I specifically mentioned I prefer thick brows and I had been growing it out. I just needed some clean up around it. The owner literally cut off my brows with her scissors after I specifically mentioned. I was devastated. She absolutely inconsiderate.Also Waxing was done very unprofessional.I’d never go here again.

Ive been coming here and getting my eye brows threaded for many years. They have always done amazing work... until the last few visits I have walked out very disappointed. First thing, when you have a constant flux in pricing, that isnt right. When I first started coming here I paid $5 and always included a tip. Over the past few years however, I never know what to expect as sometimes Im charged $5 and sometimes $7 but regardless I always tip $2 - $3 extra. Now while the $2 increase I dont seem to mind much, but its the quality of the threading itself that really disappoints me. The last few times I have left thinking it was great only to get home and notice that I need to clean it up a bit or take care of hairs that were missed... no big deal, if I wasnt being charged more (and for those who arent familiar with threading you have to hold your eyebrows so I tend to push more on my eyes to take away for the minor pain of the threading so my eyes take a minute to adjust back to normal after they are done, hence why I dont catch it until Im in better lighting). However today I was in a time crunch and even told them I would come back after my other appointment because they had someone else they were working on, but they were insistent that I stay and get them done then. Boy oh boy do I wish I would have just come back because they have officially lost me as a customer. Not only did she miss many hairs, which I noticed after I got in my car but she didnt even trim them. And this time I paid $8 and left a $2 tip.... I walked out today paying the most I have ever paid and they were the worst Ive ever gotten. Such a bummer because Ive always recommended them to family and friends... but no more. I will no longer be returning.

I love this salon and most of all I love Preet, I been coming here for years, I’m 25 and I been coming here since I was in 11th grade. The service is amazing, I became family with everyone in the shop and I’m so comfortable with all of them and their work speaks for theirselves, I always get compliments on my eyebrows and my man love my waxes. I do not go to any other place for those services. I have recommended so many people and they all love this salon and everyone in it.

This place has increased its price more than double now. They used to charge me $10 for haircut. Now they are charging $20 for the same haircut. The service is exactly same but they doubled the price. It’s a 100% increase in charge. Few dollars increase is understandable but 100% increase is just ridiculous! I used to go their regularly but now they just lost a customer. They don’t shampoo or clean your hair. They only do haircut and charges $20.

I went there for the first time for eyebrows threading and full arm waxing. Threading was fine but the waxing experience went horrible and very painful. The lady used cold wax and it was painful when applying on my skin. When she was done with one hand I felt red spots and pain I thought its a normal wax thing. When she was done with waxing I had few red patches on both hands and it was irritated and of course painful. By the time i reached home it felt like burning.I will not recommend anyone to go there for waxing. I will also call in the morning to complain.This is my first experience in US since I moved, never happened anything like this in Sydney Australia. I hope this isnt the first time she did waxing. Sadly I had a very bad experience. I have pictures also which i dont know how to post here.

If I could rate this place a zero I would, but unfortunately I cant so I gave it a 1. My waxing was done horribly and it was extremely painful. During this time of COVID the employees werent even wearing masks or taking any precautions to protect customers. Extremely rude behavior and unprofessional. Never go here.

This was the worst Salon experience I have EVER had. The lady who cut my hair who I presume was the owner was rude and also 30 minutes late to the appointment I booked earlier. I went in there to cut my hair and while cutting it she was complaining about my hair the entire time and after she cut it, which looked nothing like I asked, she proceeded to laugh at me. When I went to pay she told me I had to pay with cash but never informed me of this earlier. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL!

I have been going to this place from more than a year.. For eyebrow threading, every time there is a new lady which is fine but mostly all of them are inexperienced.. The quality of work is never consistent and most of the time I leave with my eyebrow shape ruined.. They dont value the appointment time, you always have to wait a long to get the services.. When I moved here I was happy to find a place for threading but I am disappointed but still go there sometimes because its closer to where I live.. The owner should train before letting them work on customers!!!

I received a henna tatto and it was fast and she was on time for the appointment but when I pulled off the henna it was brown and not black. I am a dark skinned woman so I can barley see it. I would have appreciated if they would have informed me about that

When you go here, you never know what to expect for wait time. Especially since they don’t like to take appointments for just eyebrow threading. It’s a quick service but if there’s appointments for other services ahead of you, you could end up sitting there listening to one of the employee’s kids yell and play on their tablets in the customer waiting area.If they’re busy, they shouldn’t tell a customer to take a seat and let them sit there for 20+ minutes. When asked again, they seem so unsure of who will be able to do it or when I could be seen. So I ended walking out because it was looking to be another 20 minutes.

Have been here for haircuts and they are really good and fast . They charge just 10$ for a haircut. Anila was really cool and she suggested nee a hair cut which I absolutely loved.Highly recommended .They can be little more systematic regarding appointments and waiting. They dont keep a track of people who have appointments and are walk ins.

You people are in the beauty industry! Part of your job is to research on what beauty trends are! Were not in the 70s where non-existent eyebrows are in fashion! A girls eyebrows can make or break her face! I am new in town and decided to get my eyebrows threaded at this place. My natural eyebrows are full and arched, all I wanted was a slight clean up and neatening and the woman named preet literally took off half my eyebrow, and to add insult to injury they are horribly uneven!!! She took so much off my natural and main eyebrow hairs that she actually ended up bruising me. Its probably going to take me up to 6 months to grow out my eyebrows again. Learn to do eyebrows properly or dont touch any girls face at all!!! I have never ever had my eyebrows looking this bad before in my life. Please do not come to this place to have your eyebrows done.

I went there a week ago for threading and upper lip waxing and the lady was so inexperienced she did the wax 2-3 times to get the hair off and she left me the burn mark on my face I said her multiple times that it hurts a lot she said may be your skin is very sensitive and since its winter it hurts a bit more and all that. This is the worst place to go instead of treating u they leave the burn marks on your face. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And now I have burn mark on my face and need to deal with it and get it treated.

I had haircut today the lady is so racist generalizing Indians mentality. I believe she is Arabian. The worst cut I had in my 20 years of life. I just had a body wax done from this place and let me tell you how my experience went:When I first called the salon to make an appointment, the lady at reception was very unhelpful and confused about the pricing and didnt speak very good English which is fine because she gave me the owners number - Preet who was nice and courteous on the phone, so I was able to book an appointment with her.When I arrived at the salon, the lady at reception was doing someones eyebrows so instead of coming closer to me as I walked in the door, she said no hello no welcome and said what? I told her that I had an appointment at 2. She then asked for what? from 5 feet away from me! I told her that I am here for a body wax. And she made a weird face and said have a seat about a minute later.I think the lady that worked on my body was Ann - she didnt talk to me at first which was okay because we didnt know each other. But then she commented that I was hairy so I told her that because I wanted to get the wax done, I didnt shave for a while. So she said why are you doing it now? And I replied because I want to and summer is coming so I wanted all waxed. But I was so offended because she was judging me on my face. So unprofessional! Then she said Are you also getting your bikini waxed? I replied yes and she was like well you know thats going to hurt a lot. as if I should change my mind.Then the owner - Preet came in to do bikini wax. She was a nice lady and professional. She actually made small talk and I didnt feel judged by her looks or words. She was in and out quick.As I went to the main counter to pay, Ann was standing there taking on the phone and when she got done with her phone call in few seconds, she gestured the iPad towards me to pay. I gave her my card and the only thing she said to me was tip and I said yeah and entered the amount. After the transaction was complete, she didnt even look at me or say thank you or have a nice day. Nothing.I mean customer service and professionalism matters a lot to me so if I have to then I am willing to spend extra $10 -$30 some place else. And if I wasnt so hairy then you guys would not have a job! I dont think that I will be going back!i

Good for eyebrow threading, dont come for anything else. Had a haircut appointment with Preet and the place didnt seem to know I even had an appointment even though I called 15 minutes before to confirm my appointment.. she took walk-in eyebrows and even styled someone elses hair before she did mine. Had to wait an hour to even start my hair even though I had an appointment. Was literally about to leave because I was so annoyed. Additionally, she was literally about to cut my hair before she even asked me what I wanted and I had to stop her and tell her exactly what I wanted... have never had that happen to me. She ended up cutting it shorter than I expected. Wasnt too happy with the cut other than the fact it was very cheap. Will only come back for eyebrows and not for anything else.

I am done with my patience and I kindly suggest you its better to do things by yourself at home than coming here . Safety and health matters .I went there to have my upper lip done and next day I was leaving to India for a vacation . A new lady there , pulled my skin off and the pain is still there . I had 3 sleepless nights because the pain .I can send the pictures of burns if asked for .

I have been going there for three years now and no improvement at all. 1) They never take customers on time 2) rush through the jobs 3) always shortage of workers vs customers. Even if there are ten people in the room waiting, for the 11th person they say the samething, wait 5min !! If there will be a wait, at least give a reasonable wait estimation. I went to this salon on my reception day with 5 people including me and we were all very unhappy with her service. first of all appointment means nothing to her she comes late to her own salon and her all staff comes v late and even after opening salon they’re just too busy with their stuff and made us wait for no reason. We all were very dissapointed she charge even when she is not done with what customer wants. she started hair stlye to my friend and left half way done and charged $60 for no reason. she ruined my good day by applying all old make up. she doesnt have any experience for bridal make up . she applied v old lakmi mascara to me and made me wait for 15 minutes to let it dry. I couldnt say anything because I dint had time at that time I just came to my home and fixed my own make up. I can do way better make up at my home then her. I highly recommed not to go to this salon for hair stlye or bridal make up and even for regular make up. DisLike PREET 😡😪🤮

It was undoubtedly the worst experience ever. I went in for a haircut and came out pretty feeling quite frazzled. The owner, Preeti, cut my hair. She was very ROUGH, pulled my hair and worst of all left an INJURY on my scalp that took weeks to heal. Its unbelievable how callous she was. It was a very unprofessional job. Having a bad haircut is one thing but injuring your client is another.Overall, this place is ok for just getting your eyebrows, upper lip and chin done.I also read peoples reviews on her facials and each one is worse than the previous.BOTTOM LINE - Stay away from this place!

You get what you pay for and this is certainly the cheapest salon Ive ever been to. My home salon is in Miami, & I dont know why I was expecting much coming here but was in town for a wedding I needed to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. As soon as I entered I almost walked out the door because within 10 seconds of entering I was shouted at very rudely by the front desk ladies. I should have followed my own gut and walked out the door. They kept calling me sweetie and hun, not good customer service when youre speaking to someone over 30! The threading was ten times more painful than Im used to. At one point I actually felt as if the girl was purposefully trying to make it more painful. A great deal of bumps left on the skin and completely unsightly red skin for far too long. Extremely unprofessional, shockingly so. Caveat emptor

Went into get a facial, the kept handing me a gown that was covered in hair and stains. Asked for a clean one and I got a excuse that oh the hair are from the dryer, that is a clean gown. I guess sanitation no longer exists. I am going to call the health department on this place. Rude and very argumentative people.

Went for my daughters haircut. The lady who was doing the cut looked novice and scared to do the cut. So I requested Preet to guide her. But she sent another lady who sadly gave a zig zag cut. The front fangs were not even centered. Not going back again.
