Custom install of a Platinum Air Shock on my 14 Indian Chief. Took longer to remove the rear fender than expected more disassembly required than on other bikes. I’m happy with the service Nick was all about the install of this new brand to his shop.I’d recommend them, it’s definitely a busy shop to me that’s a good sign! Thank you Nick for getting the job done!

I was blown away. I had a 92 Yamaha virago with an oil leak and nobody else in town would even look at it because of its age. I brought to Road Wolf and not only did the mechanic diagnose within minutes, but he educated me on every detail and every cost (much cheaper then I expected btw) and also offered advice on a newer bike that would fit me very well, even though that meant hed lose money on fixing the virago. They were very straightforward, honest, and respectful. And best of all they werent pushy to make a sale. They gave me their honest opinion and they have won my service forever because of it!

I took my Suzuki S83 to Road Wolf in the summer of 2018. They were one of the only places in Fargo that was willing to work on a Suzuki. Unfortunately, they should have never taken on this challenge. They kept my motorcycle for over 4 weeks even though I was told it would be done in a couple days several times. Then when I finally got the call that they had fixed my motorcycle, I showed up to find my motorcycle in the exact same condition that I dropped it off (fuel pump issue of some sort). Road Wolf kept my motorcycle for 4 weeks and didnt even fix anything, and then proceeded to charge me $300+ for the labor that they put into ATTEMPTING to fix my motorcycle. I had a terrible experience with Road Wolf and I wish that I had never brought my motorcycle to them.

Friendly service with decent rates. Plus side, only place that would work on older bikes. Brought in an 81 Virago to diagnosis an issue. Found it was a simple fix that I overlooked and that I thought I fixed already. Would have rated 5 stars, but they lost a decorative piece thats hard to find anywhere and expensive online. Besides that, I would highly recommend their services.

I dropped my motorcycle off at Road Wolf 4 years ago because I was having some problems getting the cams timed. They said that it would be no problem and to bring it in. I brought it in and dropped it off and when talking with the mechanic he was more interested in talking about the motorcycle that he owned than finding out what issues I was having. The 4 years that they had it was a nightmare. First I was told they didn’t know how to time the motor and they didn’t have a manual so I had to bring the manual in (which I printed off the internet for free). Then I was told that a valve was bent and I needed to order valves and valve guides (they bent them), new cams, a carburetor kit, and a new timing chain. They were unable to set the float in the carb so the fuel constantly ran, they kept trying to tell us that the carb was missing parts that it wasn’t (if they would have read the manual that I personally brought to them this would not have been an issue), and I had to open the manual and flag the spot in there that described how the carb worked because they refused to read it. They had to pull the engine apart 3 different times because these “experts” didn’t know what they were doing. I brought it to the shop because they were the only people in town who worked on older motorcycles. I thought that by bringing it to a shop that I wouldn’t have to worry about ordering parts, doing the leg work on operation and assembly of the engine, and that it would be completed in a timely manner. Not only did I pick it up because I was tired of waiting for them to complete it, but now it leaks oil (it never did before) and I had to pay them $2,600 for getting a bike back in worse shape than it was dropped off.
