Can be a bit pricey but you definitely get quality for your dollar. The store is has a very calm feel and crisp design, and the associates are helpful with navigating the stacks of suppliments.

I was there to get daily vits. I grabbed the one I thought was the best. Came to paying for it and the lady made me aware that this was a 3-4 a day vitamin so she redirected me to a better vitamin but only one a day. And it saved me about 20 bucks. Thank you again

I love Swanson Health Products, and especially their new location! Its so much easier to get to, with parking, etc. I love looking around while Im there, and I have found other products to try out as well! Plus, there are always friendly, helpful associates nearby for any questions.

Great place to shop. Always greated when walking in the door, staff offers to assist finding items, efficient friendly staff at the checkout. They have a also installed automatic door openers at the entrance which is fantastic to be touchless!

I would feel much more comfortable going into a store, like many do, that require a mask to be worn. There was an older couple that had no masks and kept coming closer and closer to me and when I would move away they would chuckle. It surprised me that a health store would not require masks.

This downtown Fargo retail store has almost everything youve ever heard of in the health products market. If they dont have it, they can usually special order it or start carrying it. Basically the best prices in town for almost everything they sell, because they are stocked by the warehouse/call center in south Fargo. They also sell the best local eggs in Fargo from farmers Ive met and talked to about how the chickens are fed and kept. Parking is terrible so plan ahead, or get there first thing in the morning.

Excellent customer service and informative on the products that Swanson sells. They even had the answer for my once a year allergy. Most regular nasal products in the regular store was unable to tone it down or knock it out. All natural is the way to go. Get away from pharmaceuticals as much as possible.

I visit the downtown retail location once or twice a week. I dont want to be done being a customer after the store moves to 45th street, but I shop in that part of Fargo *maybe* once or twice a year, begrudgingly.Losing the downtown location is a huge bummer.

I really enjoy that we have an actual retail Swanson Store in Fargo, ND. I have been getting my vitamins there since my Gastric Bypass surgery in 2007. I learned that the quality of vitamins is much higher than other retail stores. The bioavailability of the vitamins to my system is phenomenal. Very helpful and well informed people work there and that has been very valuable to me. Some of the products that have been changed out is disappointing when I really liked what you had.

POOR DELIVERY and then CUSTOMER SERVICE actually LIED TO ME.I ordered on October 14th and about 3 weeks later my order hadnt come, so I checked via tracking. Fed Ex Notes said it had damaged the order, sat on it for a week, but then had sent it ANYWAY to my local post office. It never arrived.Called Swansons Customer Service and explained. Though friendly and nice, they had ZERO idea that the package was in Limbo. I was then PROMISED a new order with EXPEDITED SHIPPING. (2 days in fact) This promise was a LIE...A week later, when the package HAD STILL NOT ARRIVED, I checked via tracking and guess what? - My package was sent- REGULAR SHIPPING! (NOT EXPEDITED AS PROMISED)To her credit the Customer Service Rep gave me a refund for my $1 shipping charge, but did not deliver on her promise to correct my order, nor send the now month late order expedited, as promised.You can imagine my complete and total disappointment with Swanson Vitamins at this point, but it actually gets WORSE!To add insult to injury, an extra Rep from Swanson (who I had never communicated with in any way!) sent to me a totally unsolicited email that said, Hello, I totally understand where you are coming from... Heres a $5 coupon to be used for your next order. Well, that may work on SOME people, but I dont like canned, insincere replies from people saying they understand where Im coming from, if they havent had any sort of prior contact with me. Or maybe thats just me being upset having had my shipment delayed and then having been lied to...I saw it as an affront to my personal integrity. I will NEVER do business with Swanson Vitamins as LONG AS I LIVE. So, theres that.Ultimately, I had to file a COMPLAINT with my Credit Card Company, feeling I had been scammed, who upon checking into my claim, FULLY REFUNDED MY MONEY, INCLUDING SHIPPING.Apparently, Swanson Vitamins didnt like my review here, so I had to change out some of my more colorful phrases. Thats okay, I dont need foul language to describe what was a completely awful situation, that was handled unprofessionally. Great customer service and great products

Buyer beware. Bought a 10% glycolic acid cream that Ive used before and it seems very diluted. Not getting the same effects as Ive experienced w this product that I purchased elsewhere. Customer service is great, however. One item arrived damaged- broken glass dispenser, they replaced without question.

Horrible customer service. Swanson charged 70+ dollars and refunded only half of it. I will never buy anything from this company anymore.

Prices are great, quality great. Recommend to everyone.

Its great to have this store as an alternative to ordering online. However, their hours are pretty terrible if you have a full time job - they need to be open later on weekdays. Even until 7pm would be better.

Swansons retail store in the heart of Downtown Fargo, ND is a great customer experience versus ordering from the ice cold world wide web even if the deals arent as great in store versus online. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products on hand. Ive never had trouble finding anything as the store has an immaculate product layout that makes biological sense. The products at Swansons have always been of the utmost purity, potentcy, and quality. Matt and Jackie are bright lights that make the retail store shine now until 9pm on weeknights! I could go on forever with positive comments on this oasis of goodness. Thanks staff!
