They have some good things mostly cheap and break easy but good to have for a cheap buy when youre in a pinch plus the old guy with glasses has 0 customer service skills very rude and makes you not feel welcome if they had a competitive store next door I would never visit Kitts agin

I go to Kitts to find the stuff I cant get at the big boxes. A vast array of tools, hand and power. Small parts are in bins, rather than 5 or 10 pieces in a blister pack! Drill bits from tiny to huge. Automotive stuff, mechanics stuff, woodworking stuff, rigging equipment, just to name a few categories. Its a candy store for the folks that work with their hands. And the staff are helpful (they actually know where everything is!) and friendly.

A lot of kool tools and great prices. Many items you wont find anywhere else. Great nuts and bolts prices,especially Grade 8.

They have such a wide assortment of things you need here. I wanted a vise for my drill press, and most places will charge you around 60 bucks. I found a very well built one for 30. Lots to see for your garage or workshop. Stroll through the aisles and you will find so many useful items to make your job easier. Places like this are a treasure.

Gone were the days where we have an old-fashioned good old hardware store such as this place.

Same Chinese stuff as home.depot for less and they sell great S-K Tools made in USA .the one arm guy is gone ? They have what.ypu need if you work with your hands

A famiy owned local tool store which always has some unique items available for sale. KITTS keeps prices low and has everything from high quality, name brand tools to low-end, special purpose tools. Be sure to allow time to walk every isle!

The cashier was extremely rude and the salesman was no help at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! There’s nothing they sell you can’t buy from Harbor Freight. Never go there again.

Most of the staff is very helpful. The tools they sell are usually decent quality and they do carry better quality brands like channel lock and vise grip. Prices are very reasonable on everything they carry. Ive been shopping there all my life and have been very happy with the store

Shop local guys. This is my first stop hands down for tools. Everyone is so friendly here too. Man Tip: happy wife happy life, dont bring your credit card or more than you wanna spend because a man can go crazy in this place.

It is just amazing just to walk through the place. They are the Army Surplus of Hardware. They have everything. I always fine what I am looking for when I walk in the door. Whether it is a caliper, batteries, nuts and bolts, cables, etc. They have it all. It is the place.

Racist place if your Asian. Follow me keep asking me questions about what tools I wanted, I already told them I wanted to browse around and see what they have. I ask if they have a restroom they say no but I see a costumer came out from up stair and I ask them is there a restroom here he said yes up stair here so I left.

Good store, been in business long time, many tools & such for the handyperson.

Use to be the best place in town years ago before Harbor Freight and Menards came to town. Now their products have fallen off.

THE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced !!! Their cashier had the nerve to ostracise , humiliate and embarass and me for laying my money on the counter... why would I hand somebody money in their hand when I had cuts and dirt on my hand from working on cars ? Otherwise they have a great selection of tools and the prices are very reasonable... the attitude was borderline racist to me oh... Just saying

This place always has everything that Im looking for. I went in today for a paint gun set, and I found it nicely priced.

Basically the same thing as harbor freight but locally owned. Also have a wide variety of industrial grade tools.

Bait and switch....They had the booster cables I was looking for at an unbelievable price so I called to verify availability and that the model number was correct. When they assured me that it was, I ordered. Received my purchase and wouldnt you know, they substituted a much cheaper item and when called about it stated that it was the updated model. When I pointed out that the model that I thought I was getting, the one they have listed on their website is still available from many other sellers but at a much higher price, they offered to refund my money. Problem is, I need it for a trip Im taking in a few days so I will have to settle for what they sent me. All-in-all, was still a good price for the cable that they sent me but I dont appreciate being baited and switched. Will not purchase from them again in the future.....If its too good to be true, it probably is.

This place is great for odds and ends. Cheapest prices on paint brushes, hardware, hand tools, gloves, and all kinds of stuff. Example: Lowes charges $2.99 for a stainless steel brush. Kitts has a 3 pack of Nylon, Brass, and Stainless steel for $1. Same thing, just different packaging.

This place has all the tools that a person could be searching for. Once you shop here its addicting it will be the first place that crosses your mind when in search of a specialty merchandise.

Many tools most discounted overstocks etc. Many sockets up to 1in. Dr. , Mechanics tools small to Huge , Air tools machine shop carbide , drills,Grinding cutting wheels, most tools sold individually and sets. Ratchet straps Tarps , and keys made.

Huge variety of tools and hardware, including many obscure/specialty items. For most tools, you can get cheap brands for light use, up to major brands for heavy/repetitive use. Great selection, friendly staff. Only complaint is much of the stuff is just out in bins, and not always in the right place. Staff can get you in the right area, but might take some digging to find what youre after.

Best tool store in the area. Great prices and a huuuuge variety of different things. They do not have everything, they do however have everything a vast majority of tool shops do NOT have.

If you use your phone in this establishment, the salespeople will call you rude to your face when youre there to spend money.We went here to get casters and my father called me to ask a question. The salesman called him rude for being on the phone. Apparently, youre supposed to send a telegram or send some smoke signals if you need to communicate with someone outside of Kitt without being rude.The Rude employee lost a sale that would have been easily $150+We went to Menards instead, serves us right for shopping locally.

Very bad attitude from the customer service especially the cashier no respect humiliated to people especially when you ask questions,they turn the light off when I was in the store they at 5:45Pm I had to turn my phone light on walk to the cashier and pay for my purchase .

I ordered Deka booster cables Part # 04424 from their website . They sent me Deka booster cables Part # 00183. I emailed them and received no response. When I called them they said they do not sell Part #04424 anymore, but the Part # is on their website. This item is still available for purchase through the manufacturer. This is false advertising and bad business.

This place is a DIYers dream with all kinds of surplus hardware and machine bits and gauges for sale. The sale of nuts and bolts by the pound is a real bargain, as are their casters. Some products are just retail priced, but they carry just about everything an old time hardware would stock. If you buy a number of items, add up the cost before you hit the register. They clipped me for about $5 which I didnt realize until got home, a long drive away..
