We in for two new tires! Friendly staff. I went there two years ago for tires and two of the started to bald pretty bad. They told me they were under warranty and would do the other two if they start to bald. Nice supporting local. They are very small town, so have to ask plain what you need.

I will continue to have my tire work done at Community Coop. Great people and excellent service. Thank you.

Found them hard to work with. Rules change on the fly. Told one thing one time and something else the next. They definatly need to work on their customer service. They actually told me it isnt convenient for them to deliver every 7 to 10 days to Lonsdale. Who says that to a customer?? I guess they dont want my business.

We moved here from Michigan 4 years ago. Always great service! We have never had any issues. Tara always very knowledgeable when we have had questions about our account with the coop and courteous! Keep up the great work!

Broke down with an exploded tire on a boat trailer on my way from Minneapolis to Denver. They had 2 new tires mounted on my trailer in about 30 min. Great customer service!

Our family has been bringing our vehicles here for years and years. Unfortunately, that has now ended. Sick of being treated so rudely by Tara every single time we call. Shes quick to cut you off and tell you what they dont do. The Faribault community has taken notice of this as well. We know many people who have now taken their business elsewhere due to her constant rudeness. Time to make a change Co-Op.

Im posting this anonymously for everyone to see. Theres a lady that works there, Wendy. She is very rude Everytime I come in or call. I usually have Coop do all my work on my vehicles but now Im thinking maybe going somewhere else. This place needs to open their eyes to this. Horrible!!!

The convenience store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and smiling.

I have had issue with tara a couple times kathy was great tara was kinda rude go to pay bill or something tara was very saracstic at times if she wait on me really sarcastic or rude if you call it can i help you i think she has not ademeanor to work in a office like that some one else told me that as well shop wise back in june i took a car in i just bought i knew it needed front brakes nate the now manager looked at it when brad was still there said there was still at least 50% pad left well needless to say 300 highway miles later was still doing same thing it took it to another shop they found it needed pads and rotors this was in june i think i took it to coop i ahrdly drive the car i have another vehicle i drive more at the cost of $280.00 the brake job nate never even pulled the wheel off just took light looked at it no very happy seriously does nate have mechanic certificate im very disappointed with the service i received last few months when need work done mostly go to coop you need to address theses issue i doubt i will use coop again very frustrated

The idea of this place is great... a co-op. But the service was horrendous. The workers were not able to explain what they found as issues with the car - though at an alternative garage that had. O relation to this one were able to provide ample information just based off of what I struggled to get from this Co-op.Originally when I was on the phone with this Co-op manager, Brad, I told him I felt I waisted money due to the lack of information they gave me and charges that made - very frustrating. So naturally Brad began to yell at me over the phone. This may sound biased, I understand Brads reaction, but he continued to barrage me with insults even after I tried to calm him down and explain that he was yelling at a customer.After dealing with this I had to bring the car back in again (bad choice) to have the coolent leak fixed so. It was leaking into the oil. When the work was done the oil wasnt changed yet the coolent was topped off and the charge for that was the same as purchasing a bottle of coolent of its own without consulting -I had a bottle of coolent in the car that was being worked on.Be aware.

Anytime we haven had to call the office the staff has been so kind and helpful. Great people to deal with.

I have ordered many ATV tires from them, and they charge very little to put them on. This is a place I will keep coming back to.

Had word done on my car and they told me 2.5 hours but it took over 6 hours and when I got there the radiator that they were supposed to change out in the car which they did was still leaking because they put it in difficult hose clamp on and found out but the line coming out of the radiator was smaller than the actual hose itself and they charge me for new radiator clamps which they hadnt even put on when I first looked after I first seen the puddle when I first pulled up to my car Ive had other issues with this place too I will never go there again
