I am grateful every day for the beautiful craftsmanship of the custom, specialty-selected fabricated granite that PMTG prepared for our bathrooms, kitchen and other areas in our home. Every step of the process working with this very professional team was a joy. My home renovation designs always center around selection of granite counter tops, which I find command tremendous attention in a finished room. Importantly, PMTG was easy to work with, and willing to accept a reasonable deposit to purchase and accept delivery from warehouses and hold our slabs for an extended period in reserve until ready for fabrication and installation. During the contracting phase, they do an excellent job of confirming whether there is enough material for the planned project and patiently make revisions as my project designs evolve. I have found their final contracted price to be competitive, and they have always been transparent in explaining their fair pricing changes on account of later project modifications. PMTG is very well organized, keeps to committed scheduling, and communicates well regarding delivery dates. I trust their expertise and advice, and have great confidence in the granite slabs they have installed in our home. I am also very happy that they worked with me when I expressed preferences for particular cuts for particular pieces, given tremendous variation in the slabs. Their state-of-the-art cutting technology enabled such preferences to become a reality. Work included: custom laser templating for countertops including under-mount and farmer-style sinks, fabrication of water-tight shower niche, custom beveling, milling to specified thickness, and experimentation with honed and other finishes. If given the opportunity, I highly recommend your working with PMTG!

‘52 days ago’ they sent me an invoice for our bathroom project that was yet to be completed. I called to make sure payment wasn’t expected at that time (it wasn’t) and I assumed I’d get a ‘final’ invoice sent after the work was all done. It took another month+ for the countertop to be installed and then we had an issue with some damaged tile. We JUST talked about the tile damage yesterday and I requested the final invoice on the phone at that time. They sent it, I opened it (5/10) to look, which they stated they can see on their system. They can also see that I haven’t opened the ‘original’ invoice they sent to me in something like 23? days and that there has been zero follow up on their end since the completion of the project. We called them to discuss the damaged tile a couple weeks ago. To their credit, they did offer to repair the tile that is damaged, but at this point the shower is done (it’s been a 6 month project) and we didn’t want to undo everything to rip out a central tile. The conversation quickly turned unnecessarily ugly when they threatened to put a lein on our property for ‘nonpayment’ during our follow up conversation this morning. I had just sent them photos to review yesterday and was waiting to hear back. Today they threatened legal action for ‘nonpayment’ of an invoice I asked them to send to me yesterday morning. I also think it’s worth noting that we have had no prior communication about the invoice until I asked for them to send it to me yesterday, aside from the time I called 52 days ago to make sure they weren’t expecting payment at that time. Per the owner, “it’s not a difficult concept to understand” and he read out to me how many times I’ve viewed the invoice today - yes, because it’s open on my browser as I write them their check. We will be cautioning everyone away from this place for their lack of timely, professional communication. Perhaps it is just our unfortunate luck and we are truly the “only people to ever have a problem” but we don’t wish that end experience on anyone.

Dwain and the Perillo team were incredibly patient and proactive, and communicative. They provided many options for flooring based on images Id shown them, and their suggestions were exactly to my liking. Their communication (all via email and phone) is excellent - for me this was especially meaningful since I was working on an out-of-state project. We are beyond thrilled with how our mudroom floor turned out and would not hesitate to contact Perillo again for future projects. Thank you Dwain!

I have had two granite countertops installed by Ethan of Perillo. Both installations look awesome. His craftsmanship and customer service skills are outstanding. Today he had help from Billy who also did a great job.In the office, Jill helped me choose the granite for both installations. Each time, she managed to help me find just the right slab that brings out the colors in the space. Jill answers questions in a timely manner; her customer service skills are above reproach.I enjoy working with Perillo and highly recommend their work!
