Jcpenney has the best extreme stretch Jeans and advance flex 360 Jeans for young adults.My teenage son loves the Jeans collection in huge variety of colors and their super soft tees on sale.

I do wonder how long this store will last u til it closes, it is never busy when I go, and doesnt ever seem to be busy when I drive by. Hoping this Pennys stays open because its in a very convenient location and the store seems clean and organized.

My 5 stars is for customer service and cleanliness. My sister had to return an item in store. I ended up losing my wallet and called JCPENNEY to see if anyone had turned it in. I was just sick about it! We had already left the store and were driving 20 minutes later when I realized my wallet was missing. I frantically called the store to find out if it had been turned in. Customer service was amazing! I never did find my wallet at JCPenney, but they went out and checked the areas I had been in. I hope this location stays put. Thank you Jcpenney! I DID find my wallet elsewhere and was praising Jesus in the parking lot!

I understand that the state of Tennessee has lifted the mask mandate but it seems unprofessional and unethical for the photo studio to shoot photos with infants unmasked. Infants are especially vulnerable to COVID because they dont qualify for the vaccine. My wife had to ask the photographer to put on her mask twice while hovering over our son. I dont care if youre vaccinated. I dont want an excuse. If we are paying customers and make a request, you should accommodate it. Period.

My husband purchased me a ring for our anniversary and we came in to have it sent out for a cleaning. I was aware the woman was helping another customer, so we waited at the counter next to the counter door. Her back was turned and she didnt know we were there. Once she turned around, she walked out of the counter door, past my husband and I without looking at us or even acknowledging us. We were so shocked. Weve dealt with these types of people before. We spoke to the manager about her behavior and as we exited the store, my husband glanced over and she just stared at us as we left.She didnt want to help us.There is a certain type of person that acts this way towards certain people. I dont know her name, but she is heavyset with blonde hair. Its 2021, JCPenney, please get this person some customer service training and make sure the people that work there are comfortable helping ALL people.

Very disappointed in the returns!! My husband got a zip up hoodie my daughter in law got him she had ordered on line but wasnt quite what he wanted. She paid $25 for it but all they wanted to give in return was $11.01... I mean really!?! Come one JCPENNEY you can do better than that. No wonder you all are going out of business!!!

Did not actually go to shop. My Girl Scout troop was given the opportunity to have a cookie booth there. I am giving 5 stars because the customer service was outstanding! I went in to let them know we were there and to thank them for having us. Logan greeted me and was so happy to have us. She even told me to let them know if we needed anything at all. It was one of the best experiences I have had at JCP, and normally I am a customer.

I go to the In Style Salon in Penneys for my hair styling and hair care products. Morgan is the best! All the people who work there are friendly and very helpful. I do a lot of shopping for various things at Penneys and I recommend giving the hair salon a try. Give the Sephora products a try. The personnel are professional and most helpful in getting the products that are best for you.

Well. With the C-19 issue. As I was checking out the man said..(he had a mask on) Wheres your mask? (I can not wear one due to not being able to breath in carbon dioxide. Its bad for my health.) I told him I couldnt. He didnt check me out. But Ethan was very accommodating I could tell he was smiling under his mask. This was the only reason you got 4 stars... How dare you ask me a personal question like that. I have a right not to explain my health to anyone... There are laws against that!!

Not one person offered to help me find what I was looking for and I guess they think people with tattoos are bad cause I felt followed while I was there. I love tattoos and dislike people who try to do Gods job with judging. I foster dogs and help little sweet old folks deep clean their houses for free and volunteer at shelters and have never stolen a thing in my life. Ain’t gonna start at J.C. Penney for sure.

I went to JCPenney in Turkey Creek yesterday. Unfortunately, because of Covid the dressing rooms werent opened. Dana/Asst. Mgr. helped me pick out a pair of pants. She was extremely helpful. She didnt rush me. YEAH! Dana the pants fit perfect. Thank you so much for your help. Dana is an asset to JCPenney. Dana is so professional and friendly. They have AWESOME sales. Needed to return a few items that were ordered online. I didnt have the order slip for one item so I wasnt sure if I would be able to return it. The nice young guy working in the returns dept looked it up using information on the shipping label! He was very fast, efficient and friendly. In a matter of 5 minutes (or less) I was able to return 3 items/2 different orders, had it credit my card and was on my way. Such a great experience that I was dreading having to do. Top notch service in returns at this location! The only negative this time was in the shoe department and I wanted to check on specific shoe & size, but could not find Any associate working on the floor to help so we ended up leaving and going to another store to buy the shoes there.

Thankful Rachel Poole was able to get my daughter in quickly to do a color correction this morning! She took very good care of Alyssa and was able to achieve the look she wanted to begin with. We will be going back and highly recommend her if you are looking for a good stylist. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Took my mother to buy pajamas and she found 9 pair! Customer service was excellent! The young lady at the jewelry counter went out of her way to help my mom, when mom needed it.

I have loved JC Penney since my older children were little. About 40 years ago. This JC Penney reminds me of the JC Penney I went to in NY when my children were little. I love JC Penney in Turkey Creek. Dont close it.

This is the place to go for good sales, nice employees, great people to help you find or order what you are searching for. Is that item in sale, not your size, take it with you to the check out, ask them to order your size and done! No quibbles, smiles all the time. Need a cart, someone will fetch you one. Didnt have the suit jacket that I needed. Im 63 240 lbs. No help.at all in the store. Wasnt greeted, Im to big for the regular sizes and to small for the Big and tall!

We really like the atmosphere and we bought alot of clothes for good price.

My 18 month old daughter was not very cooperative at her photo shoot but our photographer, Rosemary (at the Turkey Creek Knoxville TN store) was wonderful and very patient. She somehow managed to get some good shots. This is my second time getting pictures made there with Rosemary taking the pictures and I would definitely recommend it!

I always love Pennys. They are great. You can almost always find a great sale. I just bought shoes for less than 3 dollars never had an issue finding sizes or trendy things. I even love the clothes I can get for my kids. Not to mention the great disney collection. I have very few complaints. If I had to say one thing it might be that the online cite is kinda wacky but the store its self is amazing. The location of this particular one is great. In the middle of this huge shopping center this store is kind of off by its self and a lot easier to access.

It was a clean store with lots of good inventory. My husband found everything he needed in his size and for a good price. The clothes were all current styles and colors.

Store had electric blankets. However didnt have space heaters in stock.

This is the 2nd time Ive had issues at checkout. On both occasions, Associates argued that prices posted were not accurate and published coupons could not be used. I have been a loyal customer for 5 decades, but I am done. I will not argue to simply make an honest purchase.

Beautiful jewelry, attentive employees, and quick response from management. My gift card was inactive so it needed to be transferred to a new card. Manager was by my side in less than 5 minutes to assist, and immediately and readily transferred my balance, no questions asked!

My husband and I were in there with our small daughter for about 3 hours working on getting him an outfit for his interview today and that three hours I asked for someone to come help us no one showed up I finally found a young girl who didnt know anything about mens apparel so it wasnt very helpful but honestly store this size should have more employees.Thank you for having a family bathroom believe it or not theres not very many places that to that offer changing tables and everything

Ordered something online and the wrong item was delivered. Online support said I could return via mail, which would take 3-4 weeks to process, or I could return it at my nearest store. Went to this JCPenney to return the wrong item and noticed there was a $5 adjustment (shortage) on the refund receipt. The sales associate said it could be handled by getting a supervisor to come to the register, but by this time Id already been there 10 minutes or so and didnt want to wait any longer.The associates were just following the rules, but Ive decided I wont shop with JCPenney again when I could just go thru Amazon and their easy returns process from now on if something like this happens there.Why is it such a hassle for them to fix their mistake??

Took me hours to find what I wanted there were literally 20 people in line and one or two people checking out so I put my merchandise that was in my buggy aside and started to walk out the door when an employee gave me the dreaded stare down because I dared to leave it. This store needs to be more organized and staffed better we are in Farragut Tennessee where people love to shop. Couldnt believe the treatment and how long the line was.

Customer service for an online in-store pickup order was excellent and could not have been better. Regular check-out in the back for additional in-store purchase was lacking. The young lady was distracted and completely disengaged. I prefer friendly energetic interactions while spending my money.

Staff is very friendly. Prices are ideal. The only thing the inventory always is lacking for the one size I am always looking for. The have larger and smaller, just always seem to be missing the just right size. Still love the service here.

It seems that every time I attempt to use a coupon in this place that they dont honor it for the value that it says on the coupon or for the products that they say that they will honor it for. I have a $10 off $25 or more today that they would not honor in the salon for hair care product, telling me instead that that was only a 15% coupon. Nowhere on the coupon or the website does it say that this is a problem. Actually if you go to the website you can order that exact product and apply that coupon to it and get the full $10 off.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Also got an extra 25% off.
