I cannot express how amazing this place is! Reversing in the drive thru with a skyline is hard enough, but it’s worth it! The server (Yachla I believe) was very friendly and his overall a great person! Definitely coming back! Also my caramel macchiato was AMAZING! Also thanks for complimenting my ride ^-^ keep up the great work my dude!

Obsessed with durango joes! They always have the best coffee and workers there! Although I love them, this location was not a good as the OG shop located in durango. Overall great coffee and experience.

Makaila was SUPER friendly and helpful when I was trying to decide what specialty coffee to get. She also took the time to chat a bit with me since I am here from out of town. Oh, and the coffee is pretty amazing too!!

My opinion great place... most the staff are awesome great customer service...I held the line up a little but no worries they answered all my questions and gave me a great drink ty.

I just went through their drive-thru. Normally I get an ATL. Today I just wanted something a little different. I asked the young ladies to help me and explained with what I wanted. Well the drink they made for me might already be on the menu and even if it is what I had was Sweet and Creamy ATL. The service was totally AWESOME and the drink was totally AWESOME. Thank you !!

Having A Breakfast Burrito with an Americano. The burrito is a bit disappointing. Mc Donalds Sunrise Burrito is actually close in comparison. The salsa is also very basic. The coffee is good as expected.

I order a cappuccino and It was not hard. The young lady there understood it was my first time ordering so she explain well how to order what I wanted. The drink was perfect. Price of course is not low like those good old days but is okay because I enjoyed it but I cannot afford it everyday. I will go again when I have the chance. Thank you

This is my favorite site. Before Covid I use to walk my dog at Brookside. This site even routinely gives my dog a biscuit or a pupachino. Like Ive said most all of the baristas and servers have been great over these some nine years. I would say about 3 that have been doing wrong and are, my opinion, vendictive need some more training at the Apache location. Most are great I dont pay attention to names. But after last Thursdays episode with the manager talking to me like that, I number one will not go back to Apache location and lastly will take note of names. If there was an issue as a professional manager in that position that was not present at the incident would perhaps ask my number to discuss, or invite me to talk my side. Not base a hearsay from two people possibly covering up for a dangerous loose lid, hot drink epsisode by fabricating an assertion of a longtime customer saying the B word. How convenient. However now Im not letting it go IF I get treated like that.I have requested a discussion for around 7 days now. I want my side heard from someone that I know is a upper level manager. There was a polite young man that was trying to be diplomatic and represent the company well. I understand positions EEO, Harassment etc.. on the part of employees. I think there were two kind of working the system, my view. I got blamed for something and it isnt right that they get someone worked up and poking their head out the window when I am just wanting a good cup of coffee. Had a hard day and I dont think the whole thing was fair. Are these employees going to get away with this and giggle about it like they do. David

Good drive-through coffee. Run by really nice and friendly people. Baked goods were tasty here too. The lady at the shop even offered treats for the dog who was driving in the backseat with us!

6:20pm 5/2/19 at store on main in front of Big R! I wanted to get a frappe and the young girl says! I just broke down my blenders and I close in a few minutes so I can’t do frappes. Two cars behind me pulled away to without being served! Man this store has changed! Sad frappe drinker!!!😟

I don’t honestly think I could say anything bad about this Durango joes. I am one of their regulars and have tried just about everything at least once. They have supercharged espresso and once you get used to it just about nothing else will do. I prefer to get a 20oz ATL 😁 It takes me from 0-60 about half way through the cup! As far as customer service goes it’s always nice to pull up and be able to have a quick chit chat in the morning. After I pull up they can usually get me cashed out and gone in a minute or two. Great way to start the morning.

Im a huge speciality coffee shop fan, especially local joints. Unfortunately Durango Joes misses the mark. Their coffee is over roasted and tastes burnt. The espresso drinks are served way too hot. They have hard working and mostly friendly staff making the coffee, but are not baristas by anyones standards. I hate to say it but Starbucks is a lot better, and I dont like Starbucks at all!
