Do not shop here! Last weekend I left my credit card in the store. I returned an hour later and retrieved the card. HOWEVER COMMA, an hour later, 3 chargers (totaling 1300$) had been stolen from my account to pay for one of the employees loans at solo inc.It’s the lack of honesty and integrity fah me.Reported the ENTIRE STORE to fraud and received every penny back❤️

First time going to this beauty supply today and I was in there less than 5 minutes. I was followed and watched by two employees as I looked for the hair product I needed. No one asked if I need help. Only stared at me from the next aisle. I won’t be returning. Don’t spend your money here if you can help it.

Eyed me while looking at $1 headbands proceeded to the same aisle I was in, to act like she was straighten the shelves. I abruptly left out. I couldnt believe the micro insult. Colored people please shop anywhere but here.

The personnel is kind, and there is even a clothing section, albeit the prices are a little high.

I used to love to come here and support this business but honestly their service and presentation has gone incredibly down. If anybody who has shopped with her from the beginning knows what I am talking about. Last time I was there I was overcharged. I thought the total was high but paid and when I got into my car something said look at the receipt well she over charged me 30 dollars.. I went back in to talk to her and she treated me like I was cheap. I was not happy. I will not be spending money here again. Ive gotten better service from lees beauty on 11 and middlebelt then the last couple of times Ive been here and the items are more responsibily priced.

I am soooo afraid to share this place. I want to give it a low rating and tell you its a terrible place....but, I cant. This shop is wonderful. Not only do they have incredible merchandise, but in my opinion, they offer it at really reasonable prices. Also, they dont just carry beauty supplies, they have jewellery, purses, scarves, wigs(including weaves, hair pieces and clip-on ponytails), but they also have really gorgeous clothes. And like I said, the prices are, well, I think they are beyond reasonable, sometimes. There are 2 women that run this shop and they work very hard to make their customers happy. After this month, I will have to go way out of my way to go there, but trust and believe, that is EXACTLY what I will do!!

Only reason I gave it a 3 store was because the website stated it was black owned. Now the prices and variety of their products are good but if you are not black owned please dont say you are.

I have a beauty supply store not even a mile from me, but I prefer to travel to this one. They have a wide selection and competitive prices! More than that, the workers are so friendly! While shopping my daughter was falling out, a worker kindly held her hands out to hold her. She sat her on the counter to play while I grabbed my supplies; my daughter didnt want to leave🥰! Needless to say, Im a customer for life!

I Purchased Ali Hair May 6 ,2021 My Head Had Been Itching Really Bad But Kept My Sew In May 14 Th My Head Start Itching An Burning Bad I Decided To Take The Hair Out As I Took The Hair Out It Was Black Bugs Coming Out The Track ! I Called To Tell The Lady She Got An Bad Attitude An Called Me An Lair That’s Not How You Treat Your Customers.

Over priced, will have to rethink about going there again

Nice store, nice employees but this is the third time Ive come in the morning and the store is not open at 9:30. Its currently 10:07 and I had something important I needed to take care of and they have my item.

Pretty good selection for most stuff, I can usually find what I need. Wig selection is limited.

The older Chinese woman, literally followed me up every aisle ..she seemed to be annoyed when I would ask her questions..Store is very small & prices are high.

Super nice and helpful. Even the synthetic wigs are super neat and clean looking.

The store is clean and well stocked with variety of items. They wash and style your wigs to your preference. Great overall customer service!

Terrible experience! Absolutely no customer service! Walked in, lady was stocking the shelf looked me dead in the eye with not so much as a nod!! Not to mention she went on to cheat me out of .7! All the while my grandchildren were observing...they too were appalled

I have currently been waiting OVER 20 minutes for the store to open. I arrived five minutes early and now at 9:15, I have t ok leave because my daughter is already late for cosmetology school. We thought she could hurry and get her item and leave but thats not the case. This is BAD business.
