I must say that the associate helping me might have been the most pleasant person Ive talked to in months. They made my returns easy they made me feel great and I will come back.

Never had issues here. I can easily return packages and my packages are always delivered just fine.

I always have had good experiences returning Amazon items, and today they printed my label for an Overstock return from a bar code on my phone. It is always a quick process and friendly employees.

I will never use this place again for prints. Asked the guy at the counter to make one print of something for me and he told me to use the computer to do it myself then charge me $1.95. I asked what the charg was for and he pointed to a sign hanging behind the computer out of sight. You can get cheaper prince anywhere else in town. I would recommend buying a cheap Walmart printer before going to this place.

Dropped off a package on September 10, 2018, it is now November 4, 2018 the package still says in transit. I have now been charged an additional $73.97 by Amazon because the package never made it back to them. The lady that helped me on September 10 was rude. It took her several minutes to come out of the back room, she took my package, never gave me the tracking information, and slammed my package down in the back somewhere as I was leaving. And now, no one knows where my package is...UPS cost me $73.97 by losing my package. I have always favoured UPS over the other delivery places until now. UPS has let me down and cost me money!!!

Doors were closed and locked and lights were off when I arrived there at 6:15p. Closing time says 6:30p. I even called their store the day before to confirm the store was open until 6:30p as Google says.

Online hours say 8am-6:30pm Mon-FriStore window hours say 8am-6:30pm Mon-FriHere I am at 8:45am on a Thursday and the doors are locked.
