I was reaching for something in the kitchen when my ring got caught on a shelf as I was pulling my hand back towards me. It really messed up my ring. I took it in to see what could be done. The young lady behind the desk took the ring and told me she was going to go talk to the jeweler. Less than 10 minutes later I walked over to tell her I could leave it and come back later. She told me they were all done! Fixed, checked all stones AND cleaned! They said it was an easy fix and they tightened a couple things and its good to go! I was shocked! It was so fast and it looks so good and was free! Love this place and I love my ring!

Ordered an Item on 7/27/20, received no confirmation of order. waited 2 weeks to call only to find out online didnt process the order correctly and didnt bother to call. It is now 8/19/20. no updates. nothing. spoke with customer service for an update or tracking number or anything, which was a complete joke. we dont know where your item is, UPS must be slow. nice. after calling multiple times I still have no answers on when I will receive my order and just to spice things up my wedding is in a couple weeks. Nothing on this store in particular, but JAREDS has been the absolute worst to deal with.

I worked with Bradley on my visit to get a wedding band. He was extremely kind and helpful. He took into consideration my budget, which was very important to me. He also didn’t make me feel rushed even though we were there a bit after closing. I really appreciated his help in selecting a ring too because when shopping by yourself it can sometimes be tough when you second guess your own decisions like I think a lot of us do. The technology that we had to work with there too was great. We were able to do a zoom cal with my fiancé in NJ so he could weigh in on a decision too.

I have been very happy with my experiences at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry here in Farmington. We have purchased two rings from this location. Both purchases included kind customer service and non-pushy but informative sales. I have also brought in other jewelry not purchased from here for maintenance such as rhodium plating, cleaning, and watch battery replacing. They have always been extremely helpful with these services, prompt, and fair priced when they have charged me. I will continue to do business with them because I love having a local jewelry store that is both convenient and customer service oriented, and I highly recommend them to others. Also, Jared always has a beautiful selection of jewelry so I know I will find something I love every time.

I was in looking for a necklace for my mom and the service was friendly, inviting and not pushy. While looking at watches, they mentioned the watch battery replacements and how Jared donates the proceeds of the batteries to St. Judes. They have a very knowledgeable staff and seemed happy to answer my questions. I’ll definitely be stopping in again!

They are always helpful and I can stop by anytime to get my jewelry cleaned. We originally bought our ring at the Tennessee store and the Farmington store was still able to help us after I changed my mind a couple times 😊 then they made it custom for me. Art did a wonderful job and made it even better than I had expected!

Bought a Tag Heuer watch from here 2 years ago. Came in today to have the watch battery replaced. I was informed that they could replace the battery but they could no longer pressure test watches. They wanted to inform me that the watch would not be waterproof anymore. I asked if I could come back at a different time when their pressure test machine was working and they told me that it had been broken for over a year. I spoke to the manager and the manager said that there was no plans to replace the device and they wanted to send me to some other store to have it pressure tested. She said, and I quote, you really need to have a watchmaker to replace a battery on a Tag Heuer.

This Jareds location is the only one Ive been treated well. My sister and i came in looking for a ring for mothers day and Lindsey was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We got the ring a lot sooner than what we anticipated! If you visit this location, ask for Lindsey!

We had an excellent experience at Jared. we came in to get new batteries for 2 watches. One watch was very hard to get open, but their employees successfully got it open and fixed the batterie, along with the other watch. After all that we can back an hour later and got our watches back, and we didnt get charged, the employee just said have a good night!

We bought a custom design ring from them and have had nothing but issues with Jared. Every time we have my ring polished it’s never done correctly! We had to replace an opal and they tried to charge us $600 when it was quoted at $300. Currently my four prongs for my center stone were worn down they couldn’t fix in house so they sent it out to an outside source, the manager requested the ring to be sent back unfinished. 3 weeks later you guys, Jared Gallery tried to give me a ring back with THREE prongs instead of previous four. It has become a joke in our household that every time we come here we HAVE to get our yelling voices out! It’s beyond ridiculous. Now I have to wait two more weeks to get my ring back. That’s a total of 5 weeks they have had my ring. Take your business elsewhere is my only recommendation they don’t deserve your business.

Liked most everything about the visit, the check out process was super slow, and the rest rooms were out of order, which Im not sure I believed. I had driven and hour and a half just to shop here and they sent me to Starbucks to use the restroom. I know its small but its frustrating to me. When you spend so much money somewhere and they wont let you use a restroom.

My in-laws bought my child a diamond bracelet for her birthday. The next day she broke it! I took the bracelet into the Farmington Jareds and they fixed it in less than ten minutes. Phew! My daughter is so overjoyed and so am I.

Out right hostile when I picked up my ring today. Dont go here. Go to an actual jewelry store that doesnt price gougeUpdate:Had a couple issues with my ring, my prongs got messed up when they took it in. Brought it back to the store and they refused to fix it. They even went so far as to scratch my stone and make me issue WORSE. This company is terrible, seriously, do not go here.

Been here a couple times -- both of which we received poor communication/customer service -- and we will not return.Our most recent visit, we had called regarding getting a gold ring fused; 2 bands to a ring. The sales rep told us $50 to get this done. When we arrived, it was $50 per band, amounting to $100. If its $50 per band, its $50, but that was not what was clarified over the phone. In-person customer service was just as poor, basically telling us, Whoops! We meant $50 per band. (But there was no apology for their error!)It was a waste of a drive out there, and based on their lack of communication skills and customer service, we will not go back.We ended up going to Shane Co. that is fusing the ring for $35 TOTAL.

I had an amazing experience with the purchase with of an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process. They did what they could to ensure I knew about all of the deals and sales that were available to me to help me get the best price. It was such a great experience that I went back to get her a gift for our wedding day. Lisa was super helpful and assisted me throughout the entire process. She even shared with me her favorite diamond in the store lthat she has been eyeing and was going to let me buy it for my wife (but I ended up going with a different one). I would highly recommend this location to a friend! Ask for Lisa!

Spent $2000 on a watch and was given $400 in rewards to spend on any other product in the store. Ordered my wife a ring after having it explained to me that I could pay for the entire purchase with the rewards. When I went in today to pick the ring up I was informed I could only use $100 of the rewards towards the purchase and I needed to pay the $300 balance. Not what I was told at the time I ordered the ring. Absolutely terrible customer service and blatant lying just to get another sale. I will NEVER be back to any Jared or Kay jewelers, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these stores as you can.

Great staff: friendly and courteous. I took two watches in, one an Omega Seamaster that needed a link added to the band; the other, a TAG that needed a new battery, manager took care of both in a matter of minutes, and comped the service. Jared’s of Farmington, UT, has earned a life long customer.

My husband bought me a band. He also bought the insurance with the ring. The diamond came out twice. I brought it back to be fixed and had to pay $300.00. The only reason I paid because otherwise it is a piece of junk. I was not informed to bring it in every 6 months. Even so the customer service was so disappointing. I usually dont leave negetive reviews but this experience has been horrible. They talked down to me and was so incredibly rude. I left so frustrated. This ring was supposed to bring me joy and happiness has turned into a negetive experience. I will never purchase from them again.

The WORST “bank” I have EVER dealt with. Bought from Jared. They switched to comenity bank and our auto pay didn’t transfer over.... so the payment doesn’t go through. No big deal things happen. I talk to them and get it BACK on autopay for next time. A month goes by and I get a call that we’re late again. It didn’t get put back on autopay. So I did it again.2 months go by I get a call “you’re late on your payment”. How could that be it’s been put on autopay for the 3rd time??? So I do it again and they waive the late fee. 1 month later they call “missed a payment”.Now it’s been reported to the credit bureaus as 2 late payments!!!!This time I paid the balance off and have vowed I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JARED THE GALLERIA OF JEWLERY EVER again!!!Unfair treatment. So flakey. Just wrong.LUDICRUS!!!DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE!Beyond FRUSTRATING. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Okay, so I have been here twice now. Both times were total disasters! The first time was almost a year ago, and here is the run down.The sales lady treated us like we were idiots because we were saying the acid My Fiancé worked with would eat through stainless steel so he needed a tougher metal in his ring. We ended up leaving because she kept telling us that it wouldnt eat the ring and that it would be fine, they wanted $800 for the stainless steel ring he liked. (Side note we found the same exact looking ring on Amazon for $8 and it was made of tungsten which is better than stainless steel)Okay so heres my only other encounter at this place, it happened I dunno a few weeks ago. So we come in and I can tell immediately that the sales lady was determined to get us to buy something. She offered to clean my ring while I look around and I tell her its not from here but if you still want to clean it thats fine. And she agrees so I give her my rings. As she is about to leave to clean them she says This way you can see if he went Cheap on your ring, because it will turn a different color. EXCUSE ME?! I was so surprised but wasnt in the slightest worried about it turning a different color so I went to look around.I found this small little necklace, this necklace doesnt look like it should even be in a jewlery store it looks like something you would see on Amazon for MAYBE $150 (thats really pushing it) so I ask her how much it is and she skates around the price grabs me and puts the necklace ON me. (HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF PERSONAL SPACE LADY) I was so taken back by her abruptness that she successfully puts the necklace on. And I knew in that moment I wouldnt be purchasing the necklace.So she then takes us to the check out counter, and proceeds to tell me that its $500. Which I could have paid for in cash right then. But I wasnt about to let her reward her for her rudeness of 1. Insinuating my Fiancé went Cheap on my ring. 2. Violating my personal space!So I tell her no. And my Fiancé makes the comment of Maybe you can find it cheaper like you did my ring. Uh-oh. She grabs his hand and goes we have that same ring here! And we tell her we are aware. So she wants to know where we got his and we tell her amazon and she goes oh you got the cheap versionWOW LADY! Thats the second partner in the SAME relationship who you have now called their ring cheap.I gave her back the necklace and we left. She was so aggressive and rude. I will never be back and I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

My wife and I came in so I could get my ring checked, my stone was very loose. We found a worker that appeared to be not doing anything so we went up to him and before my wife could finish saying anything he quickly pickes something up he snapped at her that it will be awhile before shell be seen by anyone.We have been dealing with jared for over a year and have had many many issues with them and this was the last straw. I usually will never give anyone a bad review but they have been highly rude to my wife multiple times and its issue after issue with them .
