Didnt have what I saw in the ad and went there for but the store was very nice

They have a TON of great items that are A LOT cheaper than other stores. My twin girls love all of the great, cheap selection of fidget toys, especially the pop-it’s.

I really love this retail chain. Theres tons of craft stuff thats decent quality but cheaper priced. The two stores i visit(by 12 oaks mall and by 14 abd orchard lake) are both clean and have friendly staff.

I went today. Jan 1, 2021. This place is fully stocked they opened up right on time. Clean atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is that they didnt have the phone charger I needed. Which they usually do. But it still was a nice trip for other needs.

Had what I needed cashier was polite when I had to make an exchange picked up the wrong phone cord in and out 5 minutes

Kids stocked up on a whole bunch of lil things we dont need.. Lol but love browsing the classic candy section. Makes me feel young again.

This place is pretty organized and had loooots of little trinkets and useless things, a hoarder’s dream come true:) in all seriousness it’s a nice place, you can find lots of stocking stuffers for the holidays, arts and crafts for kids etc. Customer service is nice and efficient. Employees in general are sweet. No complaints

Awesome place. Lots of cool little odds and ends, all for $5 or under! Since it’s cheap, it obviously isn’t very high quality stuff, but for the price, you really can’t go wrong. Would definitely come here more often if it was closer.

Wow what a place to pick up a little somthing for a birthday, holiday, personal treat or just because. . .this delightful refreshing shop has more than expected. It is a fun spot that keeps on givin!!!!!

Staff were friendly and so courteous! Quite lovely ladies and the store was clean with newer products that you wouldnt see in other five below stores. They have products in collections you dont even see on their own website so its quite nice to explore and you might find something you enjoy! Overall great store. Only thing I would complain about is the store location being next to a roundabout but its not like that can change.

There isnt much precaution for covid. People in store not following social distancing and staff is not enforcing it either.Besides that, store was clean. Always find good deals.

A variety a merchandise at $5 or less. Lots of exercise equipment , kids stuff, candy. Books , and phone accessories. Wide isles, lots of parking. Good place to make a quick stop before going to the movies to buy a box of candy for $1 that is $3 or 4 at the show.Brand name candy like Jr. Mints

I went into the store this afternoon looking for phone accessories and had questions not only did the associate tell me where to find what I was looking for she showed and helped me find exactly what I needed! I believe her name was Taylor! Thank you all so much great service!

This is a cute store and has a lot of different things. It is well organized and easy to shop at. Really enjoy this store. Only problem I have is there is always a super long line and only on cashier.

Bought some hilarious holiday gifts at this location! I.E., I found a musical dancing poop dressed in christmas gear. It was perfect for a friend!

If you are familiar with the items in this store then you would be able to come in here when you need something specific and you believe they have it. Whenever I have come here expecting usual dollar store supplies and needing something specific they were not able to meet my needs. This is an interesting place if you are looking for a small gift but be aware that items priced at $5 a piece are not necessarily good value and add up quickly. This location has a nice t-shirt selection if you want something cheap representing pop culture.

How is it 5 and Below when you have product OVER 5 dollars... Not cool.

One of my favorite five below stores. They keep the items neat and organized and the selection is nice! I do not live close to this location anymore but I still go out of my way to come to this location because I know that I will not have any issues!

5 below is a great place to get affordable things. They have great options for all ages they have everything from beauty toys electronic and more would totally recommend.

Initially I was going to focus on how rude, unprofessional, unfriendly and miserable the older lady at the cash register was this morning but after some deep reflection Ive decided to start this review with an Apology. Im Sorry. Im sorry that life has dealt you a hand that resulted in you being 60+ years old and working in some grunt job as a key holder supplementing your social security just to barely get by. It must be difficult to daily watch young people come in and out of your store who are on their way to lead successful and productive lives that will yield satisfaction and happiness. Im sorry that your misery manifest its head in your apathetic loathing demeanor. So today Im giving you 1 Star of encouragement to hopefully set a fire under your tired bitter feet in hope that you will do better in the future.

Great place to get toys for young kids for $5.00 or less

A lot of the selection in this store is actually far with it for the price.Accessories and cases that would be double to ten times the price are just out there waiting. While fitness equipment from what Ive bought has very similar durability than anything else.It also doubles as a candy shop with a decent Asian and European collection. Dont expect a large bulk collection and youll be good to go.Overall, a dollar store without any of the gamble is a good deal to me!

Like to shop here for kids stuff so I dont spend a lot of money. But the staff is not friendly. And there are items there that are over $5. It wasnt labeled so I asked the price at the counter and now know why it wasnt labeled. Guess they were hoping I didnt notice when I checked out.

Love this store! However at this particular location the staff is rude and act like you are bothering them when checking out or asking questions.

Cheap items of good quality, store has tacky feel to it though.

Five Below as Five Below, the usual variety like any other store, the stuff were very helpful and helped me to find what i needed.

This is always a clean and well kept store. Some of the cashier are rude and give off the feeling as if that dont like African American people. I didnt share my experience with my family. Upon my next visit my family share with me not to return. Because of how they was treated, its sad, that my family had to experience such rudeness and ignore people.

Dollar store with knock off big ticket items $5 or less.

Took the kids for a choice toy each. They had a good time choosing their toy.
