Great customer service. I called in on a Monday and had my order shipped overnight and had it Tuesday so I could complete my carb rebuild project. Hard to find parts for classic bugs here in the Pennsylvania area, so good to know I can call them and have parts out the next day if needed.

Closed earlier than posted hours very unconvienant

Why cant you call someone back? I left 3 message over the past 2 weeks. Not one person has been able to call me back regarding EFI kits or Turbo packages. I probably would have had you build me an engine, but not now.

Excessive restocking fees. I have a unique buggy Im trying to Frankenstein together and Im losing 20% on returns for the items that dont work.

Called spoke to Pat the owner regarding a big order he was not nice actually rude, for no reason, I have bought from them before not a friendly place, noticed they are a little overpriced also.

What a place!!! If you are a fan of aircooled Volkswagens, you need to get to know these guys (& gals). The best parts, and even better service...you really ARE treated like family!!! If they dont have what you need...you probably dont really need it!! Dune buggie, restoration, fun street cruiser, or all-out race car, CB has what you need!!!

I think CB Performance products are very high quality! Not a lot of bells and whistles, just superior quality in their products. Prices are usually a little higher than the mediocre competition, but the build quality far exceeds for just a few dollars more. Ill order from CB Performance everytime even if other places have the item cheaper because I know it will fit, and I know it will outperform!I ordered a few odds and ends from them and a Porsche pattern, dropped spindle front brake kit and by judging from my buddies Empi kit, I ordered the right one! A HUGE DIFFERENCE in build quality, metal, and even the bolts sent with the kit, were far nicer!I love EMPI, and Cip1for the price, but when you need quality, look no further than CB Performance!
