Jenn and her Mom and family run a great business. Anyone that does business with them will feel like family. They care and take care to do things the right way for you. When you need something special and dont know where to go, talk to the SHIRT SHOP!

I bought 5 stockings, brought them in and asked them to personalize them. Apparently the stockings I bought were too fluffy as you couldn’t really see the embroidered names very well. They took them back and cut down some of the fluff. I did not like how they turned out and I expressed this. The owner got back to me very quickly and gave me options to help satisfy what I was looking for. To no fault of their own, they are embroidering new ones for me and even helping “make it right”. Very impressed with her customer service & with the help I received from her employee last night!

Brought my own shirts in to have logo put on and the worker didn’t put something inside shirt so 8 out of the 10 shirts i brought in had bled through so they replaced with their brand which we don’t like because they shrink. i was not notified until after they were done and the worker made it sound like it was only a couple shirts. Terrible and waste of $185, recommend not recommend this store

Had another shirt made for my son since he outgrew his last one. They are really good at choosing fonts and helping you pick the perfect letter color for the shirts.

I stopped in to have a shirt made and was told it would be ready in an hour. I stopped at a few stores in town while I waited. Came back an hour later and the shirt wasn’t done. The gentleman at the counter said he forgot to tell me they couldn’t print the shirt on the color I choose as it was too dark. He said I could choose from white or grey. I asked for grey and he said theyy were out of grey in 2xx so he asked if I wanted a different size in grey or I could go with white. I said I’d rather not have it in white. I was then told I would need to go somewhere else to get a shirt if I didn’t want it in white. I stopped at 3 stores in the mall before I was able to find a plain grey shirt which cost $15. I went back to the shirt shop and was refunded the $26 I paid up front for the shirt. They charged me to $16 to put the print on the shirt. So now the $26 shirt cost me $31. I asked the gal at the counter why they don’t call customers when there is an issue since they had my contact information. I could have picked up a shirt much cheaper while I was out waiting for the shirt to print. She apologized and I asked if they would give me a discount for the inconvenience. She said she would do 15 percent which brought the total to $14. In the end the shirt cost me $29, frustration, and wasted my time. Not pleased.

Worst customer service!!! I brought 2 shirts in to get screen printed and when I picked one up it had a hole in it and a line across it, much lighter than the shirt. I called in to talk to the manager and she denied it and said the hole was already there, which was a TOTAL lie. The lady also had the worst attitude, was extremely rude, and provided horrible customer service. I will never go back to this store and recommend anyone else to use another store in town to get any items personalized.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience here. Went in and bought a few things to get personalized, I picked out the fonts and colors that I wanted, I was told to come back at 3 oclock to pick them up. When I returned I was told machine was broken and it they wont be done till Monday, I told the lady working I lived out of town, she told me to have someone pick them up for me I told her thats still didnt solve the issue that I lived out of town, she agreed to send them to me. when I receive them the lettering was crooked and in the wrong spot. I emailed the company about it and I never got back to me. Very unprofessional

Ive ordered several things from this shop based on need for quick turnaround. Each time I have had several pieces done either incorrectly or messy (printed at an angle and MESSY embroidery). Would NOT recommend!

My experience with the T-shirt shop began positive, as owner Jen was responsive and eager to assist. It was after placing the order that everything went sour, starting with my need to follow-up on the status of my order - days after the date I was advised it would be completed by.I made it clear upon pick-up of my order that I was not satisfied with their work. The quality of the embroidery was very poor (mangled lines, loose thread, color interpretation, etc.). Jen’s response, in front of another employee mind you, was that she would purchase the product from me and reimburse for the embroidery. As these were meant to be gifts for a company party a few days away, I chose to not take her up on that at the exact moment given the nature of the situation/timeline.Needless to say, the next week when I returned the products, Jen had a change of heart and REFUSED to cooperate with me. I can appreciate standing by your product, but do not LIE to your customers - you know, the ones that are always right? I was forced to eat the entire cost of the raw product, including embroidery, and disperse them at our company party -explaining to recipients we would get them redone as we weren’t satisfied with the product (they could tell why).Long story short: save yourself the headache and spend the extra money going to Scheels, or another reputable company, who will appropriately and respectfully address customer dissatisfaction.

Very poor customer service, shirts were done 2 weeks later than we were told. And they were the wrong shirts. Ended up having to buy shirts and having them printed terrible!!
