Frank is super professional. I didn’t get the sense he was trying to yank me for my last dollar and he appreciated what I wanted for my items. We were able to come to a deal. Also witnessed him give a discount to a woman buying a leather jacket without her even asking for it. Pretty genuine person.

Came in today looking to unload some stuff I did not have time to deal with. I sell stuff on the side and know the value of the times. I had a android tablet, a new in box xbone charger dock w/ its battery sealed momba gaming mouse and game. The tablet could have been sold from 50 to 60$ I bought it from their competitor for 70$ recently. It just was not what I was looking for.I was going to ask for 40 for it. 10 for the battery pack that could be sold 15 to 18. Specially since it will work w/ the xbox series remotes. Then 15 for the gaming remote that could have been sold for 30-35. The game I could have not cared less for and was going to take whatever was offered.The broker offered me 40 dollars for everything. Did not ask what I wanted for them so hed have a starting point on what to make an offer. Just low balled me. I tried to talk to him and I asked him to search other ways with the UPC code on one of the items and He kept showing one listing. I then asked to put it in the search field and he got frustrated. At this point I realized what type of broker he was and left.I then went over to Pawnxchange in Shakopee I was at least able to get 55 for everything close to what i thought sounded fair and did not even mention the other pawn shop. I talked them through the listing since I know their process a little bit. They bartered.With Pawn Minnesota He said the meat of the offer for 40$ was the tablet so I presumed 25 for that. Then 7 for the remote charger and mouse each. Then a dollar for the game.W/ Pawnxchange they did not even want the game. I got 30 for the tablet 10 for the charger and 15 for the mouse got what I wanted for all of them except the tablet but that was close.The thing is this run over to Pawn Minnesota was a test. I have a few other nice items that I dont have time to deal with recently. In this instance I had two of them in my car a nice Windows Surface Tablet and a corsair Gaming Keyboard.Minnesota Pawn seems to lowball you by going off “recent” sold items on ebay. The problem with that is something that is worth say 60$ can be sold for 20$ like that because the seller may have just wanted it gone and did not want to sell it for value. Go to pawnxchange instead.

Go to pawn Minnesota if you want to deal with some of the friendliest people around. They are very polite and knowledgeable in what they do and always offer great prices for items brought in and they have some of the best deals in Minnesota you can find. Rocky road with them. Twice we went to pay off the pawn, first time they lost our merchandise, second time our merchandise was busted, it wasnt like that when we dropped it off (military retirement, a few months without pay). Frank seems to have an addiction of some sort, we hope he seeks treatment for it. Upside, since the expansion, customer service has gotten tons better, overall professionalism seems to be better. Im glad they expanded because they helped the community with job placement.

Pawn Minnesota is a good business for the community. They are polite, courteous and have product knowledge. I have bought a laptop there and their prices are reasonable. They are also fair on loan values. I am glad they are there.

So Ive been to a lot of pawn shops but this one takes the cake I walked in I was greeted promptly I was assisted in a very respectful and professional manner I was given a very fair market value on my items the owner Frank took the time to personally greet and meet me no its a smaller pawn shop but very well staffed and probably my best experience ever in a pawn shop..I recommend this place to anyone looking to pawn or sell their belongings just my thoughts...

Went looking for a good used bike recently...............found most of them either junk or high priced for what they were. Come on, almost $500.00 for a new entry level bike just so I can ride the bike trails with my wife? I went by the window on a Sunday at Pawn Minnesota and saw several prospects.I went back the next day and the bike I was looking at was still there so Frank let me try it out along with a host of others............another employee even went out of his way to bring bikes up from the basement for me to try out. No pressure to buy, just helpful honest and friendly service. Got the bike I wanted and they even changed the seat over to another I prefered..........a great price for me as well. I have ridden every day since.I have gotten other nice items from Frank in the past and have been VERY pleased. Thank You! and a thumbs up for the guys at Pawn Minnesota!

I remembered having a very pleasant experience at the Faribault PAWN MINNESOTA so yesterday I went back there again. The first thing I noticed was the mind-bogglingly excellent assortment of power tools, then I noticed the PS4 consoles and the huge BluRay collection, and then I saw the smartphones and the tablets. Also, many great musical instruments, guitars, guns, so many fine and interesting things. I bought a cellphone from the owner and he even helped me to find the IMEI of the phone, he told me which telco carrier it used, and also how to install the SIM card. I cannot recommend PAWN MINNESOTA highly enough, a five-star operation all the way. Thank you, PAWN MINNESOTA !
