Poor guy had to go to the emergency room for an injury of some sorts and still was able to find time to get my ffl transfer completed. He was prompt about answering all my questions. He was on time and very fair with the transfer rate he charged. His office is easy to find and I actually like that he does his business by appointment rather than walk in. Failed to mention he was taking weeks off when my FFL contacted him for shipping instructions. Gun arrived and is sitting for 10 days until Tom can manage to return. Will not do business with him again.
