Great staff, friendly service had an issue with the bike within an hour of buying and was immediately taken care of, fixed and delivered to my house within 2 days

Not a huge dealership by any means but had a nice selection the day we visited. Ive never bought a bike or anything, just passing through but the folks were pleasant, not pushy and let us browse without being beat to death. Some beautiful bikes on the floor as usual and nice selection of clothes and goods.

What can I say, the staff at Iron Steed in Vacaville, CA are a great group of people. Knowledgeable and very friendly, everyone from salesman, to parts, to service, to finance and apparel. I was greeted with an introduction and smile from every person that I interacted with. I never felt pressured at all. I went in to window shop and an hour later I was filling out paperwork. Simply a GREAT experience!

This is the second bike we bought from Faribault Harley Davidson. We went in knowing the exact bike we wanted as well as brought our own financing. Bryan, our sales guy made us feel welcome and showed us around.Overall the dealership was clean and the staff was very friendly.Cons:I wanted to be sold the bike. My old Harley is 18 years old, and a lot has changed. I wanted to be shown all the new gadgets and features and taught how to use them. I asked several different employees on various occasions and no one offered nor showed me a single thing. I was left to figure it out on my own.I also asked for very little on my bike deal. I wanted 2 communication head set which Jake agreed to. Great, except that when I got home, I realized they were full helmet headset. My wife and I wear half helmet or no helmet. We asked if we could swap them for some we could use, and even pay the difference but we were told no, because they had just been taken from another bike, not from inventory. Very poor customer relations :(ProsBest parts team around! Sam and the gang in parts are awesome as well as Big Mike and his team in the shop and the young ladies at the merchandise counter.

Worst experience ever had my bike there to be dyno tuned completely destroyed it had to pick it up push it onto trailer and was handed a box of parts and they told me it out of our hands. never again will I promote this place.

Sad you guys wont make your staff or customers wear masks...even though there is an executive order in place. Your salesman was all too eager to let us know they ALL have medical conditions *wink * wink...and then TOLD us that we did too and could lose our masks if we wanted to. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR LACK OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY!! I will be reporting to rice county public health and also Harley Davidson corporate. Probably the state health department as well. Needless to say we will shop for our harley accessories elsewhere.

Walked into the dealership a day after 2019 Colors got leaked online, and threw down $$ for a Wicked Red Denim FLTRXS. I loved the Wicked Red in 2018, but HATE gloss paint, so when I seen they released it in Denim, I almost couldnt contain my excitement.The salesmen were kinda caught off guard, they had no idea colors got leaked, and had hardly even looked at the 19 color book, because the 2019 HD dealer show was still over 3 months away. So i got a confused look when i asked to have one ordered lol (Im sure they wanted to sell the 18s on the floor first lol)But they were great, they kept me informed every step of the way, they contacted me when the bike got announced with the 114, and the new GTS system, they told me when the bike was ready and would be going on the truck and when it finally arrived.Todd was awesome, the whole process went smooth even with a trade in bike that I hated, that i purchased almost exactly a year earlier.This is the 2nd brand new bike i have purchased (not at the same dealer though) Its a huge purchase, and I expected atleast a few $$ to throw at a coat or parts or something, (like my first brand new purchase) but they do poker runs instead. Im not a big fan of these poker runs the dealerships do, I get the point, but the rider rewards points isnt an enjoyable system for me. (if it was valid at all dealerships nationwide it would be a better system)

Most businesses tend to treat you different if you openly admit to not having any extra spending money, but still want to look at their merch. Ron didnt even blink, he explained the options of trade-ins, as well as financing. When running my credit, Jason (I hope I got your name right!!😰) went through the process, without trying to pull the wool over my eyes. These guys went beyond the extra mile, and that was for a girl who didnt have any idea if she could even buy a bike! Hands down best run business that I have been to, & dont worry boys, I havent given up! Will be returning soon!

Been going here for 4 years (bought a metric from Dan in 2013). Dan would always spend time talking and answering questions even though he knew I wasnt in the market for my first Harley yet.Stopped Last Saturday because my girlfriend was looking for her first Harley. Long story short, as someone else posted, just another Harley dealer! Even though we found the perfect bike, they offered $1,200.00 below trade-in value of $1,700.00 on her trade. Three or four months ago, they offered her $1,200.00! Left without the bike and very disappointed. Was our dealer, but well find another.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but Fairbault HD deserves some serious recognition. I made a purchase late on Saturday during a very busy event, But Ron and Todd treated me as if I was the only person in the store. I came in on Tuesday to finish my paper work and was introduced to different people in every department of the dealership Aleya in motorclothes, Aimee in parts, Mike Lightner in service, and Dan in performance. Each individual person treated me as if I was family or a life long customer. Big props to the entire staff. This may have been my first purchase from Fairbault but by far will not be my last

Every department gave me the best advise for care & purchases for my motorcycle, even if it involved after market. I will be back there for all my service and most likely a lot more accessories.

I rented a bike from this dealership over the weekend because there were no H-D dealers that I could find in the Twin Cities that rented bikes. I wasnt sure I wanted to drive down to Faribault to pick up the bike but Im glad I did. They were amazing to work with and I cant say enough great things about them especially Lynn, the rental manager. She was extremely helpful in getting me a perfect bike and gear but, even better, she stayed late on Sunday afternoon so I could turn in my rental about 20 minutes late. Lynn was fantastic and the dealership is one that I will use again and again!!

Had a breakdown riding through Faribault today. Made it to the shop and they closed about ten minutes prior. Luckily Justin and Alex were standing out back. They helped me locate the issue (broken intake clamp), hooked me up with a part, and helped get it on so I could make it home. It was great meeting them and I much appreciate their help, after hours, on their off time. I will DEFINITELY be stopping in again soon. They earned a customer for sure today. Thanks again guys!

My hometown Harley with good prices and great service

Bought my 2013 wide glide from there back in June. They said they did the 5k service on it, got it home to find out they didnt even touch the bike. If I been mechanical inclined going that long on oil that needs to be changed, that would have destroyed the bike or definitely did some damage......Only reason why I didnt give it 1 or 2 stars was there staff was very nice, and there rewards program. They also replace the missing keys. Im sure if I had called they probably would have fixed it at least Id hope. but Id like doing my own maintenance anyways so I cant blame anyone but myself when it goes wrong.If I do buy another used bike from there Ill definitely check it over better.

Bikes are more expensive and they try to sell you on their service...not sure where the service is, but not at this dealer! Each time I have taken my bike in for work/storage it has come out with something broken or damaged and not willing to fix or replace it. I now have scratches in custom rocker covers/rear fender and my swing arm that I have to fix...After spending more on my bike than a new truck, you would think that you would get treated better.I rented a bike last fall because service had mine for over 3 weeks to replace the coil (after having it more than two weeks to get a new rear tire). I got home from picking up the rental and called because it felt the suspension was out. I took it back and was told by the lead mechanic from the shop to just ride it and it was fine. Needless to say I brought it back Monday to get a replacement rental. After the shop actually looked at it, they confirmed the front suspension was out. If they cared about the safety of their customers they would have not let me take the bike in the first place.There are plenty of dealers out there...go elsewhere.
