They remodeled the store. The coffee and International food section is gone. Its more streamlined now. You can actually see the product sections.

Had a very unpleasant shopping experience in this store...i was attempting to return a mr. coffee coffee pot i bought a month or two ago...i did not have a receipt but i did have credit statements showing purchases from bby...i had been told earlier on the phone to bring them in to help with the refund...i was given a very hard time...first the woman at the return desk was rude and then she had lori help her and together they were both not helpful...i told them i intended to buy another coffee maker if they stopped giving me such a hard time...so then lori asked why i was unhappy with the mr. coffee and i told her it took 15 minutes to brew 6 cups of coffee....then she asked if i cleaned the coffepot...later in the day i called the store manager amy...she had the same attitude as lori and the other front desk woman....this is the only bby i have been to that has never heard of customer relations...i understand it is difficult to find employees...at this bby the employee is more important than the customer...i was returning a $30 mr. coffee with the intention of buying a $100. cuisinart grind and brew...somehow employees do not compute that the customer pays their wages...and, sometimes a person is put behind a desk and thinks that they are more important than any customer.

All in one store. You always find what you need, the staff are great and helping, a lot of variety.

Lori was very rude and unpleasant, and accused me of returning a “used” product in front of many customers, which was not the case. It was made out of glass & had fingerprints on it which is inevitable. The other lady at the register (didn’t get her name- African American- boy cut hair) tried to make me feel like I was asking much out of her to just do her job. She always seems to interrogate customers. This is the 3rd time she’s rung me up and every time she seems to have an attitude & seems to really hate being there. I have been a regular for over 10 years but not sure I’ll be back at this location again after the mistreatment and the evident decline in customer service.

Older store, need update. They have a lot of items on display, but inventory was low.

This Bed, Bath, and Beyond store felt larger than others Ive been in. Its clean and brightly lit with spacious walkways to get to the various department areas. They have a variety of styles of each item to choose from and the prices are easy to see. Sales people are friendly and helpful.

I ordered the mickey Christmas selection for the bathroom I recieved 2 out of the 4 items all at different times my snow globe lotion dispenser was on its way but was damaged in the process called customer service the redid my order but never received my towel and dispenser they never explained why I couldnt get the items just refunded me money I was very upset if the items was never available they shouldnt have been allowed to purchase

Didnt find a shower head I was looking for but the sales ppl were helpful.

I fell really hard 10 minutes ago. I limped back in and told the manager about the icy sidewalk I was the first car. He did nothing but run out there with salt. I am calling now to file an accident report

Came to the store looking for a warming tray. After looking around with no luck I went to the front desk to inquire about it. The last radioed someone and they said they were going to look. A few moments later I was told it was only sold online. Fast forward 10 minutes and I find a stack of them in the middle isle. Guess she didnt look hard. The world market inside the store is nice with hard to find items. Bonus points. But then they place a small bag of chips, small bottle of soy sauce and 1 bottle of beer in a bag. I made it 4 steps before the bag ripped and fell to the floor with my 2 glass items breaking. They wonder why people shop online these days...

Good stuff little over priced but I always find the clearancd section and dig through it where I find lots of great and nice things. And theyre usually super cheap and cool. They have lots of stuff cool foods and stuff too. And massage chairs to sit on if you wait lots. Like the place nice to walk around and see whats new would recommend very cool place.

For a brick and mortar store, its good. The people working there are decent, some of the are not that good. One of the managers though is nice and very helpful. Without the coupons, this would not be as good as amazon

One of my favorite shopping places, just wish they would bring back the coffee stand. This location has a food and drug department and so much more than other locations. Convenient location with many other stores in the area. The staff is more than willing to help you find whatever you need.

This store is pretty good they have a lot of inventory. It’s pretty giant. They even have groceries. The only reason I am not putting 5 stars is because of the parking situation. Also check out lines can get quite long. Still a great store. Worth dealing with the parking lot and the lines.

A well merchandised store. Reasonably priced with many discount coupons available. Only one problem, once you get past the front entrance you can rarely find someone to help you. The also have a very customer friendly return policy.

This location is fast and knowledgeable. I asked the closest employee where eyeglass holders were and they took me to two locations, even on a busy day. You can look up their coupons online and have them scanned from your phone at checkout.

Wanted an electric toothbrush and couldnt decide on Philips Sonicare or Oral B. I receives sone intelligent information for and against both models. I eventually decided on Phillips Sonicare.

My whole family was plagued by a staff who accused us for eating a box of cookies in the store. This lady has been walking around, asking every customer if they have been eating the cookies. At first I thought she was trying to sell the cookies but turned out she was saying the cookies were not for tasting and she was determined to find out the rat(s). So the story was very simple: we found this open box of cookie on the counter next to coffee thermos where customers can get a sample of the coffee, and we saw people getting cookies from that box and and we knew this store offered free cookie samples before in the same section so I took one piece, just like everyone else. The cookie tasted pretty old, probably has been left opened for days. When we were shopping around the World Market section this lady came to us and constantly asking each of my family one after one if we have eaten the cookies. Apparently this Cookie Police has no clue who opened it and she began to target each of the customer. If you tried to walk away from this nonsense and continued shopping, she followed you with the cookies in her hand till you stopped and swore to her that you didnt know who opened it. After she left us alone she began to target an Asian family. Its very possible that they didnt speak English because they just smiled politely and nodded and waved at her without saying a word! And she became so irritated and kept telling them You shouldnt open the cookies!You shouldnt eat the cookies! And the poor family still kept smiling, nodding and waving. How could they open this 3 dollars cookies?! They just walked in!!! She was out of control and everyone was leaving. I often feel sorry that BB&B is closing stores and losing business, until today. No, I will no longer come back to this store. Its so obvious that the employees here do not have proper training and do not understand how to handle similar situations. Instead of removing the opened box away before people getting sick and apologize for the mistake, she decided to interrogate each of the customers and make the whole shopping experience miserable. Its a three dollar cookie but the store has lost all my business, forever.

The employee named Tracy was outstanding. She went over and above. Getting my granddaughters need list for Alma college. Finding, suggesting and checking on the things we needed for her upcoming college needs.

Crowded, overpriced and rude. The only saving grace was a manager who went Above and Beyond in finding an item for us. Without her the journey to this store would have been an aggrivating bust.

Honestly, its just fun being in here. The prices are too high to give it a 5 starts and it isnt really a useful store if youre going there to buy specific things, but I really like the vibe and its a fun place to go where youre bored and and want to window shop.

Came here to purchase a gift for a wedding. While it took 10 minutes to find someone to print the registry, after that, everything went smoothly. Associates were friendly, and their self service gift wrap station was great for wrapping our purchases.

Be ware from buying an open box item(s) from this place. They dont even check too see if the returned items are functional or not. Bought dog free mirror with built in shower radio, batteries not included, out got home it had batteries in it that were calcified & of-course radio dont work. They didnt even mark the box as returned it, it was marked as Reduced !!!

Found what I was looking for, but I was on my own all the staff was too busy to help. One thing that really upset me was a giant bag of redeemed coupons with everybodys addresses exposed was just sitting the middle of the floor. The bag was clear so you could see alot of names and addresses. I hope this bag was not headed to the trash or recycle bin but, it sure looked that way. Buyer beware.

Please note: This review is for the cashier working the evening I was at the store. The rest of the staff and management are excellent and very helpful.If there were -1, I would give this Cashier a -100.I was standing in her line and was holding my items and was just looking around waiting for my turn. The Cashier yelled at me and said “DON’T PUT YA THINGS DOWN!!!!” I looked at her and said, “Ma’am I am just standing here!” So, I continued to look around.Next thing I knew this Cashier was YELLING AT ME , “GET GET GET AWAY FROM THE COUNTER(I was still standing in my own little space and haven’t moved an inch!!!!!!!!). She was using her hands and swooping them at me to get away.Under her breathe she was saying “ya people never give anyone privacy.......”. I said very loudly, “OH, is it because of the color of MY skin?????” ( I am multiracial and she is black).She started ringing up my items and “I asked her about the scale that I would like to order online at the store”. She told me that “I had to go to the customer service line and order the scale from there”. I said, “I wanted to do all of my purchases in one place” and started picking up my things. She started grabbing my things away from me. I grab my things back and walked away.I ended up at the customer service line and they told me that “at any cash register they could order the scale for me”. I said “I was told that I could only order it from customer service”.The bottom-line, I spoke with the manager and he told me that “they get complaints about this cashier at least once or more per week”. The new cashier that was working with me even told me that they always have problems with her and she could not understand why she was still there!!!!????If you work in customer service you should treat your customers with respect.I will be ready next time and have my video camera ready whenever I go. See, MY race gets it all the time too and lately it is unbearable! I wish I recorded that lady and spread her face all over the internet to show how rude and racist she was! Please do not ask me “How do you know she was racist”. The answer is very easy to answer, but I want to keep this as a review and not about politics or race!This review is about Customer Service. It is about ONE Cashier making my visit to a store that I always go to, unenjoyable and unacceptable. The rest of the staff and the manager were very kind and understanding.

Finally have Forever Red, but only for a short time. It should be in stores year round. I dont understand, it sales very well.
