I went in today and saw a conduit bender I was interested in, asking the price (because they sometimes have price matched-they have consistently good service) and they quoted a price that was high. Feeling the sting, I mentioned that the same tool is $10 less on Amazon and the guy said “Well, I guess you’ll be getting it on Amazon then”. Well, for $20 less he was right. Thank you!

Sounded very rude and annoyed to talk with me. I felt the eyerolls with the sighs i heard over the phone. Hoping it was just a bad day for her, and that shes not always that rude to answer a call.

It was snowing heavy and I still got unloaded quickly.

They have a great selection of parts with great customer service. Free popcorn and sometimes cookies.
