I ordered a sweater for my daughter, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the sweater. The customer service was great, and the sweater arrived in a timely matter. However, I did not request to see a sample of a sweater before I placed my order, and that was a big mistake on my part. I assumed that the sweater would be nice, based on the pictures that I saw in her store. The sweater was a custom order, so all the owner offered me was an apology. While I appreciated the apology, I am now stuck with a thin light weight sweater that I paid $170.00 for.

First off: hours are incorrect online, they close at 5pm. Our experience here was very average. The jacket took 2 weeks longer than promised. When my daughter tried on the jacket tomorder I felt we were being pushed to buy the extra small that she had in stock. Several times I had to tell her that no we did not want an extra small. My daughter was getting this $450 jacket in 8th grade. Id like it to fit for a few years.

Great place to get a varsity letterman jacket or sweater. I got my letterman jacket from them when they were Lomas Knitting Mills in Detroit next to Mumford high on Wyoming. And I got my Daughters letterman jacket and sweater from them. Everyone loves her jacket and sweater!!!
