Never open on time. Shop sign says one thing, get there just for the doors to be locked and lights off. Happens every time I go in the first 2 hours of opening. Today, it happened so I called the other store and he said “yeah they probably slept in, you can come here”. No? Why make me commute because you’re staff are lazy? We’ll go to Northland Vapor for good now. They’re house made carts are solid and have a drive thru at the 25th location. It’s nice to shop from people who actually want to do business with you.

Prices average but service good I guess cost of everything keeps going up but the pay goes down or stays the same economy at its finest .

I buy 2k puffs vape here pretty often it is supposed to be working for at-least 3-5 days. But 5 out of 10 times it dies in 1 day. Tried different brands still no use. I think his vape products are cheap quality priced high!! Not happy with the experience I had here :(

In a pinch this place has most of what your looking for, but if you dont want to spend every dollar in your wallet & want a friendlier staff check out JBs Glass Emporium at 1015 Main Ave, Fargo, ND . Ill NEVER go to a place like smokes for less again.

Great customer service and knew the products well. I would give 5 stars but our experience with the flower buds was a bit of a bummer. They were very dry and were harsh. Everything else was awesome. Especially the pre-rolls!

Been a happy Customer of this store for about 3 years, Yesterday my wife stooped in to grab a new coil for my E-cig she brought my rig with her so they get it right.I go to use the new coil,,,,,, Low Res, It’s the wrong coil, so go in I have never had issues with this store before. He tells me he needs a receipt because he can’t resell it. How is that my fault, the employees should be trained well enough to see the Box mod and say o let’s get them the higher watt coil.I us to be in there all the time for coils and fluid, enough so that they remember me and know me by sight.Im not sure what changed but there Guest retention has fallen.And FYI if you’re reading this here is a lesson free of charge.Guest retention 101Step 1: look at the Cost of the item.Step 2: Look at the amount spent by that guest.Step 3: Then do the math, how much am I going to lose if he never comes back Vs the cost of the replacement.Now since we are only talking about a coil, I bet it only Costs them about $2 Max and sell it for 5-6. I have spent Thousands.You may own a business but you’re bad at math.

This owner of this shop is racist. I saw a young black male who came into the store during a snowstorm with his mouth covered and the owner treated him like a criminal. The black man was respectful took it off and told him he was a 5 year customer. The owner didn’t take the into consideration and embarrassed him in front of the rest of the customers. Do not come to this man shop. He is racist and unprofessional.

The manager is a spaz, he was screaming at me to immediately pull out my ID if I was going to look at the pipes. Once I pulled it out he gave me a sorry sales pitch to buy his product because it’s cheaper than DL. It’s true for some things but mainly for its poor quality. He then told me not to tell anyone about this place and I felt a VERY shady vibe here. Called to ask for a price of a vape charger and they said they are unable to discuss product over the phone? Came in to check it out and they didn’t even have it, couldn’t even said that on the phone?

I would never ever buy a e vape again from smokes 4 less. Why is because when I frist started I got one there and less then 2 days I had to bring it back cause it wouldnt turn on.So they gave me a different one a nice one alein 220 w an less then a week did the same thing so I go back and they tell me send it in. Really so basically they said its not there problem.

Acussed me of stilling said I looked like a girl in a pic I asked to see this pic because it was not me I never come in here havent been in this store in months owner refused to show me this so called pic all I wanted to do was by 45 incense and I got accused of stilling why I was standing at the register trying to pay...... They have a wide selection of loose tobacco, cigars, hook tobacco, and cigarettes. Best prices for cartons of cirrettes and decently priced on the other stuff. For the e-cig stuff do price comparisons before you buy. They also have hookas, tobacco pipes, scents (candles, sprays, sticks), and even cleansing drinks.

Asked the manager to price match, he got upset and caused a scene. Extremely poor customer service. Will not be returning, EVER

Wife went there to get some of my e juice i buy. Was told they were discontinuing it. Plus the owner was EXTREMELY rude to her and to other people who where in the shop at the same time. AVOID AT ALL COST.
