligently, for 12 hours, to complete this project in one day. It has been so amazing that those two rooms are as warm as the rest of the house, now. Also, we have noticed a substantial improvement in the electricity usage since the insulation has been installed. They demonstrated professionalism, a strong work ethic, and promptness.

My gas log fire place was serviced and I was very pleased.

The technician was on time and courteous to me and my house. Explained every part of the repair down to the science involved inside the system. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, wore protective clothing and covered his boots inside the house and wasn’t abusive to the equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair of there HVAC. This next line I’m writing has nothing to do with the technician but has to do with my AC unit. I’ve only had the house a couple of months and the blower motor died. I had heavy smokers that previously owned the house. I hope when the unit is repaired and assembled it will last another couple of years after the abuse the previous owner put the unit through.

Day & Night Heating & Air Conditioning is always friendly when you call. They call to let you know when the technician is on the way so you know when to expect them. They also send an email with a picture of the technician so you know what the individual looks like. Our technician wore covers on his shoes so our floor was not soiled. He was kind, thorough, and efficient. We purchased our heat pump from this company and have always been happy with their service.

My husband was deployed and when he returned home he had to be on a 14 day quarantine. He tried to install a new Sensi thermostat and had issues. Day and Night heating worked with his situation by doing remote service with zoom. DJ was awesome and instructed my husband to find the fuse that was blown, replace it and now our heating and AC works! Great service and highly recommend for anyone needing services done!

Did not fix the problem, told the new thermostat was bad BUT would sell me a new one for Eight hundred dollars, and then another three hundred to install it. I didn’t need Bluetooth an all that stuff, just wanted my unit fixed.

They were able to come out pretty quickly when my upstairs unit had a leak. I was happy with how Johnnie was able to find the leak and diagnose the problem, and the estimate was right on. A different tech came out for the repair and addition of coolant, I cant remember his name but very nice, we had some interesting history talk while the upstairs was cooling a bit during the test. The office is communicative, sent me emails updating me on a filter they had to order. Moving from this area but I would use again if we were staying.

The fan on my heat pump stopped running and I had to have a capacitor replaced. The tech got it up and running and was knowledgeable but I feel 313.00 was a bit much for replacing a cheap part plus an upfront price of 145 for diagnostic fee and to come out. My total was 458.00. I called and asked for a receipt because I never received one to show what I had paid for and never received one. The receptionist told me she would email it to me but never did. So they take your money with no record for you but the deductions from your account. I told the lady I wanted to compare prices with other companies. I will never call this company again. I will call Blackwell Heating and air. They are on time, does a good job and price fairly and gives a receipt that shows their services before they leave. When I went out side the technician was replacing the part already and had not discussed the price. It wasnt until I asked him what was wrong. The only pricing that was discussed was the 145.00 upfront.
