I was helped more by the staff sitting at the counter not on shift than the lady standing behind the counter on shift. She was very impatient with me and did not like explaining the menu to me, although I mentioned it was my first time. The staff throughout the building, otherwise, seemed to genuinely want to help. Not a pleasant first time but I tipped generously although I felt I wasn’t treated like a wanted customer.

I want to say thank you to Healthy Impact for the great customer service. My friends and I are putting on a 5K color run/walk for the Cole McAdam scholarship fund and I contacted Al to see if he would help promote this great cause with his energetic self on Facebook. And he was very willing😀😀 Healthy Impact goes over and above to help this community in many different ways.... thank you for all you do!And I also love the shakes👍

Healthy Impact has the best shakes and teas around!! I dont have a favorite because every single one Ive ever tried has been delicious!!I love the positive atmosphere and friendly faces as soon as you walk through the door!!
